Dominator In Naruto

Chapter 9 – After Test

Jay put the pencil down, with a light glow in his scarlet eyes, pushing the test paper aside. These were all questions about the basics of what a shinigami was. The duties, the law of soul society.

Most of this he had heard from Momo, but the parts he was missing he just copied from the guy in front of him.

Luckily, the people here weren't used to things like Sharingan. Probably over time, they'd get used to it.

Soon, the man wearing white shihakusho walked over, taking the paper, walking over to the next person. The first test was the test of spiritual pressure. It didn't go well since the amount that he could channel was minute. But his minute was more than enough to get admitted directly. The written test was just a formality that he decided to attend in hopes of seeing someone familiar. But there weren't many.

It made sense since everyone was busy finding food, a house, a place to settle, information. Let alone, it wasn't easy traveling from district to district, covering a massive area.

Unless they were high-level ninjas, jounin class, it would take them from one to five months, depending on their location. Some districts had a straight path, while the others were curved.

He, himself, had to cross mountain ranges, cross the valleys to finally reach here.

"The results will be out by tomorrow. Till then, stay at the housings prepared for you."

Jay nearly groaned, thinking about the place that they had prepared. He got up, going with the flow, trying to sense the spiritual presence in the crowd.

He shifted his eyes to the nearby room's door, looking at the confused girl walking out. Maybe it was because he was looking at her, she looked towards him. A smile appeared on her face as she hastily walked over, "Jay."

"Momo. How was the test?"

Momo clutched on his sleeve, nervously grinning, "It went well! I knew most of the answers...but...I left some."

She looked down, visibly upset, "Sorry...because of me, you must have left those questions too."

Jay chuckled, making Momo look up as he smiled, "You are cute."

"Cute?!" Momo blushed, looking down, her grip on his sleeves became even tighter, "I am not...cute."

Suddenly, she tripped on the leg of the next person, nearly falling when Jay put his hand on her waist, hugging her closer, "Stick closer."

Momo's face started burning, tightly hugging his arm, not daring to look up.

Jay whispered, "You make me worry...girl."

Momo confusedly looked up, apologizing, "Sorry...I know...I am clumsy."

Jay shook his head, stroking her back, "That's not what I mean."

The one was far too innocent, and it was even easier to make her blush with a pure heart. It almost made Jay feel bad about not telling her about Tsunade.

The two of them walked into an enormous hall, looking at thousands of people sitting or lying. There were people from noble families and from Rukongai, occupying left and right, respectively.

But suddenly, his eyes turned to the opposite corner of the room, and a bright smile on his lips.

Jay hissed, glancing towards Momo, "Hey, I saw someone I know...come on. I'll introduce you."

Momo was looking around, looking at a pace to sit down, when she heard Jay, "Really? You found someone you knew?"

The Soul Society was so big that there was little chance of two people finding each other again. It was a rare case where two people who knew each other would find themselves again.

Jay smiled, "Don't look so surprised. From the place where I come from, coming here would be an obvious choice. So we are bound to meet."

Momo looked in the direction Jay was looking, with slight envy, "It must be nice."

Jay patted her head, "Come on."

Shortly, he crossed to the other side, when his eyes fell on the boy with red hair and the girl with black hair huddled together. Beside them was a young woman with purple hair, talking with Tsunade.

Tsunade had her arms crossed, lifting up her breasts, shooting a look towards Momo, "So you came."

Jay hastily took his hand away from Momo's waist, grinning, "Of course I came. There is no way I'd make you wait."

"Mmhm," Tsunade pressed her lips, nodding, "And what is the truth? Why are you here?"

Jay stepped closer to her, putting his hand on her waist, whispering in her ear, "Sage of Six Paths interfered. It's a long story...but I'll tell you about it later."

Tsunade softened a little, hugging his waist, closing her eyes, whispering, "That's bad, right?"

"Let's just say he destroyed all my efforts," Jay rolled his eyes, still feeling angry over the situation.

Tsunade wrapped her hands around his waist, putting her head on his chest, "I am still glad that you came."

Jay ran his finger through her hair, kissing her head, "I missed you."

*Clearing throat*

Tsunade wanted to pull away, but Jay didn't let go of her, glancing towards the woman wearing an Uchiha clans t-shirt, "You are?"

"Naori Uchiha...you must be Jay that Tsunade was raving about," Naori smiled, darting her eyes between the two.

Tsunade pinched his stomach, forcing him to let go, rolling her eyes, "Jay, this is Naori. Naori...this is my husband, J. C. Scarlet."

Jay waved his hand towards Naori, putting his hand on Momo's waist, introducing her, "This is Momo Hinamori. She's the one that taught me everything I needed to pass the exam."

Momo hastily bowed towards them, "Hello!"

Tsunade pointed at the two sitting against the wall, "The one that looks like a monkey is Renji, and the other is Rukia."

Renji jumped up, feeling veins pop on his forehead, pointing at Tsunade, "Who are you calling a monkey!"

Rukia got on her feet, bowing while hiding a smile, "It's an honor to meet you."

Jay took Tsunade's hand, "I am going to borrow her for a bit."

Tsunade looked back at Naori, "Take care of them. I'll be back."

Jay gave a last glance at Momo, "Stay here, Momo."

Tsunade started walking with his, linking her hand with his, whispering, "Where are we going?"

Jay whispered back, "Somewhere, we could be alone."
