MHA: Living as a Mineta is hard

Chapter 306: Ambition

"So, when is the battle of him against all of us start?" Bakugou asked with a hint of impatience. Midoriya had made him feel nothing but annoyance, and he wanted to release this emotion on the next battle.

As for feeling exhausted?

Bakugou and the rest didn't feel that feeling at all since they had rested enough and also drank Mineta's support drink.

Everyone was also looking at Mineta before they looked at Aizawa, who had just returned with the team of Class 1-A and Class 1-B from the last battle.

"...."

Aizawa couldn't answer them. Instead, he looked behind and saw that everyone was still spirited. He let out a long sigh and asked, "Mineta, are you alright?"

"I don't mind since this battle will be easy."

"...." Everyone.

"...okay, then." Aizawa took a deep breath, trying to calm his throbbing emotion. "Everyone, be ready. Let's beat this guy up."

"YES!"

No one hesitated since all of them wanted to teach this bastard a lesson!

However, when Midoriya also wanted to join, Aizawa said, "Midoriya, stay here. It will be dangerous if you lose your control once again." If they did nothing, he didn't care much, but they were about to face Mineta. If Midoriya suddenly lost control again, then what would they do?

Aizawa knew that he needed to give his all in this battle, or else they would all be beaten by Mineta.

"....."

Midoriya was silent, shocked, and his world turned dim, but suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder. "All-Might..."

All-Might shook his head.

"...."

Midoriya knew that there was no chance for him to join this battle.

After watching all of them leave the monitor room, Midoriya watched behind Mineta's back as he clenched his hands, thinking that he had to become stronger!

---

"Are we really going to do this?"

When all of them were on the ground, they couldn't help but ask this question since they felt this situation was quite ridiculous. When they walked to the ground, their heads were still in heat, but when they arrived, they realized their situation. They felt like everything was quite hard to accept, especially when they thought they would face Mineta at the same time.

The students aside, the teachers felt it was quite unacceptable, especially when they were Pro Hero.

Were they going to seriously fight their students?

They knew that Mineta was strong, but even so, their pride still thought that they were better than him, especially in the matter of experience. Mineta might be strong, but he lacked experience. Lastly, they weren't alone. They were in a group. More importantly, Aizawa was around.

As long as Aizawa used his Quirk, the winner was clear, right?

"Sensei, don't underestimate him. He is stronger than you have imagined," Kendo couldn't help but remind them.

"I know." Aizawa nodded, but like the others, he didn't take this matter seriously since he needed to show Mineta that the world of Pro Hero wasn't so easy.

---

In the monitor room, Midoriya and All-might stayed together, watching Mineta fight against 49 people.

If Midoriya didn't leave, then it would be 50 people. Unfortunately, he lost control over his Quirk, and no one wanted such an uncontrollable element as a teammate.

However, Midoriya didn't know this, and he felt slight resentment in his heart. He also wanted to join the fight, especially when he knew that he had just awoken a new ability of the One-For-All.

"All-Might, who do you think will win?" Midoriya asked. Even if many things happened, he still respected All-Might, especially when All-Might was the number one hero and the person that he had worshipped in his life. More importantly, All-Might was also the first person who told him that he could become a hero.

Midoriya didn't think that Mineta could win.

Why?

Because he didn't think he could win this battle either.

The One-For-All was powerful, but even so, no matter what strategy he thought in his head, he couldn't think of a solution to defeat 49 people on the ground.

He thought that All-Might would agree with him.

However...

All-Might smiled, then said, "I think that Mineta-boy has a great chance to surprise all of us."

"...what?" Midoriya was shocked.

"Well, just watch. It is useless to talk about it now, right? He has the confidence to defeat all of them, so I am curious about what he will do, but even if he loses this battle, his courage is still admirable."

All-Might didn't care who was the winner or the loser, but he hoped that Midoriya, his inheritor, could be as courageous as Mineta somehow.

Midoriya opened his lips before he closed them again, but he knew that All-Might was correct. He only needed to watch, and there was no need to talk much since the result would be decided soon.

---

With 49 people around them, they didn't have anything to worry about.

Aizawa, as the leader, led everyone to their position, and he was also ready to use his Quirk the moment Mineta appeared. No one doubted that Mineta was strong, which was why he had to stop him. The moment Mineta appeared, he was going to stop him.

Their plan was that simple.

After all, when Mineta couldn't use his Quirk, could he defeat all of them?

They were full of confidence, but suddenly, they noticed a small dot in the distance.

"Eraser-Head, is that Mineta?" Snipe, whose eyes were like a sniper, noticed Mineta, who stood half a kilometer away from them.

Aizawa squinted his eyes and looked at Mineta, who was standing on the top of the building.

"Yes, that's him, but what is he planning by standing there?"

Unfortunately, Mineta was too far.

Snipe's attack distance was around 300 hundred meters.

Aizawa also couldn't use his Quirk when someone was too far away.

Still, they were all confused about what Mineta was about to do.

"Wait, is he going to snipe us from that place?" Todoroki asked in doubt.

"...."

They all fell silent since they thought about Todoroki's match with Mineta. After all, Todoroki was defeated by Mineta by snipping.

However, they thought too much since Mineta's act was quite simple.

"Overflood."

As his voice echoed, suddenly, his substance emerged from everywhere, creating a tsunami-like attack.

"......."

They lost their voices as they watched everything being swallowed by the purple substance.

"RUN!"

With this voice, everyone reacted, but it was too late.

---

"....." 2x

"...he won." All-Might was at a loss.

"...yes." Midoriya was in a similar state.

Everyone was at a loss at this moment, watching the figure of the young man, who overlooked everything below him with a calm expression.

By this point, Midoriya wondered whether he could really become a number-one hero.

Meanwhile, Mineta thought his time to become a god might be sooner than he had thought. He might have had doubts before, but with everyone that had been done, it was impossible to return to how he used to be, and he had to achieve ambition, or everything he had done would be meaningless.

With that said, while everything went smoothly for Mineta, it was a different matter for everyone in the League of Villains.

Their beginning was good, they had momentum, but they lacked experience, and they were also being targeted by a certain group.

As they stood up weakly from the ruins, they couldn't help but look at the giant before them as they cursed.

"DAMMIT!!!!"
