I Reincarnated into High School DxD as a Random Guy

“Alright! Let’s do this”, I said stretching in front of the old school building. Next to me is Issei, we will be the ones to attack the gym. To be honest knowing that Riser’s [Queen] would be there after the gym fight, I made a mental note to absolutely be a part of the gym mission, even if Rias chose Issei and Koneko for this mission like in the anime  I would have volunteered to replace one of them and would have insisted on it. Thankfully I was assigned along with Issei to do the job so I didn’t have to do anything.

 

“Okay then, Akira, Ise. You won’t be able to avoid the battle once you get into the gym. Move accordingly like we discussed. That location will be an important place”, said Rias as she sent us off.

 

I nodded to what Rias said and said, “Yes, of course”.

 

“Then we will be going as well”, said Kiba as he put his word on his hip. Koneko was with him and she said, “Yes we will be going too”.

 

“Yuuto, Koneko, move accordingly like we discussed”, said Rias.

 

“Roger that”, said Kiba.

 

“Yes”, said Koneko.

 

“Asia will be on standby with me. But we will be going after we get a signal from Akira and the others. You definitely cannot be taken down. It will be over if we lose our healer”, said Rias.

 

“Y-Yes!”, said Asia energetically but she appeared nervous.

 

“Akeno, I trust you to move when you think it's the right time”, said Buchou to Akeno.

 

“Yes, Buchou”, replied Akeno.

 

Buchou steps forward after she checks everyone.

 

“Now then, my adorable servants. Are you ready? We can’t turn back now. Our enemy is Riser, who is said to be a genius from the immortal House of the Phoenix with a promised career. Now then! Let’s go and blow them away!”, said Rias.

 

[Yes!]

 

All of us replies together and heads off!

 

Me, Issei, Koneko and Kiba leaves the old school building

 

“Akira-san! Everyone! Please do your best!”, said Asia from behind. We raise our hand and wave at her.

 

We run towards the gym. During our way towards the gym, Kiba and Koneko leaves us to head to a different direction. It’s in our plan for Kiba and Koneko to leave us at a certain point.

 

“Then we will be waiting for you ahead!”, said Kiba as KOneko nodded.

 

“Yeah, you just do that!”, I said and Issei nodded.

 

We split up after saying our good byes. They will do their job, and I will do mine!

 

I went towards the gym along with Issei.

 

Since the main entrance is connected to the new school building, we can’t enter from there. That’s because our intrusion will be caught by them.

 

We need to go in from the other door located on the opposite side of the gym. We went there and turn the door knob. It’s opened. It’s not locked.

 

I immediately turned on my magic sense.

 

We come into the back platform from the back door. Since the curtain isn’t down, the inside is visible.

 

Then I detect enemy presence and I muttered, “…Enemy detected” and Issei froze.

 

At exactly that time, a loud voice echoes within the gymnasium, “We know you are there, servants of Gremory! We watched you coming inside”.

 

Yes we were spotted by Riser’s servants.

 

Then there is no need for us to hide ourselves.

 

Issei and I show ourselves to them by appearing at the platform boldly. There are six female Devils standing at the court. That’s two more than the anime. Looks like me making Riser angry definitely had some effect.

 

While there are the usual four the [Rook]  with the Chinese dress Xuelan, the twins with chainsaws Ile and Nel who were [Pawns], the girl with a stick who downed Issei in the anime Mira and was a [Pawn], there is also the Nekomata twins who were also [Pawns] called Ni and Li.

 

Well anyway it’s good, with this we have two less people to fight later on.

 

“The pawn and….YOU”, said Xuelan. “You are the one who insulted Riser-sama”, said Mira. “Unforgivable”, said the twins Ile and Nel. “We will defeat you and avenge Riser-sama”, said the Nekomata twins Ni and Li. They all looked angry.

 

I just shrugged and said, “I just stated the truth. It’s not my fault that he is uncouth”. At this they all got into battle stance with narrowed eyes and angry faces.

 

I looked at Issei and said, “I’ll take care of the Rook and the Nekomata twins, you take care of the other [Pawns] ok. By the way be careful of the girl with the stick ?”.

 

“Yeah I understand”, said Issei.

 

He then said, ““Boosted Gear, standby”.

 

[Boost!]

 

The sacred gear appeared on his hand. I also readied my sacred gear saying, “Sacred Gear activate”.

 

[Power Up!] x 3

 

[Distribute]

 

I just powered up enough to stall these guys. After all this battle is going to continue for sometime and I can’t waste my energy here. I am plenty strong myself without any boost. Besides Akeno is going to blow up this place anyway so why bother.

 

We stood in front of our respective opponents and the battle began.

 

“We will destroy you”, said one of the Nekomata twins Ile as she rushed towards me.

 

“For Riser-sama”, said Nel as she rushed to.

 

I maintained a fighting stance. Ile jumped and attacked me from the top, I added wind magic to my foot as usual and easily dodged it by jumping to the side and rushed forward.

 

Nel attacked from the right side and jumped over and rushed forward towards the [Rook] who was ready in a fighting stance.

 

Both the twins were like, ”Wha-“.

 

As I approached Xuelan, I used the mind control technique I learned from Rias (which she used on my parents) by looking at her eyes and temporarily stopped her from reacting by mind controlling her and before she could snap out I punched her in her stomach and she was knocked a few feet away and fell to the floor with a “UGH”.

 

I smiled and looked at the bewildered Nekomata  twins and said, “Did you really think defeating me is easy?”.

 

They then get more angry and both rush towards me at the same time saying, “We will definitely defeat you”.

 

Ile rush from the right, I avoid her and use a “fire rope” magic to tie her right leg and Nel rushes from the left and I also dodge and use another “fire rope” to tie her left leg.

 

Then I pull the rope and they smash into each other with an “OW!”, from Ile and “OFF!”, from Nel.

 

Then I stomp with the full power of my legs and break the right leg on Ile and left leg of Nel.

 

“AAAHHHH”

 

“AGGGGH”

 

They cry in pain as they are rendered immobilized. They look at me horrified.

 

Meanwhile Xuelan has recovered and she rushed towards me, I avoided her with my superior speed and then tripped her with my leg and then again Stomped with both my feat to her right leg with all my strength as she was a [ROOK] with good defense and managed to break her leg too, immobilizing her as well.

 

“ARRRGGGG”, she screamed in pain.

 

Then I looked to see how Issei was ding and it looked like he managed to do the “dress break”.
