NOVEL SIMPLE Chapter 87: Laying the Groundwork.
(Ria’s POV)
Since Zia was sleeping, I had more power at my disposal. When she is awake, I have to split it between the two of us. I don’t take it all when she is sleeping, mind you. Our power is, technically, part of our souls, after all.
And God didn’t put two souls in one body, rather… I actually have no idea how she did that. Zia and I share the same soul, which is weird. Normally, the best case in that situation would be just one of us remaining, and just having the memories of the other.
With God’s help, that tragedy was prevented. But it wasn’t like the solution was perfect, such as I have already expressed. Anyhow, I am currently exploring Nina’s estate.
I ended up making my way back to her room, and I was happy to see Nina peacefully resting. To rest like this… It makes me a very proud mother.
If it was Celia or me, we wouldn’t be restful at all. Though, there is an argument to be made that I have no idea how we would act without our memories. So in that sense, I don’t know for sure.
Looking around the room, I found various hidden cameras and microphones. Vale had this place completely wired up… With a sigh, I modified them using magic to make them never reveal Nina’s secrets.
I don’t know if such a measure is needed, but I would prefer to be safe just in case. Taking her smartphone, I modified it as well, and placed it in a new box. I also placed the box next to her cutely sleeping self.
With that phone, which I also put a note inside of the box. With it, Nina can now be far more mobile in her plans. Though, looking through her memories, she doesn’t have a concrete one yet…
Ria: “…”
By now, I have to acknowledge that the story of this dimension is… off. It seems to be stuck, or something very close to it. Why are Vale and Nina in a stalemate?
Granted, all this does make sense. But the problem is that this world isn’t real at all. This dimension is a story world, which means that it should follow the logic of the story, and not the usual logic.
Someone changed this story from what both God and I had planned. Of course, my best guess is that the Will was the one to do so. I just don’t understand why it won’t progress…
God: “I understand!!!” She loudly exclaimed.
Ria: “…”
God showed up. I mention this, not because I had lost my tolerance to her doing such a thing, but due to her appearance… God was practically nude, and smelled of sex. It didn’t take much guessing to figure out what kind of substance that her body was soaked with…
Luckily, God was still only directing her voice to me, but I wasn’t going to have a conversation with a naked, sex soaked being that was floating over my daughter. As such, I took her into Nina’s bathroom.
Ria: “Okay, what did you figure out?” I ask with a sigh after cleaning her with magic, as well as giving her some new clothes to wear.
God: “Thanks for the cleanup! And, sorry… I had a lightbulb moment of realization after my wife had made me orgasm…” She said with an embarrassed tone and expression.
Ria: “You don’t have to apologize for having sex with your loving wife… What did you realize?” I repeat.
God: “Oh, the Will has a major addiction to Celia.” She answered.
Ria: “…Please explain.” I reply.
God: “Simply put, this story won’t progress, as you aren’t Celia, and Celia isn’t here. The Will made a new story, but it absolutely wants Celia to star in it.” She explained.
Ria: “So… It doesn’t like me trying to do the story in Celia’s stead?” I assume with a thinking pose.
God: “That is my best guess, yes.” She said with a nod.
Ria: “…”
Other than that, God didn’t have anything else to inform me about. Nor did she have any idea on how to actually complete the story of this dimension. Which meant that… I was on my own again.
Ria: “Sweet dreams… my daughter.” I say with a warm tone, gently rubbing Nina’s head.
Leaving her room, I left to modify every other piece of surveillance remaining in this estate. This included the vehicles as well. Not like that mattered, as Nina didn’t have a driver’s license.
And with the maids not on her side, it was unlikely for her to ever have a meaningful conversation in one of those vehicles, let alone near the maids. Speaking of that… I have an idea.
An Hour Later.
I looked through Vale’s memories, and I found the most liked maid apart from her personal one. Of course, after I had died in that crash, this maid was the one who replaced me as Nina’s personal maid.
How luxurious… Even the maids had their own private rooms? Well, this estate was big… But I am surprised that Vale would treat her maids so well. She doesn’t strike me as that kind of person.
Uni: “…”
Ria: “Have you thought about my offer?” I ask.
Uni: “Why do you think that I would agree with such an offer?” She said with a scoff.
Ria: “Oh, please… My race is very much linked to sex. I can see it in your heart… You want to tie up all the females in this house… and do… interesting things to them.” I say with a laugh.
Uni: “…And how can I believe such an offer? You even promised me Vale… That woman… she treats us well, in her mind. But I know that she just sees us as disposable tools. I have always wanted to fuck that woman silly.” She admitted.
Ria: “Can’t you understand that I am not a normal person at all? Become my underling, and then the women of the estate are yours. The only thing is… Nina is off limits completely, and you cannot force any of them at all.” I explain.
Uni: “…Hold on. Why would they become my love pets if I don’t force them?” She asked with a confused expression.
Ria: “After becoming my underling, you will have access to sex magic. One such as me can easily mind control anyone, but you will not have access to such powers.” I reply.
Uni: “You aren’t going to sweeten the deal?” She said with a smug grin.
Ria: “I don’t need to do so, Uni. You’re very beautiful and surely understand how to seduce a woman. The only one that I will allow you to force is Vale.” I deny with my arms crossed.
Uni: “…Fine, I agree.” She said with a smile.
Putting my hand on her head, I soon turned her into my underling. I need consent to be able to do this, but now Uni is fully mine. In fact, she doesn’t need my offer anymore.
Uni: “…How rude, Mistress.” She said with a pout.
Ria: “Blame yourself for being so easy to trick.” I reply with a giggle.
Uni: “It’s not my fault that I am such a horny girl…” She said with another pout.
Ria: “Vale will still be yours, but Nina and the rest of the maids are off limits.” I say with a stern tone.
Uni: “What?… How did I lose so much in this deal?” She said with a shocked expression.
Ria: “Convince them to side with Nina, and then you can seduce them. Remember, you must seduce them yourself. I won’t allow you to get them by raping them into your control.” I reply with my arms crossed.
Uni: “Yes, Mistress. Thank you, Mistress.” She said with a happy nod.
Okay, I think that I’ve done enough to make this estate far safer for Nina. Leaving it, I thought about my decisions from up to now…
Since when did I care about my underlings raping women? If it was the me of just ten years ago, I wouldn’t have stopped Uni from raping all the women in this estate, besides Nina… I guess that’s just that. With the longer I spend with my family, the less and less that I resemble my blood mother and sisters…
