Old Blood at Hogwarts

Chapter 106 Riot

"That's disgusting." Ron muttered, looking at the youngest Muggle child. "It's so outrageous..."

Sixty feet above the ground, the child began to spin like a top.

Hermione and Ginny hurried towards them, pulling their coats over their pajamas, with Mr. Weasley following behind them.Just then Bill, Charlie and Percy emerged from the boys' tent. They were neatly dressed, their sleeves rolled up, and they held wands in their hands.

"We're going to help the Ministry maintain order!" Mr. Weasley's voice rose above the noise. "You guys, get into the woods." He said to Aaron, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny and The twin brothers said, "Stay together and don't separate. I will come find you after the matter is resolved!"

Bill, Charlie and Percy were already running towards the oncoming parade, and Mr. Weasley hurried after them.Ministry of Magic staff rushed to the scene from all directions. The group below the Roberts family was getting closer.

"Come on," Fred said, grabbing Ginny's hand and dragging her toward the woods.Aaron, Harry, Ron, Hermione, and George followed.

When they got into the woods, they all turned to look behind them, and saw that the team below the Roberts family was even larger than before. They could see the Ministry of Magic staff trying desperately to rush in and get to the hooded wizards in the middle, but they encountered great difficulty. It seemed that they didn't dare to cast any magic for fear of causing the Roberts family to fall.

The colored lights that once illuminated the entrance to the gymnasium are now extinguished.Dark figures stumbled through the woods, small children cried, and nervous, anxious shouts and voices echoed in the cold night air around them.Aaron felt himself being pushed around by the crowd, but he couldn't see their faces clearly. Then he heard Ron cry out in pain. Then, he heard Hermione's voice: "What's going on? Ron, where are you?"

It was pitch black in the woods, making it impossible to see anything clearly.Aaron quickly took out his wand and shouted: "Lumos flash!"

The flickering fluorescent light on the wand instantly illuminated the path.Ron was seen lying on the ground, curled up in a ball, with Harry and Hermione next to him.

"Ron, are you okay?" Aaron asked.

"Tripping over a tree root," Ron said angrily, standing up from the ground.

"Hmm, with those feet, it's hard not to trip." A drawling voice sounded behind them.

Aaron, Harry, Ron and Hermione turned sharply.Draco Malfoy stood alone nearby, leaning against a tree, looking leisurely and contented. He crossed his arms and seemed to have been looking at the chaotic scene in the camp through the gaps in the trees.

Ron said something bad to Malfoy.

"Speak more clearly," Malfoy said, his light eyes shining in the night. "I think you'd better hurry up and run away! You don't want them to be discovered, do you?" He said to Aaron and Hermione nodded.

At this moment, there was a loud noise from the camp, like a bomb being dropped, and a green light instantly illuminated the trees around them.

"What do you mean?" Hermione asked unconvinced.

"Granger, they are looking for Muggles." Malfoy said, "Are you willing to show your underpants in mid-air? If you want, just stay here... They are coming this way, we Everyone can have a good laugh.”

"Hermione is a witch," Harry shouted angrily.

"As you wish, Potter," said Malfoy, a grin on his face. "If you think they can't recognize a Mudblood, just stay here."

"Watch what you say!" Ron shouted.Everyone present knows that "Mudblood" is a nasty word used to scold wizards whose parents are Muggles.

"Ignore him, Ron," Hermione said hastily. She saw Ron taking a step closer to Malfoy and quickly grabbed Ron's arm to stop him.

"If they want to cause trouble, then let them do it." Aaron said at this time, "Or you want to try it first, Malfoy. I don't mind letting you experience the feeling of being upside down."

"I hope you can talk like this when those people come over." Malfoy sneered.

There was a sudden explosion from the other side of the woods, louder than any sound they had heard.Several people nearby screamed.Malfoy laughed softly and said lazily: "These people are too easily frightened. I guess your father told you all to hide? What is he going to do? Go and rescue those Muggles?"

"Where are your parents?" Harry said, getting angry, "over there, covered with masks, right?"

Malfoy turned to Harry, still smiling: "I said... even if they were over there, I wouldn't want to tell you, would I, Potter?"

"Oh, come on." Hermione glanced at Malfoy with disgust, "Let's go find someone else."

"Put your big shaggy head down, Granger," Malfoy sneered.

"Come on," Hermione said again, pulling Aaron, Harry and Ron on their way.

"I bet you, his dad must be one of those masked guys!" Ron said angrily.

"With any luck, the Ministry will catch him!" Hermione said excitedly. "Oh, I can't believe this. Where are the others?"

Fred, George and Ginny were gone, and the path was densely packed with people. Everyone turned their heads nervously and looked in the direction of the commotion in the camp.

On the side of the road, a group of boys and girls in pajamas huddled together, arguing noisily. When they saw Harry, Ron and Hermione, a little girl with thick curly hair turned and said quickly: "Where is Madame Maxime? We can't find her."

"Um - what?" said Ron.

"Oh..." The little girl who spoke turned back again. As they continued walking forward, they clearly heard her say, "Hogwarts."

"Beauxbatons," Hermione whispered.

"Excuse me, what did you say?" Harry said.

"Beauxbatons School of Witchcraft and Wizardry," Aaron said, "is a magic school in France."

"Yes." Hermione said, "Those people just now must be from Beauxbatons."

"Oh...so...that's it." Harry said.

"Fred and George can't go very far," said Ron, drawing out his wand and lighting it to light the way.

Hermione also took out her wand and lit it, then squinted her eyes and looked along the path.

"Oh, no," Harry suddenly shouted, "I can't believe I lost my wand!"

"You're kidding!" Aaron, Ron, and Hermione shouted at the same time.

Harry was seen rummaging in his pockets, but couldn't find his wand.

Aaron, Ron and Hermione raised their wands high, letting the slender beam of light illuminate more of the area.Harry searched around and found nothing.

"Maybe it fell in the tent," Ron said.

"Did it fall out of your pocket when you were running?" Hermione asked anxiously.

"Yeah," said Harry, "probably."

"Then we'd better go back and look for it." Aaron said, "If it really fell on the road and someone picked it up, we would be in trouble."

Suddenly, there was a rustling sound next to them, and all four people were startled. The house elf Winky was struggling to emerge from the bushes. Her movements were very strange and seemed to be particularly laborious, as if an invisible person was pulling her back.

"There are bad wizards everywhere!" She screamed in a panic as she leaned forward and tried to run forward. "There are people high...high up there! Winky is trying to escape!"

She gasped, screamed, fought against the force that restrained her, and slipped into the bushes on the other side of the path.

"What's wrong with her?" Ron looked at Shining's back curiously, "Why can't she run well?"

"I guess she took refuge without her master's permission," said Harry.

"You know, house elves are treated very unfairly!" Hermione said angrily, "They are completely slaves! Mr. Crouch forced her to climb to the top of the gymnasium, and she was frightened. Then Mr. Rauch cast a spell on her so that she couldn't escape when people started trampling on the tent! Why didn't anyone stand up to stop this?"

"But house elves are happy at heart, aren't they?" said Ron. "Did you hear what Winky said during the game just now? 'House elves shouldn't have fun.' She likes that, being Calls come and go.”

"Ron, no one likes to be ordered around." Aaron said, "Elves are just used to it."

Hermione also said fiercely: "It is people like you who maintain this rotten and unreasonable system, Ron. It's because you are too lazy..."

Another earth-shattering explosion came from the edge of the woods, echoing in the night sky.

"Let's go, okay?" Ron said uneasily.

"But what about Harry's wand?" Aaron asked.

"You can go back and find the wand," Harry said. "It's too dangerous here now. It's better for us to make peace with Fred, George and Ginny first."
