8th Floor …

"...haa…ha…ha…" Lili right now breathing very heavily while her body is covered in sweat since she has been running around with her all might

Lili right now trying to hide from the monster that she never expected to encounter, not it super strong but it's also a monster that shouldn't be on this floor

She quickly covered her mouth with both of her hands while she tried her best to control her breathing sound since that dangerous monster was still trying to chase her

Right now she is trying to hide behind some big Boulder from that monster while that monster searching for her and she feels even a small movement from her will make this monster aware of her 

That's why she is trying her best to be silent as much as possible since if that monster noticed her then she is as good as dead even though she is trying her best to be as silent as possible but unfortunately her whole body hurts very badly which makes this task very harder than ever

Currently, her whole body is covered in injuries, which she got while saving herself from that monster. Still, she tries her best to endure the pain in her body

At least she needs to endure it until that monster goes away giving her a chance to run back to the surface or at least run until she runs across other adventurers who can help her

If possible then she doesn't wanna come across other adventurers at all due to her unpleasant past experience but it's not time to complain since she wants to survive then she definitely needs help more than any time

'I want to go back' Lili Inwardly said this in her mind as she really wanted to go back since she didn't want to die on this especially now that she found the place which she called 'home'

"Grrrr~" A huge dog-like creature growls as it tries to find the prey that escaped from its grasp, not by its eyes but also from the smell as well as by any sound movement that its ears caught

Fortunately, right now Lili's entire body is covered in dirt which results in her smell being difficult to detect so now she only needs to control herself from making any sound

'how the hell is this houndhell on the floor!?!' Lili inwardly asked this unconsciously to herself in frustration as well as panic since she didn't possess any remarkable talent, so she could only rely on knowledge

To gain knowledge, she read countless books about dudgeon records which include Famous Adventurers, Dungeon floors, items and monsters 

The books she read about monsters have general information regarding all monsters of floors that are explored by adventurers, so she knows what monster is this and what floor this monster should exist

So she clearly understood this monster shouldn't be on this floor, since this monster is a middle-floor monster and she found herself more unfortunate since she out of all the other adventurers on the upper floor encountered this monster 

Not only that but this monster seems to be dead focused on her since no matter how she tries to escape from this monster, somehow that monster manages to chase her 

Not to mention since she clearly remembered all the information regarding this monster named Hellhound and this monster is a very bad match for Lili

Hell hound is a dog monster that can fire magic flames from its mouth.

It is one of the physically weaker monsters in the Middle Floors but its flame has caused so many deaths that wearing Salamander Wool is a requirement for most adventurers who explore the Cave Labyrinth. 

There is a good chance that even adventurers who have levelled up will be reduced to cinders if they take a direct hit from this monster. It also has an unusually high resistance to fire magic

So in conclusion the only weakness of this monster is physical attacks which is Lili's weakest point, meaning the only thing she can do is run away from this monster

But it's definitely not an easy task or it's more accurate to say that this might be a near-impossible task because the speed of this monster is not any joke 

The only reason Lili is still alive due to that fact she is very small compared to this monster in size Meaning she can hide from this monster's eyes and save herself from this monster more easily 

But that doesn't mean she could escape from this monster since due to fact because this monster has a very sensitive nose, even though this monster can't pinpoint the location of Lili since she is all covered in dirt 

Unfortunately For Lili, this monster could at least smell that Lili was nearby him and that's the reason this monster is still not going anywhere else 

Lili needs to think of something quick otherwise it is only a matter of time before this monster finds her and by that time she will be dead meat

No matter how hard she thinks about a way to escape, nothing comes to her mind because she already tried to escape using some of her tricks in order to at least go to another floor since that way monsters weren't able to floor but unfortunately it was a worthless effort because none of her tricks works on this monster

She only hoped that someone would come to her rescue, at least some high levelled adventurer since she was sure no level 1 could do anything against this monster

'Yuno save me…' Lili closed her eyes and said this in her mind after she couldn't think of any solution, so now she only prays Yuno to come and save her as he already saved her multiple times before

Not without any plan to escape this monster, she only prayed and hoped Yuno would save her like every time but suddenly she noticed something as she slowly peeked behind the boulder she was currently hiding behind

And what she saw made her, she saw the Monster seemed to be going somewhere else now, she guessed the monster must have got tired of searching for her and after running out of patience, the monster finally gave up on her and decided to look for another prey

This a great thing as Lili couldn't help but feel very Happy inside after seeing this since that meant she was now saved and after seeing that monster getting further and further

After that monster had already gone quite far from Lili's location, she decided to take a risk and get away from her current place to move in the opposite direction of the monster

With little confidence in her mind to survive, she began to execute her plan as she slowly began to move towards the opposite direction of the monster backwards since she didn't want to take her eyes off the monster 

And due to that her entire focus was on the monster, not on the way she was going as the very small rock came under foot accidentally creating a very light cracking sound

'SHIT!!!' Lili inwardly said this as panicked after realising that she totally messed up, the monster without any delay turned around and saw Lili clearly

As the monster dashed towards the Lili with intention of tearing her apart into pieces by its jaw

Lili's face became pale as she became so frightened that her legs gave out, as seeing her death coming towards her

Fortunately, soon she managed to come back to her senses since she needed to run otherwise she would die as she gritted her teeth and stood up then started to run at full speed away from the monster

Monster seeing its prey running away, the monster gathered extremely hot flames in its mouth and then fired them towards Lili who was running without looking back at all

... 

Back to Yuno… 

Yuno without any delay rushed towards Orc while using 'Wind Soar' in order to gain a boost in speed as he took the sword out of his cane

*Slash* 

With a simple swing of his sword of enough to cut down the Orc into 2 pieces with ease, the result Orc instantly got turned into dust leaving behind the magic stone

He picked up a magic stone which was normally the regular magic stone of Orc but still, he found it very weird to find an Orc on this floor

Luckily Yuno found this monster before this Orc could find any other adventurers who were Level 1 since those adventurers surely would have died by this Orc

He now becomes more worried since if Orc is on this floor meaning that even the Upper floors aren't safe as the chances of Lili being in danger increase by a big margin

So without any delay, he rushed and began to search for floors as he moved to the next floor without wasting any more time
