In A Cultivation World With The Highest intellect

Create Your Own

Brax walks up to an aisle dedicated to lightning techniques, as it is the least crowded one. He wonders if the basic level martial arts techniques here are as shitty as the ones he read at the fire aisle, so he gave it a try.

But right after, Brax felt like wanting to rip his eyes out from the stupidity that was written on it.

'These fuckers have no concept of how lighting works or even forms? how the fuck did you create a martial arts technique when you don't even know the basics?' Brax questioned. But he figured out the answer himself as he read deeper into the manual.

'The people of this world are so used to relying on Qi energy for everything that they don't even bother understanding the concept behind the elements that they frequently use.'

Brax now understood the reason why the average talent was only able to reach the peak of the Core creation realm. It's because they fucking knew nothing about the very structure of the world that they live in.

They believe everything is because of Qi. But Brax had to admit, even with their shortcomings and closed mindset, they are able to become living gods all credited to Qi energy.

Now Brax is more interested in Qi than anything, a type of energy that allows people to do anything in this world. If he understands it, he is going to be unstoppable.

"You were really lucky back there," As Brax was thinking about Qi energy and how it might work, he heard a voice beside him.

Brax turns his head and sees another outer sect disciple, who is very handsome. Back in his world, this disciple would easily become a top-paid model.

Brax notices that even this disciple is stronger than him, but he is not surprised. There are more than a hundred thousand outer disciples in the sect and over 50 percent of them have a stronger cultivation than him.

"What can I do for you, senior brother?" Brax asked. "I said you just got very lucky back there, you know. Darvin is an asshole and is known for being a bully. He let you off easy because he was preoccupied," the disciple explained.

"Oh, was my situation that bad?" Brax asked. "It was, and take my advice. Next time you see Darvin, avoid him at any cost or he will make your life a living hell."

"Thank you for your advice. May I know senior brother's name?" Brax asked. "It's Luke Blane," the handsome senior brother said with a smile.

"Nice to meet your senior brother Luke. My name is Brax Azarov," Brax introduced himself. "Nice to meet you too junior, I just came to warn you, that's all," he said and walked away.

As soon as his silhouette disappeared from Brax's eyes, he frowned. He didn't like what he heard from Luke about Darvin. But he also didn't like this Luke.

Brax knows how to identify a shady person and he could tell in an instant that Luke was shady as fuck. No one would bother to go out of their way to warn someone because of the kindness in their heart, especially in this dog-eat-dog world.

Brax wondered what Luke's angle was trying to be friendly with a no-one like him. But right now, Luke won't be a problem for him.

People like Luke take their time, act all friendly, and slowly take advantage of someone until that someone is completely trapped in their net.

Brax's biggest problem right now is the guy named Darvin. From what Luke said, Darvin is a bully and likes to inflict pain on others.

Luke was glad that things didn't escalate with Darvin as he could have faced an untimely death just like last time.

Brax knows that this time, he needs to be more careful as this world is more dangerous than his previous one, but he still ended up getting killed in that one.

Brax had no one to blame but himself. He knew he could have been alive if he had not been so arrogant back then. He believed in his fame and importance to the human race too much.

He thought no one wanted to kill him because his death would be a massive blow to the human race. He became too arrogant and didn't bother keeping up with the extremist group that was rising against him, thinking that the authorities would be able to take care of them.

But he was wrong. They found him and they killed him. 'It must be Gustav who leaked my info to those extremist groups. He always felt jealous of me. Well, I at least fucked both his wife and daughter at the same time,' he thought. By now Brax had already run through all the possibilities that led to his death and he was 99% certain that Gustav, his colleague, was behind his assassination.

Only he had the knowledge and ability to help the extremist group break into his cabin and kill him.

"Well, it worked in my favor as I ended up here, so when I can get back to my universe, I will deal with him," Brax says, picking up the intermediate-level lightning technique.

The technique is called the lightning tiger fist technique, where a cultivator can coat their fists with lightning and punch someone.

As he read through the technique, he was a little disappointed, but he did discover why this technique was better than basic level ones.

Brax now has an understanding of what makes a technique a higher level one, so to confirm his understanding, he searches for a few more intermediate-level martial arts, and after viewing them; he is completely sure of his theories.

Done for the day, Brax decides to head back to his humble adobe and figure out his next step of action. Just as he is about to walk out, he sees his friend Peter walking out with a smile on his face.

"Peter, did you find something suitable?" Brax asks. Peter stops in his tracks and smiles at Drax. "Yes, I got my hands on an Intermediate level Qi breathing technique," he says with excitement.

With how excited Peter looks, Brax can tell that he has got his hands on a good one.

Even amongst the intermediate-level manuals or of any other level, some are more desirable than others. Some of these factors that make them more desirable are the price of the manual, how easily it can be understood, how effective it is, and many others.

"Which one did you get?" Brax asks. "Not here, let's go somewhere private," Peter says and walks out of the manual hall alongside Brax.

"Let's go to my place as it's closer," Brax suggests. "Sure let's go," Peter says and makes their way back to Brax's place.

"So, did you find what you were looking for?" Peter asks on their way back to Brax's place. "Nothing, everything is the same! I wonder if there is any other way to get better breathing technique," Brax says with his arms behind his head, trying to portray similar behavior to the previous Brax.

"Well, you can create one of your own," Peter says and looks at Brax but then suddenly begins to laugh out loud, as the idea is pretty ridiculous.

"You know, it's not a bad idea," Brax says with a hint of sarcasm, but he is being very serious. If someone can do it, it's Brax.

"Haha, I was just joking. Don't even think about trying to create one by yourself. To create a cultivation technique, one at least needs to be a Nascent Soul realm cultivator," Peter says, but Brax doubts Peter's words.

"Why is that?" asks Brax. "I don't know, it's just is," he replies. Brax knew that the information was bullshit because how did the very first people of this world start cultivating if the requirement to create a cultivation technique is to be a Nascent soul realm cultivator?

Brax now has a basic understanding of how Qi is viewed in this world and with some time and learning, he knows he will cook up something better and this world will not be ready for it.
