Chapter 116 New Sub Skills

Before he even looked at the sub-skills he had gotten from his title, Raydon could feel the change in his body. He felt his muscles, skin, bones, and internal organs hardening up as a result of his improved stamina.

Not only that, but he felt a surge of vitality as if his life force had been replenished. He had the impression that all of his cells had once belonged to a grandfather who had lived to be a hundred years old, and that they were now growing younger and regaining their youthful vitality.

When Raydon examined the title panel, he found the answer to what was making him feel this way.

[Title]: Master of All

-Experience points can be used to boost the stat points of your choice.

Currently available stat(s):

-Stamina

-Life Regeneration (sub-skill): Doubles the body's rate of healing and enhances the effects of healing skills used on the body based on the stamina stat.

-Damage Reduction (sub-skill): Ignores 50% of all received damage.

-Minor Elemental Resistance (sub-skill): Body resistance to common elements is increased by 50%.

-Greater Health: HP is increased by 1000.

''+1000 health points? '' He couldn't contain his excitement when he saw that 1000 more points had been added to his HP, which had already increased to 570 due to his increased stamina. This meant that as his HP increased, so would his mana regen, thanks to the Ash Skin body enchantment.

''And %50 elemental resistance? Is common referring to elements like fire, water, earth, and air? ''

Despite the fact that this skill does not include extremely rare ones like death, Raydon was still satisfied. With the 50% damage reduction sub-skill he previously obtained, his resistance to these elements has now reached incredible levels.

''Anyway, my MP regeneration rate should now be around 7,85 per minute. ''

He contemplated it. If he includes the mana regen that comes with 1 spirit stat point, his mana regen is now close to 8 per minute. As a result, he was able to use the Spirit Wave skill once or the Flame Burst skill almost twice per minute without using his mana reserves.

''I think now I can start my hunt. '' He grinned as he spoke, unable to contain his delight at the improvement.

''But I must first taste that meat. '' His grin was abruptly cut short by the drool that once more began to drip from his mouth.

The raw snake meat did not look very appetizing to Raydon, so he decided to fry it before trying it. However hungry he was, he was willing to wait a few extra seconds if it meant his meal would taste better.

''Flame Burst. ''

The snake's flesh was quickly roasted with the seasoning of death by the black flames that erupted from his hand, creating a delightful aroma in the process.

''I think that's enough. ''

He said, wiping his mouth with the sleeve of his jacket as he cut off a piece of the fried, tough meat from the snake and shoved it in his mouth. When he bit into the meat, the oils it released created a flavor explosion in his mouth.

"Damn, this is delicious!" He gulped down the piece in his mouth and let out a joyful cry.

Once he realized he wasn't going to throw up, he took another piece and kept eating, and then another, and another, and another, until he'd eaten the entire snake in a matter of minutes.

''So from now on I can only eat monster meat, huh?'' Raydon chuckled as his hunger was satisfied. It was fine with him if all the monsters were going to be this tasty.

''But I believe my daily food costs will rise significantly. '' He considered as he observed the Wandering Snake in front of him, all of whose flesh had been consumed and only its internal organs remained. He had just consumed about 15 kilos of meat, yet he didn't even feel completely full.

He would now have to use their meat for his own food requirements, in addition to the materials he had taken from the mobs he had killed.

The good news was that his dimensional storage was adequate for the time being, and after each match, he could store enough meat for two days. At the very least, he was relieved that it didn't have any restrictive side effects, as most body enchantments do.

Raydon threw the other wandering snake directly into his dimensional storage without dismantling it and then went in search of his next victim.

There were only two mobs on the islet, and as he jumped to the next one, he encountered three wandering snakes and quickly killed them as well.

When his mana was full, he could use the Spirit Wave skill to instantly kill them with a single strike, but as his mana was being replenished, he chose to only use the sword to finish them off in two to three strikes.

Raydon jumped from islet to islet in this manner, killing a total of 78 wandering snakes in little more than half an hour. He threw ten of them into his dimensional storage without dismantling them, and the rest were dismantled to save space.

''If my calculations are correct, 5 of them could completely satisfy my hunger for one day.  But it would be nice if I could find other types of mobs if possible.''  He refused to eat the same thing over and over, no matter how delicious it was. Eating the same thing over and over reminded him of how he used to eat instant noodles every day when he was broke.

Raydon checked his mana and saw that he was only missing 10, so he moved on to the next islet.

''I think I've come a long way.  ''I wonder if I can find the enemy team.''  He had already passed over 20 islets and was getting close to his destination, the large island.

He jumped to the next islet, killed five more wandering snakes there, and decided to check the area again.

''Despise. ''

''Flame Burst. ''

He jumped, using his combination skills, and began to survey his surroundings from the air. When he looked at the big island, he realized there were only 14 more islets until he arrived, and this time, he could also see the island's center because he was closer.
