The Tsuchikage had fought many battles in his lifetime and the name his granddaughter gave him as an old relic wasn’t too far. The man had seen the shinobi world progress. He had seen various Kages rise and fall. But he couldn’t shake off the feeling that the person he should be fighting was the cheeky golden-haired boy in front of him.

Is this Konoha’s attempt to show off their prodigy? If so, he might lose his life here if I don’t take him in as an international hostage. That would put Konoha in a bad spot, no?’ The Tsuchikage thought to himself.

“Stop spacing out in battle, old man. You might lose your life.” Gilgamesh's voice echoed behind The Third whose eyes widened. His aides couldn’t believe the boy’s speed, appearing behind them without a sound.

His movement even shocked his group who hadn’t seen him yet as well.

It’s confirmed. My barrier genjutsu works on those with Kage-level chakra.’ Gilgamesh thought as sparks gathered around his index finger and pointed at The Third Tsuchikage.

“Jiichan (Grandfather)!” Kurotsuchi alerted the Third Tsuchikage.

“Lord Tsuchikage!” Akatsuchi yelled as well.

The Third's right arm morphed into what was an arm larger than his body and swatted Gilgamesh’s right arm which was pointed at an angle that left the majority of his torso open for attack.

Gilgamesh’s free hand shot a stream of golden flames at the Third Tsuchikage’s face.

Ebisu and Anko knew what crime Gilgamesh had committed just now and were already too deep in it to call it quits and quickly surrounded Akatsuchi.

Mura wasted no time in surprising the already-surprised Kurotsuchi with a water bullet that glazed her hair by a micro centimetre.

She quickly turned to find an older teen smiling with his hands pointed at her as if he were wielding invisible weapons.

Before she could act, Mura was already above her and kicked her so hard that she exploded.

Ebisu, Anko and Mura looked at Gilgamesh with deadpan expressions.

“What? If I told you they were clones, would you have fought seriously?” Gilgamesh smiled with a shrug.

Ebisu and Anko had already dealt with the Akatsuchi clone before he could even act.

“Did we really just do that even though they were clones?” Ebisu asked while looking at his shaking hands.

“That’s what happens when you follow Gilgamesh sensei. You don’t even realize when you have changed.” Mura said proudly.

“So where are the real ones?” Anko asked and Gilgamesh pointed downwards with a nod.

The group looked below and found the Third with his aides and six other Hidden Stone shinobi.

They flew downwards to meet them but Gilgamesh still hovered above his group, causing The Third as his unit to look upwards at him.

“Still disrespectful now? Don’t let my mercy waste or I will change my mind.” The Third Tsuchikage warned.

“You can still speak after your clone didn’t last a minute with me old man. I don’t mind a friendly spar if you will.” Gilgamesh maintained his air of arrogance as new memories filled his mind about his ego, pride, and arrogance from his previous life.

“You attacked us and threatened to kill leaf shinobi. I don’t know about the others but I don’t take threats to my life so casually. I had already died once, it won’t happen again.” Gilgamesh remained firm but his last statement brought about a second of confusion but the older ninjas present took it as a traumatic event the boy had experienced in a mission or his short life so far and could relate to that.

Gilgamesh weaved hand signs at such speed that it made Ebisu drop his jaw before he could interrupt Gilgamesh and speak for the group diplomatically to end things here. They had already bested the clones so their value increased which would cause anyone to at least think twice before being violent.

In less than a second, Gilgamesh’s hands blurred and three large golden fiery orbs appeared behind Gilgamesh.

If the reports were not exaggerating what Gilgamesh did in the hidden rain village then…’ The Third Tsuchikage thought as he quickly placed his hands on the ground.

The shinobi that were with him wondered why the strongest in their village would want to use a defensive technique which they all recognized. But for that explicit reason, Ōnoki being the strongest in their village, they wasted no time and joined him in that same instant.

A large wall brown earth wall reinforced by other walls rose in front of the unit as the ground below them shook.

Are you telling me that a kid has the power to shake our defence? With a weird fireball jutsu?’ One of the shinobi behind the Third Tsuchikage thought as the wall broke apart with sparse amounts of golden flames burning some of the broken parts of the rocks.

They didn’t even have the time to stand up and understand why the defensive wall made by nine people crumbled with one attack when Gilgamesh landed on the ground and weaved hand signs again.

“He’s attacking again! Disperse!” The Third Tsuchikage ordered as great amount of water spewed out from Gilgamesh’s mouth and filled the area with a water level of one inch.

What attack is he preparing that he has to wet the ground? Did he want to trap us in the earth?’ The Third Tsuchikage thought as he flew out of Gilgamesh’s range.

Mura immediately tagged Kurotsuchi. Kurotsuchi who saw the way he handled her clone immediately morphed earth amour on her shoulder, torso, and arms.

Mura smiled, cut off her escape route and immediately threw a kick at her which she dodged low and was met with a water bullet zipping past her.

Tch! He won't let me get close! In that case…’ Kurotsuchi thought but was immediately met with a flurry of kicks and punches some of which she blocked and dodged.

“I can see The Third taught you well. My master fights your master. Who do you think will win?” Mura said as he retreated a few inches away from Kurotsuchi but not too far to stop her from launching long-range attacks.

Mura had trained enough with Gilgamesh to understand how annoying and difficult it is to suffer from long-range attacks, especially quick ones.

“I can say the same about you, leaf bastard! But how is that little boy your master?” Kurotsuchi retorted, her voice filled with defiance.
