Avatar: Mage of All Elements

Chapter 3

When I woke up, I couldn't understand anything. In my memory, I couldn't remember anything like that. I mean, I saw some crap. Everything around me was in colorful lines. Some were long, some were short, some had one color, some had many. These lines were too different, too varied, too too much. Probably the kind of thing that could drive you crazy if you stared at it long enough.

I didn't want that, so I tried to disengage. I closed my eyes, tried not to think about anything, looked into myself. I watched a documentary once and they recommended that I do that.

And as weird as it was, it worked. Immediately after all this variety stopped for me, I felt like I was being pulled somewhere. I was scared, but I didn't want to stay here, and I was curious, so I went in an unknown direction. And did I go?

How long I walked, I do not know, but at some point I realized that I was there. When I opened my eyes, I saw a strong green stream with spots of several other colors. The spots were small, and not all the colors were visible, but the largest of them was a dark gray. The entire stream could be seen from beginning to end. It was just unclear how far away that beginning and end were.

But there was nothing to do, and I didn't want to stay here, so I touched the stream out of ignorance. In a moment, the whole stream disappeared and pulled me in. And the next moment I was pulled upward and twisted from head to toe, accompanied by pain. But the twisting sensation passed rather quickly, and I was plunged back into darkness.

When I awoke this time, I saw a wooden ceiling. My head hurt terribly, so that was the only view I had for half an hour. That's how long it took for my head to calm down. It didn't solve the problem, but the pain eased a bit. Next I decided to look around. Well, what can I say? The grandmothers in the villages are richer.

In the room where I lay, there was a wooden floor, a bed, a table, a chair, and a window without glass. It wasn't a rich environment, but I was alive, and thank God for that. The sun was shining outside the window, so I decided to go out and look around. What's the point of lying around?

I stood up and marveled at the height of the ceiling, but didn't think much about it and walked towards the only door. It was a dark hallway, but the light coming through the window in the room I'd woken up in gave me a pretty good view of the door to the street. That's where I went. What can I say when I come out of the house?

Оld-growth forest. When I went out the door, I saw a forest. A fucking forest! And as I walked around the house, I saw nothing but the forest and a little path into the forest. It's wonderful.

Because of all these adventures that had happened to me, I felt uncomfortable and I went and lay down on the bed. I didn't realize how I fell asleep.

While I was asleep, I had a rather strange dream. There was a boy. And I saw his life through his eyes. It was so strange and yet so familiar. His fears, his dreams, his desires, his whole memory poured into me through the dream. He himself poured into me. We merged, and since I was the more mature person, I was in charge. There was no resistance, although I don't know why. Nor the consequences.
