Campione: Strongest Godslayer!

Chapter 11: Art of Evolving and the Campione’s Duty!

Haru's face was thoughtful as he processed the information received from the egg after inputting the Grimoire of the Future.

Earlier, after leaving Sayanomiya Kaoru and her grandfather, Haru had studied the Grimoire, activating each of its spells one by one. As each spell manifested, the egg within him would absorb the newly born spell data before it vanished, effectively extracting the information. Once all the spells had been activated, the egg transmitted a vast amount of data.

Based on the previous divine power information gleaned from Tsukuyomi and Uke Mochi, along with the knowledge gained from the Usurpations ritual and the Grimoire of the Future, and after synthesizing countless years of fragmented rules from various worlds collected within the Dirac Sea...

( Dirac Sea is a Theoritical Phenomenon About electron Vacuum as an infinite sea of electrons with Negative Energy, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dirac_sea )

The Dirac Heart, or as Haru called it, the egg, had meticulously categorized the different levels of life.

The initial evolution of life always involved various methods of condensing special energy within the body, manipulating it freely to nourish oneself. Therefore, the initial classification was based on the density of this energy.

Gaseous, liquid, and solid – these three levels progressed sequentially, with the lowest being subdivided into three categories and the highest potentially into countless more. However, every time energy achieved a new form, it brought about a leap in life, an evolution.

The intermediate stage involved a qualitative change in energy. Life deciphered the rules governing the world and integrated these rules as a core into the solidified energy. Successful integration resulted in a profound transformation. Solid energy with a core of rules was like a satellite acquiring a star – it transcended the ordinary, its lifespan dramatically increased, overlooking the rise and fall of entire races, enduring for at least a hundred million years.

After synthesizing data from countless worlds, the Dirac Heart designated this level as – Sage! A being who had transcended the mundane and attained enlightenment.

They could move mountains and overturn seas, traverse the underworld, and journey across the cosmos, nearing the power of true gods. Their power was unimaginable!

Then, the information abruptly stopped! The egg had left him hanging. Haru's forehead throbbed with a vein bulging. Even a damn inanimate object had learned the art of cliffhangers!!!

At least give him the later stages of information!!!

The egg transmitted a message: Insufficient data, unable to form complete information.

Then, a new piece of information flowed into Haru's mind – a technique called the "Art of Evolving," derived from the divine powers of the two goddesses, Pandora's magic, and the body and energy strengthening rules. It was a secret technique that simultaneously enhanced the body and spirit, increasing energy density.

This information only detailed the process up to the condensation of liquid energy, then nothing more.

Haru's lips twitched uncontrollably. It seemed the egg, after tasting the world's rules, had become completely addicted, resorting to various tactics to obtain more rules to perfect itself.

Unable to do anything about the gluttonous egg, Haru closed his eyes and carefully comprehended the Art of Evolving, internalizing the entire process of the egg's deduction method. After half an hour, he opened his eyes.

"O Earth, grant me the power of life!" Haru chanted the incantation, activating his Authority – the Power of Life. Immense earth vein energy surged into his body.

"Let's begin!" Haru circulated the Art of Evolving according to the method in his mind.

Boundless earth vein energy poured in, and his incredibly powerful Campione body continuously absorbed and converted it into golden, gaseous magical energy. The gaseous energy gradually thickened, consuming vast amounts of earth vein energy in the process.

After approximately an hour, the magma level in Mount Fuji, the source of Japan's earth veins, had dropped by 50 centimeters. The dense magical energy reached a critical point, and a drop of liquid magical energy appeared. Then, like an avalanche, countless drops of liquid magical energy surged into Haru's Center, located three inches below his navel, forming a pool with a five-meter radius.

The pool churned, splashing water that possessed the power to obliterate a 20-meter-tall hill.

It took two hours for Haru to completely liquefy his energy. With the completion of the liquefaction process, his Campione body, already a hundred times stronger than an ordinary human, was further enhanced by the nourishment of the liquid magical energy. Aging cells rapidly perished, replaced by newly born cells of dramatically increased strength.

By the time the enhancement was complete, Haru's physical abilities had tripled compared to his already enhanced Campione body. He could now proudly claim to possess the strongest physical body in the world of Campione!

It was nearly noon, the sky clear and the sun shining brightly.

*Crap, it's already this late. I won't make it to school in time for registration. I need to go home and cook first, or the little princess will throw a fit!* Recalling Kasugano Sora's tsundere personality from his memories, Haru felt a headache coming on. He quickened his pace, striding towards the Kasugano residence.

"Man, it's hot!" After walking only a few hundred meters under the scorching midday sun, Haru, feeling like he was walking through a furnace, grumbled with a drooping face.

*Screech!* A black Hummer screeched to a halt behind Haru. A young woman dressed in men's clothing hurriedly got out and knelt on one knee.

"I sincerely apologize for interrupting you!" Sayanomiya Kaoru lowered her head, unable to meet Haru's gaze.

"Perfect timing. Give me a ride home!" Haru frowned, looking at the humbled Sayanomiya Kaoru.

The black Hummer slowly moved forward, its powerful engine kicking up dust on the concrete road. In the passenger seat, Haru leaned on his right hand, gazing out the window at the rapidly passing rice paddies.

"What does the Sayanomiya family have to say?" Haru's voice was devoid of emotion.

"We are willing to offer all our secret techniques and pledge our allegiance for generations in exchange for your forgiveness, Your Majesty." Hearing Haru's cold and emotionless tone, Sayanomiya Kaoru trembled as she answered.

*Tick-tock...* As the time on the car's clock ticked by, Sayanomiya Kaoru's anxiety intensified.

"Bring all the magical knowledge the Sayanomiya family can gather to me later. Then, keep a close eye on the movements of the Hime Miko clan of the Shichiou Shrine and report to me immediately." After a long silence, Haru's calm voice broke through.

"Yes!" Sayanomiya Kaoru responded hastily, her face filled with relief.

The Kasugano Residence.

Kasugano Sora, dressed in a white nightgown and a black hairband, walked into the kitchen, her black rabbit plushie clutched in her arms. She watched Haru stir-frying chicken under the range hood.

Leaning against the kitchen doorframe, Sora gently touched her lips, her gaze fixed on Haru as he bustled around.

With a flick of the wrist, Haru turned to grab some seasoning and noticed Sora standing there.

"You're up. Perfect timing, let's eat!" Haru looked at the girl with gentle eyes. Since their kiss, their relationship had clearly evolved. Although unspoken, they no longer saw each other as siblings, but as lovers deeply devoted to each other.

"Mmm," Sora replied softly.

After the meal, Haru looked at the delicate, silver-haired girl sitting opposite him, hesitant to speak.

"Just say it." Based on years of living together, Sora immediately sensed something was wrong.

"It's about being a Campione," Haru said cautiously, watching Sora's expression. Seeing her calm demeanor, he continued.

"I may need to go abroad soon...to fight against gods." Silence followed as Sora lowered her head, tears streaming down her cheeks.

"Can't you...not go? I don't want you to." Her pupils constricted. Sora remembered the image she had forced herself to forget: Haru lying unconscious in a pool of blood under the full moon at the shrine the previous night.

Terror filled her eyes. She only had Haru left, her only remaining family. She was terrified of losing him, terrified of losing the meaning of her own existence.

"Sora, the truth is, no Campione has ever died of old age. Even if we don't seek out the Heretic Gods, those capricious deities will come looking for us. So, we can only survive by constantly slaying gods. That's why we're called Campiones." Haru lowered his head, unable to look at Sora's tear-stained face, muttering to himself.

Hearing this, Sora gradually stopped crying and lifted her head.

"I'll go with you," she said, her deep gray eyes reflecting Haru's image, her voice resolute.

Haru abruptly looked up, staring at Sora's unwavering expression, stunned.

"Even if it means death, we'll face it together." Sora's unwavering voice echoed in the air.

Their faces slowly drew closer.

*Ding-dong! Ding-dong!* The doorbell rang.

Like startled cats, the two quickly separated.
