Act Gracefully As A Villainous Lady

Chapter 24

24 Practical forces, work out next measures

Everything that followed seemed to Willem to have worked out well.

Merriah Rose, who was shocked and blurred, had been sent to the residence of the Duke of Maxwell, which she missed when she noticed.

“Take a rest today. Then… for a while, be careful never to walk outside alone”

I even remember how I managed to snort back at Willem for saying that.

After that I ended my routine as usual with a blur, greeting the servants to bed and just lying on a warm sleeping table…… Melia Rose finally felt like her hands and feet were back.

… It’s okay. This is a familiar and safe place.

There are plenty of people in the mansion, and if Meliá Rose speaks up at all, someone is just about to rush.

Even though I knew so…… such anxiety pushed me to think that the chase might appear again from beyond the darkness and my body would tremble.

“… no”

I have to go to school tomorrow.

If you show up unwell, you’ll be worried about Lynette and those around you.

The men came after Meliá Rose as the prince’s fiancée.

Who wants to get rid of Merriah Rose. Who wants to drag it off the prince’s fiancée’s throne……

I’m not gonna end this.

Meliá Rose is a villain’s maid.

They say it’s exactly the villain’s house art, such as trying to make her beat the crap out of you…

I don’t know who it is, but it’s something that imitates a lot of licks.

At the same time the anxiety subsided slightly, it was fierce anger that had gushed into Merriah Rose’s chest.

I won’t let it end like this. Somehow, we must reward that opponent with one arrow, targeting Merriah Rose.

To do so, she had to rest slowly, and María Rose was forced to calm her mind and close her eyes gently.

◇ ◇ ◇

“… good morning, Mr. MerriaRose”

The next morning, Willem was waiting at the entrance to the school.

Willem is not dressed as dirty as he saw yesterday, but back in his usual glasses, plain prince surrounding style.

When I saw that face, Melia Rose was relieved.

“Yeah, good morning. Glasses.”

“… is that it again? Did you sleep well last night?”

Asked by Willem, who chuckled, Melia Rose shook her neck left and right without force.

“Honestly, I didn’t get much sleep.”

With all my thoughts, I didn’t feel like I could sleep very well.

But I can’t just be depressed.

Melia Rose is a villain’s warrant. If they do, they have to have the temper to double back and do it again.

So determined, I saw a familiar figure walking over here from afar.

“Good morning. Dear Merriam Rose and Willem,”

Coming with a dusty and frantic grin was Lynette, around the head of Merriah Rose.

It was Lynette who laughed and greeted her that way, but she immediately noticed the pressing air drifting between Willem and Merriah Rose.

“… is something wrong?”

“After school, Bertram also explains…. Lynette, please stay as close as possible to Mr. MerriaRose today”

Lynette did not imitate deeply.

When he squeezed his face tight, he nodded firmly towards Willem and Merriah Rose.

“Yeah, whatever you say.”

“… Mr. MerriaRose, I don’t even think there’s anything in the school”

“It’s all right, I won’t lose my mind.”

Spreading the fan tightly so as to regain his temper, Willem nodded as he was convinced and left before Merriah Rose and Lynette.

“This is the battlefield…!

“Dear Merriam Rose…”

Meliá Rose doesn’t cry and fall asleep.

The mastermind of yesterday’s incident may still be keeping an eye on Merriah Rose somewhere.

Meliárose repeatedly laughed high as he declared war and walked out with his chest up, as usual.

◇ ◇ ◇

And after school, the four of them were, as usual, poking each other in a room in the school.

But that look is somewhere dark.

Even Lynette, still unaware of the circumstances, would soon have found things moving considerably.

“… First, I’ll explain to Lynette what happened between Bertram and Julia. Bertram, okay?

“… ah”

Bertram didn’t even look like he was kidding as usual, he nodded and showed with a serious face.

With the consent of the parties, Merriam Rose was finally able to tell Lynette about the incident.

That Julia has changed her mind to Bertram.

And that I told Bertram that thought.

Bertram also thought of Julia, but that he withdrew for the Prince……

“… is that right, that’s what happened”

Lynette looked somewhat upset, but still seemed to accept the situation firmly.

Confirmed that, and now Willem opened his mouth.

“It’s just a big problem right now… things are getting worse”

“Is something wrong again?”

Willem gives Bertram a heads-up when he asks him seriously.

“Mr. Meliárose was attacked in the streets of the city yesterday evening”

“What the hell!!?

So it was Lynette who stood up first.

Melia Rose pulls her arm in a hurry to calm her down.

“Well, it’s okay, Lynette…… I see, because Willem protected me and there’s nothing wrong with this street.”

“Willem did? Were you guys together?

“… well, put that away. This is where it’s important.”

Willem opens his mouth with a serious look, whispering a subtle Bertram question.

“What struck me was a few loose ends that seemed unfamiliar with Mr. MerriaRose, no matter what you think. They were targeting Mr. Mary Rose, the Prince’s fiancée.”

“… who’s behind this?

“Apparently, he was trying not to let me grab his tail in his mind. The guys who were hired for a shitload of money immediately cracked their mouths, but they still haven’t got a clue as to how to get to the mastermind.”

Apparently, Willem was looking that far after he delivered Merriah Rose.

On that vibrant arm, Merriah Rose was impressed.

“Oh no, who the hell…”

“The guy who interrupts Melia Rose. You’re the one who wants to drag Meliá Rose down from the prince’s fiancée’s seat…”

The four of them face each other.

What applies to that condition…

“So far, there’s too many suspects to squeeze.”

Melia Rose also heartily agreed with Bertram’s words, who told her to shrug her shoulders.

Perhaps the mastermind is about to attack Merriah Rose and drag her off the prince’s fiancée.

In other words, one could think of someone who would fit in, or be close to, the prince’s fiancée next to Meliá Rose… but that’s not all the conditions can narrow it down.

“Well, anyone would want to be the fiancée of a prince. If you suspect it, you won’t have Kiri.”

“If I were to be named as the Prince’s opponent, I would be quite a housemaid…”

“That’s the condition, Lynette. You, too.”

“Don’t be ridiculous, Master Bertram! There’s no way I’m trying to hurt Master Merriah Rose!!

“Oh, come on, it’s a joke. Don’t be so angry…”

Listening to such an interaction between Bertram and Lynette, Melia Rose had conceived.

There are a few faces that come to mind if… but of course there is no basis or proof.

… I wonder if I was buying so much grudge.

With that in mind, Merriah Rose was just a little depressed.

The skill of hiring a bad guy to attack heroin is the skill of a villain warrant lady.

But Mary Rose, of course, didn’t want to do that to Julia.

I can’t say how much of an act, there’s no guarantee that they’ll work the way Merriah Rose wants them to until the end of the day.

If you do that, it’s not a matter of what a prince is, it could destroy Julia’s life itself.

Those who were after Merriah Rose used such means.

I was relieved by the fact, in addition to my thoughts.

“So here’s what we’re going to do…”

So cut out Willem, Bertram and Lynette quit talking perfectly.

Melia Rose also draws consciousness back to reality and waits for his words.

But I accidentally doubted my ears at the words I heard the next moment.

“Mr. MerriaRose… we should get off this plan now”

Willem had a serious look on his face, and he did say so.
