Invincible System in ATG

"...It's about my mother" calmly started Cang Yue slightly gazing at Yun Che's back.

Seeing that Yun Che stopped in his tracks, she continued.

"When I was fourteen years, she died. In her last moments, I promised her that I would take good care of my father. All these years, I have been taking proper care but recently, my father fell gravely ill and now is on his death bed. Without any concern, my blood-related brothers are fighting to snatch away his inheritance"

Tears started to roll on her beautiful face making her look pitiful.

"I can't even fulfill my father's last wish"

*sobbing* *sobbing**

"I am weak. In fact, too weak to even protect myself" snuffled Cang Yue and her eyes turned a bit red after all that crying.

Yun Che walked to Cang Yue and positioned himself to her level and said with a straight face.

"We live in a world where the strong feeds over the weak. Power is everything one needs to accomplish their dreams. And to do that you need strong will power than anything else. It's up to you to decide your own fate"

Cang Yue felt her burden lessen a bit after talking to Yun Che. She was entranced by Yun Che's charm and she felt her downcasted mood once again lighten up with renewed energy. And her desire to grow strong heightened.

She clenched her fists harder with resolute eyes. This gentle and frail-looking lady will in fact become a lady with frightening power and who will be feared upon in the near future.

"Go take a bath for now. You stink!" said Yun Che closing his nose.

"....!"

Only then did Cang Yue remember that it's been a day since she had last taken and hurriedly distanced herself from him. It's her first time feeling embarrassed when someone commented on her from the time she was a princess. But didn't get offended. And quickly left to take a bath. Her previous clothes were reeking with the smell of blood.

Yun Che left the room not before leaving a set of new clothes for Cang Yue.

After soon taking a bath, Cang Yue returned to see a pink silk dress placed on the bed. It was of high quality than she had ever seen. Surprisingly it fit her perfectly with all her body curves. She doubted how Yun Che knew all of her sizes but soon dropped it as she shook her head convincing herself thinking Yun Che is a true gentleman and it's nothing but a mere coincidence.

All eyes were on Cang Yue as she left the room. It was like a princess suddenly came on a surprise visit. It's true though... Even the women were charmed by Cang Yue's beauty making them somewhat jealous. Some fiercely glared at their husbands and the latter started coughing and reluctantly set their gaze away.

Yun Che was busy playing with Feng Zu'er and Feng Xian'er and many other kids and they were really very adorable. He taught them some of the games he played as a kid in the meantime. Not only them, all the kids in the village soon grew very fond of Yun Che.

His looks only affected people above 12 years but there was no effect of them on kids. So, he was free with them unlike the other people in the village who were awe-struck as they didn't know someone this handsome can even exist!

They cut ties with the outside world long back, so they thought it might be possible but how wrong they were.

Yun Che now is at the 5th stage of Earth Profound Realm and with his True God Profound Veins, no one under the Tyrant Profound Realm can pose a threat to him. That's what his system told him before. He was spending his time with these kids playing until his eyes fell on Cang Yue's figure.

Cang Yue's previous gentle aura is now replaced with an aura of resolution and will to grow stronger as if no one in the world can stop her from reaching her goals, which is a positive sign as for his opinion.

He gave a brief nod and continued to play with the children.

Cang Yue sweated and she began doubting her own charm as a princess. She inwardly cursed Yun Che for being so dense. It's her first time seeking attention from a male. He should have at least complimented her for the dress.

Seeing Yun Che play with the children, her heartfelt warmth. Even though he killed many mercenaries back then without even blinking his eyes, now the one before her seemed more contrast with not even a bit of similarity.

Cang Yue let out a sigh and enjoyed the scene ahead of her with a gentle smile.

(Night Time)

The preparations for the banquet were done and soon the celebrations started. Children were happy as they roamed here and there tasting each of the dishes.

Feng Caiyun thanked Yun Che once again on behalf of Feng Baichuan, her husband. All of the people from the Phoenix Clan were indebted to Yun Che.

Feng Baichuan then went on to explain the greatness of their once so-called clan. Cang Yue filled on the details of the Divine Phoenix Empire which is the strongest empire, unlike the Blue Wind Empire.

Cang Yue started reciting the achievements of the Divine Phoenix and their standings which were whole on another level.

Feng Baichuan felt prideful of his own clan. Then he started telling Yun Che and Cang Yue about the trails thing. How anyone can get the bloodline of the Profound Beast who passed the trails.

Cang Yue's eyes shone on hearing that. She asked Feng Baichuan to let her give it a try. Looking at her determined eyes, he didn't have the heart to turn her down. So, he discussed with his fellow clan members and they finally agreed.

This earned a smile from Yun Che as Cang Yue decided to risk on her own not growing dependent on others!

Feng Baichuan turned to Yun Che asking whether he wanted to join in, to which he gave a nod.

"Then it's decided. Phoenix Trials are going to start tomorrow!" shouted Feng Baichuan. And thunders of claps resounded in the area.
