Hatake Tatsuya in Naruto

The current Tsunade has yet to master the Sozo Saisei Technique, but her current strength has already reached the same level as her future counterpart when she fought Madara.

This places her in a league comparable to the Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen. With the addition of the Sozo Saisei Technique, she could even contend with Six Paths of Pain, who was on the edge of achieving super Kage Level.

Although her chances to attain the super kage level are high. However, Tsunade has achieved a level few in the history of the Shinobi. A level, not most elite Jōnin can ever reach.

"Now can you surrender now?" asked Tatsuya.

He lowered his head, gazing down at the Third Raikage beneath his feet.

At this moment, the burly figure resembled an orc tribe chieftain. Lying on the ground with his hands stretched forward and interlocked, he was defending himself from Tatsuya's Zanpakutō. The scene bore a striking resemblance to the Naruto being struck down by Pain.

Unfortunately, Third Raikage lacked a plug-in, rendering him incapable of unleashing the power of the Nine Tails.

"Asshole!" In a fit of fury, Third Raikage, paying no heed to the injury on his hand, aimed to let the blade cut through his skin and then threw a punch at Tatsuya. 

Simultaneously Tatsuya's Shikai ignited with red flames burning Raikage's flesh.

"Ahh!!!"

The intense pain transformed Third Raikage's roar into an instant scream, and he collapsed to the ground once again. Tatsuya maintained Ryūjin Jakka's firepower at a level that immobilized the Third Raikage without being lethal, as he intended to use this hostage card for negotiation.

"How's the situation on the other side?" Tatsuya turned his head and glanced towards the opposite end of the battlefield.

The distance between the two locations was approximately half a mile.

The dust-covered Sakumo took a deep breath and sheathed his Tanto. Leaning over, he turned his eyes towards the still form of Onoki and then lifted the unconscious figure, and sighed.

"This old man is truly troublesome to deal with."

Tatsuya reflected on during the fourth ninja war. Despite Onoki's advanced age, there was little potential for further strength breakthroughs. Even after his physical prowess and chakra levels surpassed those of other Kages. He was still someone not to be taken lightly. Especially with the dust release that caused most ninjas to be reduced to dust upon contact. It even humbled Hatake Sakumo, who had been undefeatable for a long time.

"Master Tsuchikage!"

"Master Raikage!"

Onoki's son Kitsuchi and Third Raikage's assistant Dodai panicked upon witnessing their master's capture, shouting in distress.

"Please calm down, Kitsuchi; we have no intention of taking the life of Lord Tsuchikage."

Minato exuded innate kindness, a compelling affinity that made people want to believe in him. This was on the condition that he lowered the Flying Thunder God Kunai standing on Kitsuchi.

"It's so noisy!" Tsunade shouted in frustration, delivering a swift kick to Dodai's back.

Jiraiya, observing the scene, couldn't help but twitch. Although over half of the ninjas in the armies of the Rock Shinobi and Cloud Shinobi were still in combat-ready condition, witnessing the arrest of their Kage, they tacitly laid down their weapons.

Seeing this, Tatsuya raised his hand. Minato then lowered the kunai that had been resting against the neck of Kitsuchi.

Tsunade delivered another swift kick to Dodai, her frustration boiling over as she shouted, "Hey! Get up if you're not dead!" Her voice cut through the noise of the battlefield. Dodai groaned, trying to push himself up, still reeling from the unexpected assault.

"10 billion taels," Tatsuya chimed in casually, his tone almost nonchalant.

The two co-leaders of the Cloud and Rock Shinobi were momentarily subdued, their hands bound and struggling against their restraints. Tatsuya leaned against a nearby rock, his expression unfazed by the chaos around him.

He continued, "Give Konoha that amount, and then your Kage can go free."

"Have you lost your mind?" Not only Rock Shinobi and Cloud Shinobi, but even members of Konoha itself were stunned. The amount of money demanded by Tatsuya sent a sudden shock through their hearts.

10 billion taels!

It's crucial to note that the reward for S-level tasks is typically around $2 million. In other words, earning 10 billion taels would require completing 5000 S-level missions. It's doubtful that any Ninja Village, from the Sengoku period to the present, has accomplished such an astronomical feat.

"The price you are asking for is too outrageous, isn't it?" Minato subconsciously swallowed, still striving for his married life with Kushina. Tatsuya's demand for 10 billion taels from two different shinobi villages was a matter not to be taken lightly.

"You are joking right?! Which Shinobi village can suddenly produce a massive compensation of 10 billion taels?" Dodai rising from the ground barely contained its anger and exclaimed.

Tatsuya remained silent but drew Zanpakutō from between the ribs of the Third Raikage, aiming it steadily at his heart.

Dodai's whole body shuddered, and he hastily waved his hands to intervene. "I, I get it! Ten billion taels, right? We'll find a solution! Don't do anything rash!"

Cloud Shinobi Village, in the aftermath of the third Ninja War, could be considered the biggest loser after Konoha. First, they lost the future Fourth Raikage and their elites were ambushed by Rock and Konoha. If they were to lose even the third Raikage, it would position them to compete with Sand Shinobi for the title "The Weakest Ninja Village."

"We'll give you 10 billion! Let go of my father!"

In contrast to Cloud Shinobi, which suffered substantial losses, Rock Shinobi, having incurred minimal damage in the three wars, displayed significant wealth.

Upon hearing the figure of 10 billion, Kitsuchi was momentarily taken aback but swiftly regained his composure. He expressed that they were not short on funds and encouraged Tatsuya to release his father first.

Rock Shinobi had entered the fray in the later stages, and aside from the encounter with Tatsuya, they had suffered little significant damage. Moreover, the land of Earth rich in minerals had an economic strength second only to the Land of Fire. While a billion did make them wince, it was not unbearable.

"They are rich and formidable," Kurenai remarked with incredible emotion.

"I knew it they had 20 billion."

At this point, the girl trio overheard Tatsuya's self-talk and was instantly shocked by his disregard for billions.

"Pay with one hand and deliver with the other."

Tatsuya raised Ryūjin Jakka's Shikai form, retracted it into the sheath turned around, and left freely. Finally, he added, "Jiraiya, keep an eye on Onoki and wait for Rock Shinobi to send the money. Once they do, return the prisoners. Minato, escort Raikage to Konoha Prison guard him personally and release him after Cloud Shinobi has paid up."
