At this moment, a middle-aged man arrived at Lingxiao Peak along with a beautiful girl who seemed to be in her fifteen's or sixteen's. She has skin like snow, along with her lively eyes and long eyelashes. She looks particularly beautiful.

With a little curiosity on her face, she asked the middle-aged man beside her, "Uncle, is it possible for me to become your disciple?"

After the middle-aged man approached, he greeted him with a smile, "Xiao Chen!"

From the tone of her uncle, the middle-aged man, the girl feels like her uncle is trying to please the young man in front of her.

Shifting his gaze from the Tianji card, the young man looked at the middle-aged man and the girl before responding, "So it's Peak Master Xiao, are you here to see my Master?"

"Unfortunately, my master is not present at the moment, and come to think of it, my senior brother isn't here either."

After saying that, he shifted his body into a more comfortable position, causing the hammock to keep swaying.

The girl was taken aback by the way the young man was behaving towards her uncle.

Xiao Chuang said to the girl beside him, "Xiao Ye, this is the second disciple of Lingxiao Peak, Lu Chen, and you can just call him the second senior brother."

Although Xiao Ye doesn't understand what's so special about the young man in front of her, she calls out obediently, "Hello, second senior brother."

Upon hearing her melodious voice, Lu Chen couldn't resist stealing a second glance at her. 

Xiao Chuang smiled and said to Lu Chen, What do you think of this girl?"

Lu Chen hurriedly waved his hand and said, "Uncle Master Xiao, if you have any questions for Master or senior brother, you'll have to wait until tomorrow; they will be back then. I'm very busy now, so I don't have time."

After saying that, he jumped off the hammock and prepared to run away. Xiao Chuang quickly grabbed him and said, "Don't try to escape."

After seeing this from the sidelines, Xiao Ye was completely speechless by his actions.

Xiao Ye was speechless and looked at her uncle. "Uncle, is Lingxiao Peak really that terrible?"

Xiao Chuang shouted, "Don't believe him. It is a good thing for you to join Lingxiao Peak."

Xiao Ye looked at Lu Chen and blinked her big eyes. 

Lu Chen said to Xiao Ye with a very sincere expression, "Girl, go back and ask your father if he has done anything that offends your uncle."

"If you continue to talk nonsense, believe it or not, I will beat you to death."

"Hurry up and tell me how Xiao Ye can become a disciple of Lingxiao Peak."
