DxD: Matsuda!

     After Rias and the others had left the weekend finally came. Now Yubelluna, Coriana, Grace, Ravel, and Ingvild have followed me to the Underworld for my work.

     Not only will I be traveling around the territory fixing land issues due to the invasion of before, but I am finally letting my new familiar get some exercise! Venelana and Millicas have joined us on my new living airship.

     I am currently behind the old-fashioned captain's wheel on the second deck of this fly barge like a tugboat. The ship looks like a blend of Norse classic ship design with steampunk technology built in, which gives it a fantasy feel and look. When I was strengthening my new ship with magic I was trying to turn it into a spaceship, but it seems the ship's evolution is limited to its master's strength. The ship can comfortably hold about 16 passengers and is incredibly fast. I would say it is twice as fast as Tannin right now at its cruising speed but can go almost as fast as a jet plane in a straight line.

     The captain's deck is on top of a luxurious captain's room that oddly has a really nice bed in it, and the deck on the rooms level is wide and flat, perfect for fighting from. At first look it would seem this vessel is on the flimsy side, but its durability and speed definitely prove the onlooker wrong! (A/N you can see its pic in the glossary.)

     While I was piloting the ship whistling the song from [Steam Boat Willy], Millicas asked me,"Elder brother, what did you name this airship?" And he is pulling the steam whistle at the side with a big smile.

     I puff out my chest in pride and tell him,"I call him the [Love Cruiser!]" I can see the more mature women trying to hold in their laughter at the stupid name I gave my ship.

     Millicas tilts his head in thought,"Is it because you pursue peace and not war that you gave it such a name?" Poor kid.... I don't have the heart to tell him I am wanting a ship I can make love in the clouds on right?

     I smile at him like he is sharp,"That's right! Peace is the best! I said this during the three way peace talks after-all!" I have the wiseman look on my face then...

     Grayfia whispers into my ear,"That bed down below does not look standard issue my husband, in fact I think a rotating circular-bed might have a different meaning right? Oh and the pillows that change colors from pink to red are a nice touch...." She just puts on a smug smile after seeing my nervous look.

     While we went from location to location Grace had made a picnic style food spread, fortunately since my ship is an intelligent living ship I do not even need to be behind the wheel, so we had a very nice afternoon cruising in the Underworlds sky's.

     Venelana leaning on my arm tells me,"You have had an endless line of devils wanting to join you as retainers as of late, so I gave Coriana the documents containing them in there. Naturally I will only inform you when prospective followers emerge. It seems Bova Tannin has not accepted the Queen position from Riser. After seeing your mighty dragon performance and hearing stories from his father about you, he wants to be an 'underling' was what he told me, Ufufu!"

     Ravel sighs and explains,"I believe the real reason he was not allowed to join was due to the troubles the Phenex family is currently enduring. Right now with family members being kidnapped and betrayers exposed in our ranks, things are looking grim." She looks sad due to what her House is going through.

     I hug her and give her a kiss,"Ravel, don't worry no matter what the Phenex are going through the Gremory will stand by your House! As your soon to be husband I won't leave their sides." She finally lost her gloomy look and stood up proud hearing my words.

     Venelana had a look of forgetting something and then said with a playful smile,"Dear it seems that Roygun Belphegor woman has been looking for you as well. I did not realize you had an interest in her? She said something about a dinner date with you?" She squints her eyes at me, but my powers say she doesn't really care, but instead wants to tease me.

     I point to Grayfia,"Grayfia heard me! I told her we the Gremory would have her for a meal not a damn date!" I remember my words well.

     Grayfia tilts her head with a fake as fuck expression and betrayed me,"Well if I was Roygun Belphegor, I would have assumed you were trying to seduce me... You are after all known for your endless lechery! Every woman you fancy seems to add to your harem...." Damn! Grayfia I can see the smile you are trying to hold back....

     I defend myself,"I won't be interested in a woman that blabs our information right after meeting us, you know about your pregnancy, Venelana."

     Venelana informs me,"Ah it was her older brother that did that. Apparently he is not on great terms with her and wanted to besmirch her name with us. He hates her because she is treated with special rules in the House. The fact she participates in the rating game and is unmarried is not allowed by their House rules, but her family made an exception for her. So her brother tries to get her removed every chance he can, so he can become the head." She just rolled her eyes at the inner-conflicts of Devil House's.

     I shrug and say,"Well she is doomed to a rough immediate future of some sort, so avoiding extra baggage is good for us. If she comes asking for a meal, just invite her to supper with you and it will fulfill my words."

     Coriana, hearing my words, askd,"So I guess I should not have given her the teleport location to come to the ORC room then?" She is smiling looking at my stiff face. I would yell at her, but after the Ravel incident I have sworn to never question Coriana when it comes to women.

     A while later Ingvild spotted a massive lake in our territory so we had stopped for her to enjoy the shore off this massive body of water. I have kept my word with Ingvild and have taken her to a Gremory owned, inhabited island we own in Japan's waters, and we do fishing there. We have been there two times and she is always so happy. When the weather improves in spring, I will take her for a beach vacation with everyone before our senior year.

     My heart was nervous when Grayfia and I had a deep conversation. I told her about my Christmas worries due to her pregnancy and birth being in that time frame. I also told her I have nervous feelings about something involving her. She had only smiled sadly at me and said things that made me nervous all over again.

      Grayfia told me,"My hero, I was told a few things long ago.... First my birth will happen safely. Second...... You will have a trial that is connected to my past. So don't worry about my heart. I have been preparing for our trial for centuries. The reason why I chose to give birth in the Gremory estate was due to the warnings I was given back then. Your father told me however that I cannot warn you till after your trials come. I am sorry my past will burden you my husband, but just be my hero and do what you need to do."

     I did not press her for information due to not wanting to burden her. I know that knowing too much is bad. I do hate that her heart is burdened, so I just held her tight that night. She was happy I did not ask due to the fact she would have told me if I did. She just happily rubbed her belly knowing her twins would be fine. Well I will carry any past troubles she has. Even if I were to be the enemy of the underworld and all mythology!

     After a wonderful weekend with my family, we head back to Kuoh for the week of school to come. When I returned I was told that Sona's group had successfully acquired the artificial Sacred Gears and an even bigger surprise was given to me. An excited Momo informed me that she was pregnant! When they did her medical checkup it was discovered. Fortunately this was not an issue for her new gear.

     Sona told me what her girls received and I was happy to find out Ruruko was able to get the gear I promised her back when we first got together. Now she is very fast and she and Bennia are two of the fastest Knights out there.

     Rias and the others had kept in touch and told us they arrived safely and were now driving to the Romanian mountains to arrive in vampire territory. Well I am not getting bad vibes for their safety so that's good.

     The first half of the school week was normal and the Loli's seemed to be trying to one up each-other and capture me in a variety of traps. It seems that Ruruko and Mittelt are close due to the work with their gears and its an interesting Loli battlefield. The other Sitri girls seem jealous of Momo scoring the Matsuda jackpot, and are asking me for more outings... sigh!

     While I and my two buddies Issei and Motohama were on our lunch break we were walking near the Old School Building, or the ORC club-room. We like to sit by the low wall and look at the girls that walk by here from time to time.

     Motohama says,"My girls finally said they will let me ride bareback when they are in their senior year! I am so glad I can graduate to be a real man... condoms are the devil's work! I can't feel anything... sigh!"

     Issei laughs and tells him,"Nope devils impregnate anything that moves right Matsuda?! But damn I got my girl pregnant so now I have to get a good job so I can take care of my kid...." He puts on a fake look of sorrow because he is just making Motohama jealous on purpose.

     At that moment while we bantered I had a warning of impending danger............

     I stood up and said to Issei,"Issei and Motohama go and tell Mrs Tanaka and Mrs White there are intruders, go now!" Issei, seeing my expression looking into the woods, grabs Motohama.

     As Issei drags Motohama away I hear him tell him,"I think another girl is trying to have Matsuda take her in the woods, let's run fast and don't cock-block!" Issei made a good lie even though Motohama is confused.

     I then walked into the woods and saw three Khaos brigade magicians approach me and they said to me,"So it's the number one in demand devil, Matsuda Gremory! i cant believe every magician wants to make a pact with you?!" Mage one says.

     Mage two says,"Honestly this guy looks weak! I think if we take him down we can get well rewarded right?"

     Mage three adds,"Lets just hurry, we have a mission to complete! We don't want the other teams to beat us right?"

     The three stooges here are wearing the same robes the magicians wore during the peace talks, and they seem to not be the only ones... But how did they get into the school? We have strong barriers... Unless we have a traitor? Well I can't believe they are attacking in broad daylight........

     I use my insane speed to gut punch all three of these weak humans into trees and they were left half dead unconscious, I had felt killing intent from them so I just acted first. Just when I thought it was over I hear and see an explosion followed by a pillar of smoke coming from the New School Building... SHIT!

     I run as fast as I can without alerting the normal humans and rush to the scene, my gear is warning me of trouble ahead and I push classmates away and rush into the first year's classroom and what I see is.......

     Ruruko and Mittelt staggering to get up and a massive hole in the wall with a large trench from a magic blast. I look around and see Motohama's girlfriend crying on her knees. Tsubaki and Saji both come in behind me and I notice some devils missing that should be in this class....

     Ruruko holding her arm comes to me with tears in her eyes,"The magicians held that girl hostage and took Gasper, Koneko, and Ravel hostage then fled. Mittelt and I tried to stop them but there were too many magicians. They also were targeting Ravel!"

     Mittelt came to my side as well and added,"They threatened to kill that crying girl if the three did not come along, sorry we could not stop them and they did not take us."

     I look out the blown out wall while the student council moved the students away, Asia heals my two crying girls and Sona activates the mass hypnosis on the students. The device Azazel installed unfortunately is getting used this time. Tsubaki told me,"That poor girl will not remember the magicians, but her heart will remember that bad men threatened her, it is too bad emotional wounds can't be forgotten." Yes the anime does not fully explain that humans may forget some things but trauma can't be erased. She will have nightmares for a while.

     Reya finished examining the scene and shook her head to Sona and Kala,"After they left they teleported and I can't trace them."

     Sona tells me seeing my worried and pissed look,"I don't think that they will kill them due to needing to take them unharmed, all we can do is search the city and wait for any news. We won't rest till we find them OK?!" My gear is telling me to stay put and wait.......

     I say to Rose and Kalawarna,"I knocked out three magicians by the ORC room, maybe we can get information about our family!" Everyone nods and we move to take care of the aftermath.

     All of the students were sent home and told to come back on Monday, and that was the reason a group of delinquents vandalized a classroom. I call all my members to the ORC room while we come up with a stratagem to recover our family! Koneko, Ravel, and Gasper just stay safe, we are coming!
