Haunted Duke’s Daughter

Chapter 80

“Eh…… Lilia. What are you gonna do?

“Whatever you do, you just have to eat here. You don’t have to travel on purpose.”

No one here would be able to say anything, and to conclude, Tina seemed convinced that it would. Quickly, then, and spread the lunchbox.

It was a simple lunch box with fried white rice and salad. The chopsticks are also well worn. Yes, chopsticks.

Watch Chris and Saila. They both seemed confused with their chopsticks.

“Go ahead.”

Soon Alisa, who had come to the side, handed out spoons, forks, and knives that she was used to seeing Chris and Saila. Chris, who gratefully received it, heh, followed Alisa’s move.

“You’re brilliant”

“I won’t give it to you.”

I know, I know.

In the same exchange as earlier, Chris snorted bitterly.

When Tina said what she wanted to do, she really didn’t have a particular purpose. Simply because I was about to leave the dorm, I wanted to talk more before then. I was wondering if there was anything special about it. Lilia feels like she’s got a shrug on her shoulder. I know it’s best not to have anything.

“All three, your parents are far away.”

Chris opened his mouth as he was eating quietly. Tina and the others nod.

“I’m about a week’s ride from here, right? Katin’s in different directions, too, but it’s more or less the same. Ira was farther away, wasn’t she?

“I have nearly a month to go. Rain and other circumstances make it late or faster, but that’s about it.”

That’s what Ira says in her usual tone. Something Chris seems to be paying attention to about the tone, but apparently now he decided to close his eyes, only slightly narrowed them.

“A month, will it be near the border? You’ve come a long way.”

Chris says as surprised. Lilia didn’t put it on her face, but she was very surprised inside. I had checked Tina’s parents’ house once before I pulled into a cage, but I never even checked the others. Things I thought were even far away from Tina’s home, but I didn’t know anyone was coming from that.

“Does most of your vacation end up on the move?

Saila listens, and Ira nods.

“Well, yeah. I guess in some cases I don’t make it back in time. When I was on vacation before, there was heavy snow and all sorts of things that prevented me from going home. No, it was tough then.”

Having said that, Ira laughs lightly, but Lilia also finds that she can’t and is laughing.

– Poor thing. I can’t believe I don’t even know if I can go home after a month.

– Really? If you’re going to this school on purpose, aren’t you just not doing well with your parents? I can do other things if I just study.

– If you’re just studying, yeah. But graduating from this school is huge. Because that’s all I have to do to find a job. Because reading and writing calculations, magic knowledge, that sort of thing is guaranteed. Besides, if things weren’t going well with my family, I wouldn’t bother going home.

Lilia was a little surprised to see if this school was worth that much. I can certainly be taught a lot in this school. But compared to the knowledge I’m getting from Sakura, I’m really inferior. I know Sakura is the exception, but I’m still surprised.

– I’d like to do something for you.

– You won’t need it. That’s how you know who you are.

– No, that’s right… Mmmm……

Sakura didn’t seem convinced, but Lilia couldn’t figure out why. Besides, there’s no way first. A month on foot might still do some improvement, but a month on the carriage wouldn’t change that much about anything else.

That’s what happens without the convenience of a magic formation of metastases.

– Is there a magic formation of metastases?

– I don’t think so. It was just in the toilet. I’ve never heard of it.

– Well, that’s right.

Metastasis is a paranormal phenomenon. The Magic Formation is to ask the spirits to fulfill it. No matter how many spirits, it cannot be physically impossible.

– Even if you can’t transfer, like flying in the sky or something else…

I cast a spell that I didn’t quite understand the sawdust as if it had been switched on. Lilia sighs, unconscious from Sakura’s voice. It’s something I can’t help but ask.

“Lilia”

Tina’s voice. When I looked at Tina, I was staring at Lilia.

“What?”

“Do you have any plans for your vacation?

When was that such a topic? Chris is laughing in the corner of his sight. Apparently, he was focusing too much on his conversation with Sakura.

“I don’t have any plans. I’m thinking about relaxing though. What about you guys?

As Lilia listened back, Tina answered immediately.

“I’m helping with the house. We treat our customers!

“Yes, I feel sorry for the customer.”

“Why!?

I’ll also ask what’s going on, and what other people’s plans are as I hold Tina down with my hand as she embarks on herself.

“I study even when I go back to my parents’ house, right? There’s no excuse for a birth environment beyond Tina being sixth.”

It was Katin who said that.

“Tina, were you sixth?

“That’s right. Thanks to Lilia. But you can compliment me.”

“I could have complimented you if you weren’t on track,”

“Oh…… Failed……”

Tina rams onto the table. Chris frowned, but didn’t say anything. Apparently I’ve decided to put up with it only while I’m in this room. I appreciate it on the inside, but I won’t let it out on my mouth.

“Even if I get there safely, I have to go home. If you relax for a day, you’ll go straight home.”

“That’s tough… Good luck.”

“Oh. Thanks”

Ira smiled, and as I recall, she turned to Lilia.

“The more you eat, the more you walk.”

“I know…”

Answering bitterly, Ira returned to her seat with a mean looking grin.
