I Died and Got Summoned to Another World as a WHAT?!?!

Myria says "Does this mean you forgive me for making you mad?"

"Yeah, it does. Not that I was ever really mad at you."

Myria says "Good. Now I can look forward to your return without being nervous about this conversation."

"How come it was you telling me about this instead of Lin?"

Myria says "Because she won. We played a game and the loser had to be the one to tell you."

"Am I really that scary?"

Myria says "Of course you are! Well, maybe not to us, but to others you are terrifying. We mainly didn't want to talk to you about it because we knew how you would react."

"Wait, when did the two of you even manage to talk about all of this?"

Myria says "Oh, hasn't she told you? Lin figured out how to create a soulscape on her own."

"No, she didn't tell me! So, you two have been chatting in her soulscape?"

Myria says "Yes. Are you mad?"

"No. Of course not. Although, I am amazed she figured out how to make a soulscape all on her own. I would have taught her how if she had asked."

Myria says "I don't know why she didn't. You would have to ask her. Although, knowing her, she probably wanted to see if she could figure it out herself."

"Yeah, that sounds about right. I will ask her later, we are going to be having a long conversation anyway."

Myria says "I bet, but it is only fair. After all, I already dealt with the hardest part of the conversation."

"Speaking of that, are there any more prospective brides that I should know about?"

Myria says "Well, there is another one, but only if you end up taking multiple wives."

"And who would that be?"

Myria says "Brightfire. Mainly so that the elves won't feel left out when you have wives of the other races."

"I guess that makes sense, but is Brightfire going to agree to that?"

Myria says "Of course she will!"

"Wait, have you already talked to her about it?"

Myria says "No, not directly. We didn't want to get her hopes up since we doubted it would go that far. However, it isn't hard to figure out how she feels about you. Besides, even if she doesn't want to, there is also Silverleaf."

"So, if I marry the catkin and Amercy, then I also need to marry Brightfire or Silverleaf? You have got to be joking!"

Myria says "It is only a possibility that we want you to consider. In the end, it is your decision and we will stand by you no matter what you decide."

"I appreciate that and I will meet the cat-girl, but it most likely isn't going to happen. I can't think of anything that would make me take five wives!"

Myria says "What, are you worried about being able to keep five women satisfied?"

"Physically, no. Emotionally, hell yes! I already have enough trouble with just Lin and am nervous enough about adding you. Adding three more on top of that just seems like an insane idea!"

Myria says "Well, luckily for you, I don't need much emotional support. As long as I know you care about me, that will be enough. Also keep in mind that we wives will be able to support each other, you won't have to do it all yourself."

"Even if that might be true, I still don't want to risk it. It's just not worth it."

Myria says "I thought all men dreamed of having a harem?"

"Oh yeah, it's great to fantasize about, but in reality it is far too complicated."

Myria says "In other words, you are scared of what might happen. Not what will happen, what might happen."

"Well, yeah, I guess I am. I have a good thing going right now, risking it for more is just plain being greedy."

Myria says "If you were doing it just because you desired them, that would be greedy. Doing it to unify the peninsula to fight against the demons is a completely different story. That is the only reason that Lin and I are willing to even consider sharing you with others."

"Alright, you've made your point. I won't promise anything other than that I will consider it."

Myria says "That's enough. Now, can we go back to the kissing?"

I don't see any reason to refuse, so I take Myria into my arms and kiss her. We make out for quite a while before Myria decides to leave and I end the soulscape. I have Jarvis turn the time dilation back on and then go looking for Lin.

I find her sitting in the library reading, but when she sees me she puts the books down. First, I tell her all about the conversation that I just had with Myria. I also tell her about the kissing and what almost happened, I am not going to try and keep it secret.

Lin says "You don't need to feel guilty for being attracted to Myria. In fact, I think that it is a good thing. Even if you don't agree to any more wives, I do want you to marry Myria."

"You do realize how weird it is for you to say that, right?"

Lin says "I know, but I am serious. Even though we haven't met outside the soulscape yet, I have come to think of Myria as my sister. If I am going to share the man I love with anyone, I want it to be her."

"Then what about this catgirl?"

Lin says "I won't know until I meet her, but if she is cute and fuzzy I will probably be okay with it!"

"What does that have to do with anything?!"

Lin says "Don't you know? All girls love cute and fuzzy things! To be honest, I can't wait to meet Myria in person so that I can pet her ears and tail!"

"Be careful, playing with her ears causes her to get extremely excited."

Lin says "Oh? How do you know that?"

"I found out when I played with them of course."

Lin says "Were they as soft as they look?!"

"Softer!"

Lin says "I can't wait to play with them!"

"Then what are you going to do about getting her all worked up?"

Lin says "Oh, I will let you deal with the aftermath!"

"Wait, what?! How is that fair?"

Lin says "Don't give me that, you know you will enjoy it!"

"In that case, you are going to have to wait to play with her ears until after she and I figure things out."

Lin says "Don't worry, I already planned to."

"Good. So, what do you think about the rest of it? Amercy and Brightfire?"

Lin says "Marrying Mercy to unify the peninsula is a sound idea. Her kingdom would allow you to force the empire to fight on two fronts. It would also make it easier to convince the Free Union to submit peacefully. Brightfire is a different story, she won't actually bring you any benefits. Marrying her will just give the elves peace of mind."
