Eternity Starts From His Seed

Chapter 41: Twins Ex-tra

Night. Tower Bedchamber.

Wei Yi, laid on the bed obediently with a composed face, slowing arranging her legs in a comfortable position to play their game. Tightening his grip on the handles of the controller, Bubai aimed his gun at the door and flashed a mischievous grin, “I hope you prepared yourself…”

Even through her tears, Wei Yi tried to keep a composed face as she responded, “Ha… Wei Yi is willing… all to please master.”

“Heh.” Bubai straightened, a contemptuous sneer forming on his face as he locked eyes with the petite beauty.

In fact, both of them understood the underlying truth. Wei Yi and her sister were merely spies sent to monitor him, and Bubai couldn't alter that fundamental fact.

Even if he entertained the idea of turning them into his own, there was a slim likelihood of success, largely due to their extensive training by the sect since childhood.

Their value, at best, rested in being turned into double agents, but genuine loyalty to him was an improbable prospect.

After all, he recognized his own limited value to them compared to the sect.

Similarly, they also had not much value to him with their mortal status. He wasn't inclined to invest heavily in them nor indulge them.

They would, at most, occupy a position in his outer circle, utilized primarily for his own satisfaction and cultivation.

Even now, his actions were more about going through the motions, sending a message to those orchestrating the events behind the scenes that he had begrudgingly accepted their presence.

Wei Yi, astute and aware of her limited circumstances, recognized that her situation did not warrant a better treatment.

So, instead of futile struggling like her sister, she tactfully did her best to please him, aiming to avoid an even more unfavorable ghost or roach fate.

Perhaps, with her shrewdness, there lingered a slim hope that he might choose to sire a child with them.

Such an occurrence could drastically alter the dynamics of their relationship, introducing a new variable into their interactions.

This realization was precisely why he had sought out a contraception technique beforehand.

While he had irresponsibly engaged with women in the past, the lack of consequences could be attributed to the slim probability of a child between cultivators.

Moreover, the women he had been involved with were cultivators who possessed their own knowledge of contraception techniques… or alternatives with a similar effect.

However, the situation with these mortal twins were different. It necessitated his proactive measures and precautionary action to avert any chance of pregnancy.

Fortunately, Granny Shu, seasoned by her experiences and worldly knowledge, didn't take offense at his seemingly naive question. Instead, she patiently undertook the task of enlightening him.

She clarified that the majority of contraceptive techniques were performed on the women’s end and were instilled in women during their early cultivation years. This knowledge became an integral part of their training.

In contrast, men… have no contraceptive techniques at lower levels of cultivation. Even in the Foundation Establishment realm, there were only methods to temporarily control releases and even methods to stop releases... permanently.

In conclusion, most men can release all they want for a moment of pleasure, but once they released into the wrong hole, it’s no longer under their control. Be warned, fellow brothers.

Fortunately, it seemed the contraceptive methods were a well-researched field in the dual cultivation sect because the sect wanted to ensure their disciples could fully concentrate on the path of cultivation.

After centuries of diligent research, a plethora of alternatives had emerged, including highly effective contraceptive pills that had boasted a safety index of 100% for mortals, as well as more extreme measures such as poisonous pills to induce infertility and other less savory methods aimed at preventing pregnancy.

Conveniently, most of these contraceptive options were readily available at nearly every store within the sect. Securing them merely required a simple request.

Clearly, the sect didn’t want babies popping out everywhere. After all, the food supply isn’t infinite, and there was no need for breeding new population when they can just rob it from outside.

Perhaps, the twins’ bodies had underwent infertility methods before being sent over, but he wasn’t taking any chances. So, he took the precaution of purchasing contraceptive pills to administer to them.

Fortunately, the price of these pills were dirt cheap, reflecting the low demand among the men of the sect who tended to irresponsibly overlook such matters...

Of course, despite the pill's claim of absolute safety, he still harbored a degree of caution.

One can never place their trust on these sales pitch…

But, it certainly seemed like a more prudent choice than going at it with none, right?

Well, even in the worst-case scenario, the consequences wouldn't significantly impact him. His steadfast commitment to forsaking his morals was not a joke!

Of course, there were some bottom lines he didn’t want to break if he didn’t have to. Alas, some responsibilities he was too weak to bear at the moment.

Weakness is an original sin and being an irresponsible parent is just as sinful.

So, if it comes down to the time to be cruel, he definitely will… not want to think about this further.

This was a different fantasy world and he doesn’t want to spark a prairie fire over this controversial issue.

The cruelty of the cultivation world exceeds the imagination of many and if his life was a story, it was best for the readers to quit ahead of time, especially after receiving the doses of darkness so far.

Alas, he can’t escape from reality… so he will never quit until he walks to the very end… and even further!

With this unyielding determination, Bubai groaned in ecstasy as he felt the thick strands of Qi flowing into his dantian before being absorbed into his mysterious space.

While not as substantial as the initial plunder right after the breach, he was definitely satisfied over the total harvest.

Just popping the cherry of these mortals had allowed him to collect Qi equivalent to several days of indulgent feasting of spirit rice!

In the mortal world, women could sometimes be procured at relatively low prices, many times worth less than a bowl of spirit rice. Some were even obtained freely by cultivators!

The cost-effectiveness of dual cultivation methods was undeniable.

It explained why many were enticed to tread the sinful path of demonic cultivation.

The catch, however, was the highly unorthodox nature of these techniques, rendering them unsuitable for “open discussion” in other sect territories, where public outrage would inevitably follow.

Fortunately, he was in the Sun Furnace Sect.

Unfortunately, within the territories of the Sun Furnace Sect, where such dual cultivation practices were prevalent, women were considered valuable commodities and were not cheaply sold for a small exchange of spirit rice.

Though less effective, it’s a good thing these twins were reusable. Otherwise, the dual cultivation method can be dumped into the cold storage.

Petting the obedient Wei Er’s head, Bubai extended an olive branch. “Good. I like obedient and tough woman like you. If you perform well and show me your loyalty, I don’t mind truly accepting you as my own.”

Wei Yi looked up with a composed expression. “Wei Yi is willing to devote herself to master. But, my sister-”

He shushed her. “Don’t worry about her. This is a special treatment I am giving to you, and you alone. Wei Yi, you are a smart woman and I hope you understand.”

After struggling for a while, Wei Yi finally looked up, parting her lips to convey her compliance. “Yes, Wei Yi understands and is willing to abandon everything to serve master alone.”

“Hmm. Well, let’s see your performance in the future.” Bubai grinned.

After taking her vow, Wei Yi licked his finger clean before responding. “Wei Yi will listen to master.”

“Very good.”  Bubai wore a satisfied smile outwardly, but beneath the surface, only he knew about the reservations he harbored regarding how much he could truly trust her words.

Infiltration, he has done plenty in campaign mode. Now, it was just another game of modern warfare with these two.

Bubai turned to walk away, dropping his command, “Clean up here and you can come down to serve me. After that, you can have your dinner with your sister.”

“Yes, master.”

Lounge.

Entering the lounge, Bubai immediately noticed Xiao Lan seated at the table, gracefully consuming her meal of dried rations.

He noticed the Bigu pills discreetly tucked into her silky robe, evidence of her endurance of prolonged hunger in preparation for a rainy day.

It seems she still had reservations about him… Well, let’s see if he can fix that.

Feeling Bubai come to a halt beside her, Xiao Lan casually glanced over with an expressionless face, only to be confronted by his still-active controller, exposed due to his recent activities.

Yet, the iceberg beauty's demeanor remained unchanged as she nonchalantly turned back to nibbling on her jerky.

Unperturbed, he bent over to snake his arm around her waist and lift her up slightly.

Slipping himself below her, he held the soft, cool Xiao Lan tightly against his body.

Letting Xiao Lan to sit down on her new “chair”, Bubai couldn't help but show a pleased expression. “Ah, yes, this is the feeling. As I thought, Xiao Lan, you’re still so good.”

Xiao Lan's expression remained unaffected, calmly finishing her jerky. But just as her hand stretched out for another, he reached out to grasp it, placing his head over her shoulder. “Got anything to say? Tell me, it’s not good to keep things to yourself.”

Xiao Lan lapsed into a momentary silence before offering her response. “I thought you don’t need me anymore.”

Arching a brow, he stared at Xiao Lan's impassive, beautiful visage.

A faint grin played on his lips as he leaned in, nibbling gently on her ear before responding, "Xiao Lan, how could I forget you? No matter how many there are, things will not change. They are different because you are mine, the only one I can trust. I will not forget our promise.”

This was one of the reasons why he refrained from using the dual cultivation technique on Xiao Lan - he aimed to preserve her late-stage Qi-refinement cultivation, ensuring she could effortlessly handle the twins.

“…” They shared a moment of silence as his words settled into her mind…

Soon, he sensed Xiao Lan's body relaxing, eventually leaning back against his chest. She turned her face towards him, staring at him in silence before uttering in a soft voice. “As long as you keep your words, I will…”

Upon hearing her pause, he raised a brow. “You will what?”

Xiao Lan bit her purplish lips... and bared her thoughts. “I will be your Xiao Lan for as long as I live.”

Then, she leaned in, her lips getting closer and closer...
