Bleach: Infinite Desire

"If you could enter the world of an anime, which would you choose?"

Yu Mikami chuckled at the question that inexplicably appeared on his computer screen. Who would be so bored to come up with such questions? Could it be a virus?

However, due to his love for anime, Yu Mikami still selected an answer from the options: A. Naruto; B. One Piece; C. Shinigami (Bleach). He picked C, his favorite: Shinigami (Bleach)!

The screen changed, presenting another question and set of options: How would you like to enter the world of Shinigami? A: Struck by lightning; B: Hit by a car; C: In a dream.

"Come on, a dream is too boring, right? Getting hit by a car is a no-no, I'd rather be struck by lightning!"

Mumbling to himself, Yu Mikami chose A, struck by lightning!

The screen changed again, showing the final question: What would you like to become? A: Shinigami; B: Human; C: Hollow.

"Duh! Anyone who loves Bleach would choose to be a Shinigami!"

Yu Mikami mouthed, ready to select A, Shinigami!

Boom! Just then, a sudden clap of thunder sounded outside Yu Mikami's house, and in his shock, his mouse accidentally clicked on C, Hollow!

"What! Who would choose to be a Hollow!"

Upon realizing his mistake, Yu Mikami couldn't help but curse. Although he knew this wasn't going to become real, at least he wanted to dream a little. Becoming a Hollow, how could he woo my favorite girls like Rangiku, Yoruichi, or Soi Fon?

"Oh well! It's not like this is actually going to happen. I'd better find someone to fix my computer..."

With that thought, Yu Mikami muttered as he prepared to stand up!

Just as Yu Mikami was about to stand up, he suddenly felt a numbness all over his body. His vision darkened, and he completely lost consciousness.

The next day, news spread from Yu Mikami's apartment that a man had been struck by lightning inside his room, right in front of his computer...

"Ah... hahahahaha..."

A massive creature with a white mask and bloodthirsty eyes laughed wildly at a figure in front of it, resembling a wolf as it did!

"Shinigami... A delicious Shinigami soul, just surrender your soul to me..."

The creature laughed maniacally, its vast Reiatsu pressing down on the Shinigami before it, immobilizing the female Shinigami as its massive tail swung toward her...

Boom! In the Soul Society, an extremely rare thunderclap echoed, followed by a black-red lightning bolt streaking across the sky, crashing down on the laughing Hollow...

Yu Mikami watched as the ground drew closer, along with the wolf-like Hollow and, on the opposite side, a Shinigami clad in a black robe, wielding a Zanpakutō. Yu Mikami felt nothing but shock!

"Did that lightning really strike me into the world of Bleach? And could those choices I made on the computer actually be real? Then..."

These thoughts flashed through Yu Mikami's mind, and he suddenly realized with terror that his last choice seemed to be to become a Hollow!

"No way, am I going to possess that Hollow... No!"

Yu Mikami screamed internally, but no sound came out. Little did he know, at that moment, he was just a soul carried within the lightning...

Crack! Boom...

Predictably, the thick black-red lightning that carried Yu Mikami's soul across worlds struck down from the sky, crashing onto the wolf-shaped Hollow. The lightning violently entwined and raged around the Hollow.

"A weakness... Finally..."

Kuchiki Rukia's tired eyes flashed with a glimmer of hope, relieved that the lightning saved her life. Seizing the moment while the Hollow was paralyzed and unable to move, Kuchiki Rukia swiftly dashed forward, her white Zanpakutō slicing through the mask of the Hollow that nearly killed her.

"Ah..."

Just as Yu Mikami entered the Hollow's body, Kuchiki Rukia's Zanpakutō broke through its mask, and he screamed in agony.

With Yu Mikami's scream, Kuchiki Rukia noticed a sudden change in the Hollow's Reiatsu, prompting her to remain on guard. Finally, she witnessed the Hollow's mask shatter, revealing an incredibly handsome young face, looking at her desperately for help!

A surge of malevolent energy erupted from Yu Mikami (now as a Hollow), shooting up into the sky. His screams continued, and suddenly a tall, eerie gate appeared. Upon seeing it, Yu Mikami screamed even more desperately!

"The Gates of Hell... No..."

The soul had just begun to merge with the original Hollow, and Yu Mikami knew only that the body's previous owner was a wrongdoer, who had committed heinous acts by the age of thirteen. He hadn't anticipated being condemned to Hell so soon! The girl involved was oddly familiar to him, but now was not the time for such thoughts!

Of course, Yu Mikami's cries only came out as piercing screams, which Kuchiki Rukia couldn't understand.

"This is... the Gates of Hell..."

Kuchiki Rukia murmured, witnessing the Gates of Hell for the first time.

Then, she noticed the Hollow's Reiatsu before her becoming violently chaotic again. The Hollow's face changed once more—although it retained its handsome features, it alternated between a sinister, malevolent expression and the frightened, helpless look of Yu Mikami's innocent soul.

The sinister visage was the original Hollow, while the helpless one belonged to Yu Mikami's soul. Both spiritual entities were constantly merging.

"Ah..."

Yu Mikami continued to cry out in terror as a milky-white substance emerged from his mouth, soon covering his entire face.

"How... how is this possible..."

Kuchiki Rukia exclaimed in disbelief, her mouth agape. The Gates of Hell did not open, and the Hollow she was sure she had defeated was reforming its mask—something entirely beyond her understanding of Hollows!

When a Hollow's mask is broken, it should scatter and be reborn in the Soul Society. However, the Hollow merged with Yu Mikami had committed grave sins during its lifetime, thus summoning the Gates of Hell. Yet, because Yu Mikami hadn't fully merged with the Hollow and had committed no heinous acts himself, the Gates of Hell hesitated to pull him in. It awaited their complete fusion before dragging him to Hell.

Meanwhile, Yu Mikami began undergoing Hollowfication, a phenomenon unprecedented in Soul Society. Never before had two merging souls been killed and taken to Hell simultaneously. Normally, upon death, both souls would be reborn. Yet the Gates of Hell had appeared to take the evil Hollow. Both souls were forcibly kept together!

In essence, Yu Mikami had chosen to merge with the Hollow at an extraordinarily coincidental moment, leading to his gradual Hollowfication.

Suddenly, with a "poof," Yu Mikami's body vanished before Kuchiki Rukia's astonished eyes. It wasn't taken by the Gates of Hell but had instead successfully undergone Hollowfication, awaiting the recomposition of his Hollow form...
