Amelia and Ophelia: The Former Grand Duchess and Saintess.

So, while writing the next set of chapters, I have come across a small conundrum. I cannot decide which ship will serve as the actual flagship of the Imperial Halkare Navy. And because I cannot make up my mind, I am turning to you, the readers to help me. It's either between 

The HNS Amelia and

HNS Ophelia. 

For context, one of them will be the one to unleash naval bombardment. While the other is going to go on a fleet-hunting spree. The flagship is the one bombarding. I will be awaiting ur answers in the comments while I write the chapters. Thank you very much in advance.
