Earth Dies

02. Pre-Gaming

Alice drove her hand-me-down 1995 Ford F-250 over to Bridgette's house about an hour later. She'd showered, shaved her legs, and even tried to style her hair nicely. She was wearing a pale denim skirt, a dark blue halter top, and cute boots, and she had to keep tugging the skirt down as she hopped out of the truck. Alice grumbled a bit, she was never a big fan of skirts and this one had seemed cute although a little daring online, but definitely was shorter than she was comfortable with once she'd tried it on. She was pretty sure if she wasn't careful, she was going to flash someone. Why did she bother dressing up again? Jeans and a t-shirt was far more comfortable.

As she rang the doorbell, she tugged the skirt down again, just in time for Bridgette's mom to open the door.

"Hello, Mrs. Meyer. Is Bridgette home?"

"Oh why hello Alice, come on in. I think she's just getting ready to go now. You look very lovely, that blue is fantastic on you. What are you girls up to tonight?"

"Thank you." Alice blushed, not feeling comfortable with the compliments. "We're headed to the big end of summer you-know-what we can't talk about. I'm not entirely sure where it's being held, but Bridgette said she got the address in her invite - I offered to drive."

At that, Mr. Meyer, Bridgette's father poked his head around the door with a grin. "Hi Alice! Just have my daughter home before midnight, and no funny business! My Bridgette is a respectable young woman and I want you to treat her accordingly." Mrs. Meyer rolled her eyes and sighed at her husband.

"Ha ha, Mr. Meyer. I promise we'll be good. No funny business here, we're just friends. I'll keep an eye on her though, make sure she's safe."

Bridgette's mom wiggled her butt back into her husband to distract him and grinned at Alice. "You girls have a great time and have fun, okay? No curfew for a friend," she said with a wink, strangely emphasizing the word. "Just enjoy the evening and ignore this fuddy-duddy."

"Bye daddy! Bye mom! Love you guys! Don't wait up for us!"

Bridgette ran down behind her parents, giving them quick kisses on the cheek, and stepped out next to Alice. Alice's mouth went dry. Bridgette looked stunning, wearing a thigh-length red and white patterned sundress and with her long wavy hair cascading down her chest where D-cup breasts proudly shot out toward the horizon, unrestrained by gravity or bras. Alice's brain was frozen. Her friend looked like every teenage boy's wet dream. How did her parents ever let her out of the house like this? Tonight was going to be a disaster.

Bridgette bounced over and grabbed Alice by the arm and swung her around. "Come on A, let's get going! It's gonna be a great night, I can just feel it."

Alice finally got her brain in gear enough to shout over her shoulder "Good night, Mr and Mrs Meyer!" as the two girls walked together to the truck. Alice grabbed the door for Bridgette, just being a good friend and NOT checking her out in that dress, and helped her friend climb up into the cab of the truck. As she walked back around to the driver's seat, she waved goodbye to Bridgette's parents and then climbed up herself.

As Alice sat down, her skirt immediately rode back up, nearly exposing herself. With a curse, she slid it back down and buckled in. Bridgette immediately slid across the bench seat to the middle next to Alice, hip checking her into the door and then buckling her own seat belt.

"You look great tonight! I love the skirt, and that top! So hot. Trying to impress someone special?" Bridgette batted her eyes at Alice and grinned. "If so, it's working!"

Alice glanced over at her friend and blushed. The seat belt was creating a lovely effect, pressing between Bridgette's breasts in a mouthwatering fashion, with what looked like Bridgette's nipples just poking through the thin fabric as her dress creased in. Having her friend pressed against her from shoulder to thigh was making her nervous and she was having trouble thinking. Suddenly, Alice realized at least ten seconds had passed without her answering, way more than was normal. What was the question?

"Uh, nope." Alice squeaked. She cleared her throat and tried again. "Nope. Just trying something different. I'm glad you like it. So where are we going?"

"You know where Jed Turner lives?" Alice nodded. "His parents had to go out of town for something, and he offered to host. They've got a few hundred acres in the back field, and it's a perfect spot for an off-the-grid party."

Alice put the heavy truck in gear and rumbled out of the driveway, Bridgette waving to her parents as they left a cloud of dust behind them on the gravel road.
