After a few minutes, Mereleona grabbed a Spatial Magic User and ordered him to send her to the place she wanted to go.

The poor guy was so scared that he almost shit his pants as if he had come across the angel of death itself.

"All right! You bloody imbeciles!! This is a strong magic region known as the Yultim Volcano. There's a volcanic belt laced with powerful mana deep underground, and it spews lava constantly. This is a place where no ordinary person can set foot in. But at the summit, there's a splendid and revitalizing hot spring." Mereoleona shouted at everyone.

An excited smile then appeared on her face as she looked at the sweating people in front of her.

"Everyone will run to the summit!" Mereleona glared at everyone and threatened them before she pointed at Alex and spoke, her voice filled with killing intent. "Except You!"

Yami and others were startled by her words, starting at Alex with mixed emotions.

Yami even patted his shoulder and whispered. "Hey, kid. Just how do you piss off this lioness? It seems you're going to bury on this volcano today."

Leopold was also interested, as he was very familiar with the personality of his elder sister.

Mereleona would never show interest in anyone if the other party hadn't done something to piss her off or if they were exceptional.

"You're indeed my Riyal! Even elder sister is interested in you." Leopold gave a thumbs-up to Alex and said with a solemn expression. "But I still advise you to be careful or else she will eat you alive!..."

Alex didn't care about their gazes and the nonsense they were spouting. He looked around, muttering. "Hmm... last time we met, it was also a volcanic region, right? It seems you have a fetish to get your ass whipped in such places, huh?"

"Hehe... we will see who will get their asses whipped today!" Mereleona glared at Alex, ready to pounce on him, her mana resembling the shape of an animal.

Alex grinned and took off his sword and grimoire, passing it to Noelle.

"Keep them safe!"

"But how do you fight without these?" Noelle cried out in worry.

Even Yami and others were taken aback by his actions.

Mereleona furrowed her brows and growled angrily. "It seems you're looking down on me! Do you think I'm the same person I was last time?!"

Her grimoire floated in front of her and a massive amount of Fire magic assimilated in her body as she lit up in fire, even the air was burning by her flames.

"I was training for the last years to beat your ass!" Merleona declared.

Yami, Charlotte, and others were taken aback by her new spell.

The captains could feel the power of that spell.

Even Yami could never beat her in that mode. He furrowed his brows and looked at Alex with worry.

'Kid, how are you going to overcome this hurdle?'

Noelle was sweating profusely, worried for her man.

'Asta...?'

Charlotte and Sol tried to act calm but their worried expressions sold them away.

Alex watched Mereleona and he smiled with satisfaction.

"Good. You've grown strong again. I would expect nothing less from you."

His smile widened and an eerie aura radiated out from his body, startling everyone. Darkness enveloped his body and covered his figure as the space around him seemed to be twisting.

The surrounding mana began to cry in horror and sounds of ghost wallings echoed over the volcano.

Let alone the magic knights, even the captains could feel their hair standing on the edge, experiencing chills running down their spine.

"I never looked down on you, my lioness. But if you die then who will give birth to my children, huh? Hehe... and since you are using your full strength, then I have to also respond in kind, right?" Alex's voice echoed from the dark figure standing in front of their eyes. "Get ready! Because this time, I am going to knock you up for sure!"

But unlike before, his voice was filled with coldness and bloodlust, scaring everyone present on the scene.

Even though the surroundings were burning hot but they could feel a soul-creeping chill covering their bodies, sending chills down their spines.

Even before Mereleona and Alex clashed, their mana pressure was so heavy that it was giving the hallucination of the space between them bending and twisting around.

It was very scary!

Mereleona was the first to move as she bent her knees and propelled herself ahead, appearing in front of Alex in the blink of an eye.

The ground where she was standing had cracks appearing all around it, displaying how strong she had become.

Mereleona's fist powerfully slammed into Alex's face.

*SLAM!!*

Alex's back nearly bent backward, but he stomped down and withstood the hit. The ground under his feet cracked down and hot lava poured out. But he had no reaction to the burning lava as a twisted smile appeared on his face.

'….!!'

Mereleona had struck with all of her might behind that punch and yet it was not enough to send Alex flying.

If it was anyone else, their heads would have blown away, leaving their corpses.

"You can still… withstand this much of my power? Hehe... Not bad!"

Even though Mereleona really struck him with the intention of blowing his head away with a single punch but if he had died because of that, she would be very disappointed.

He was the only man approved by herself and he had to be stronger than her.

Her fist was only able to cause him to turn his head a little which really surprised her since she was confident to at least break a few teeth.

Too bad, there was no time to remain surprised, because Alex's own fist flew in afterwards.

*Swish-!!*

*SLAM!!*

Mereleona was smacked right in the middle of her face, and she flew away, her legs sliding down on the ground, creating cracks.

"Is that all, lioness? Don't make me laugh!... Let it all out! Show me your anger!" Alex shouted as he grinned.

The air on the volcano was quivering noticeably.

Mereleona stopped her body after a few meters and grinned devilishly, shouting.

"Hehe... I'm right! Only you can handle me! I can't control my excitement!"

Instantly her aura multiplied by a few times and the flame erupted, burning even hotter.

Alex responded in kind as his aura also exploded with more power, shaking the entire Volcano.

Yami sweated and shouted loudly. "Let's leave this place. They are going to destroy everything."

Everyone was frozen in shock and woke up by his shout, running away for their lives.
