"A date... I can't believe I have a date today!" A blonde girl happily mutters to herself, checking her hair over the compact mirror she brought in her bag today.
The girl she's admired for so long has accepted her love confession, today is definitely going to be perfect!
"Hair check, perfect dress that she's going to love check, nothing on my teeth check and- what else am I missing? I have to look presentable when meeting with Lady Evelyn."
How embarrassing it would be if something was amiss on their very first date.
"Hmm... I think I got up too early." She was about to give herself another retouch when she heard a noise notification coming from her head.

"This stupid system-" (Analissa) sees a couple of window screens appearing from her view before clicking her tongue and exiting on all of them. "Close... close and close."
Every damn day this system is telling her to choose someone she doesn't like, warning her she'll be punished if she continues to rewrite the script. "Choose a love interest my ass. As if I'll do that, I've been good this whole five years following the script ever since I've been transmigrated into this video game."
A streamer from another earth has died from overworking too much and has been reincarnated into the slice-of-life otome game with the setting of a school romance with the wealthy, handsome and powerful male love interests of the world.
It was hard adapting and accepting that this was her new life now.
"Have I... kept you waiting?"

The villainess of the game came with new expensive casual clothes, courtesy being paid off by her friend.
A lovely white hat with a purple ribbon tied around it, a black sleek vest with down flowers on the side and a pair of white pants. "I hope I didn't keep you waiting that long, Miss Blanchet."
"I... umm.."
Except player #237 who is now stuck in this world is not interested in men.
"You're really beautiful." The streamer muttered out accidentally as all of her three braincells were dancing inside her head upon seeing such a version of the villainess with different clothes unlike the game.
She was so beautiful, elegant, gorgeous, and every nice word in the dictionary. Lady Evelyn, who was not expecting her comment, was now beet red and lowered her head a little hoping that the hat would hide her face.
The Villainess were glad that their shopping trip was successful. She really has put a lot of thought into today's choice.
And...
Her eyes looked up and down at her date's dress.
'Analissa Blanchet... as expected... she's so... cute in her casual clothing. I hardly see her out of her uniform. I'm actually going on a date- one that my parents didn't arrange for me. Am I dreaming?' (Lady Evelyn) talks to herself in her mind, hoping that everything she's seeing is not a dream.
She wanted to compliment the blonde girl back but a feeling in her stomach stopped her from doing so.
"Thank you, Miss Blanchet. So shall we go to this book café you recommended?"
Analissa nods excitedly and points the way there. "Yes, follow me, I'll lead the way."
She has played the game for fun because one of her viewers dared her into it by donating a thousand dollars in stream, seeing if she can handle romancing the red flag love interests and it could make good content! She just censored the bloody parts that they'll do on the game!
Covering that part on stream was hard.

They walked a few blocks before finding a little café with cottage core aesthetics, from the glass window they could already see the bookshelves lined up in rows and columns full to the brim.
"This is..."
"It's one of the rarest hidden gems I found, a children's book café."
A children's book café?
The villainess' ears perked up and eyes sparkled with curiosity hearing something that she wasn't expecting today. "You didn't mention it's going to be a children's book café." (Lady Evelyn) couldn't help but let her guard falter and smile like a happy child.
Analissa walks over to the door, holding the handle and opening it like a proper gentlewoman. "I thought you'd like a surprise. I'm quite fond of a few artist's works here. Shall we go in?"
Lady Evelyn nods, thanking the blonde girl for holding the door out for her and immediately after setting foot inside she could smell the alluring scent of paper and colored ink. Inside the children's book café were full of children being with their parents. It had an aura of playfulness and calm to see everyone enjoying themselves eating while reading a book.
Analissa goes inside next, the owner of the book café immediately recognizes the blonde girl and waved happily. "Oh hello it's you again! I see you've brought a friend!"
"Nice to see you again." (Analissa) turns over to Lady Evelyn, tucking a loose hair behind her ear. "I... yes, I did bring a friend over."
He softly smiles at the 'friend' and welcomes her.
"Well I won't keep you by the entrance, you can get yourself seated. My daughter will take your order in a bit, have fun with your friend." The owner gets back to work as the two go deeper into the café to find an empty seat and table.
"We will thank you again." (Analissa) politely nods and assists Lady Evelyn by her side.
A few tables had noticed that the popular regular was back, blonde hair like gold and blue eyes that shines like diamonds- a beauty you can almost never see is with a stranger, one they've never seen around before.
But she gave off the vibe of a wealthy person with the way she's dressed compared to them.
"Big Sister Analissa it's you! Are you here to play again or read stories to us?" A few children walked up to the heroine casually earning a fond chuckle and a few pats on the head.
Analissa didn't want to disappoint them but she's really busy today with her date. "Not today, we'll need to take a rain check. I'm a little bit busy with a friend. Maybe next time?"
The children looked at one another shrugging seeing that she really did indeed bring a friend. They were respectful and agreed with the proposed raincheck, "Okay! You can read to us next time! I'll tell my mom and dad to visit next week just in case you're here!"
"I'll remember to come in next week then, pinky promise."
"Deal!"
With a seal of a pinky promise all of them ran off except for one. The little boy pulled at her hand gently before telling her to bend a little so that he could whisper something in her ear. "Yes, is there something you wanted to tell me privately?"
"Umm your friend is very pretty. Can she also come too next time?" He asked shyly, to which the blonde girl raised an eyebrow and chuckled.
"You're right on the first one she's really pretty but I'll have to ask my friend first if she wants to tag along with me the next time I visit. If she doesn't you'll be stuck with me."
"Mm! Thank you, have fun together!"
"Bye~!"
He ran along to his friends leaving the two alone in peace. The villainess smiles seeing how lovely this place was for having children read and educate themselves because they've got manners. "You're quite popular around here and the kids even know you."
"I'm a regular as you can see and I thought you'd like this place." The two managed to find an empty table, managing to settle down and taking the menu that was on the side.
"How did you know I like these kinds of books? Only a few people know I'm into these... childish hobby." (Lady Evelyn) asks as her eyes scroll down to the dessert section.
"I digress, this is not a childish hobby. I saw that you liked these in your socials, Lady Evelyn. You post a lot that you like books and cute things. I thought of mixing them both and ended up remembering this would be a good first date spot with you." The heroine already planned a few steps ahead. It seems, she wasn't expecting the villainess to accept her confession just like that.
"Anyways, what would you like to order?"
Lady Evelyn shyly smiles hearing that answer, that she was interested in what she was doing, respects it and even went ahead to go to a place where she's actually going to have fun. "Strawberry ice cream is a good light snack for reading and I see that they have it here."
"Mm they bring in the packaged one for ice creams. I'll take the same with iced tea on the side, add in a burger and fries... oh! They also have cakes-" (Analissa) went on rambling on how the food here is good.
"..."
Lady Evelyn was stunned hearing all that order. 'How can this petite girl eat all that much food?'
Analissa noticed that the girl in front of her went quiet and thought she was uncomfortable with her ordering so many things. "Oh um... is it weird to order that much on a first date?"
The villainess widened her eyes realizing that her silence must've made her worry, she shook her head and assured her it's not what she was thinking. "No not at all, I'm... I'm just wondering if I didn't order enough or something like that on the first date. I don't usually eat... that much- I even have leftovers that I can't finish when I order."
The blonde girl sighs a breath of relief. It would be hard to hide your true self when you're going out on dates, she's a true glutton and she can't help it if she loves food. "I see... Well if you have any leftover strawberry ice cream and you can't handle eating anymore of it I'm right here if you need me."
"...pfft- I'll be finishing my dessert but maybe for next time?"
The two smiled at one another before feeling someone else's presence right next to them. "H-Hello... I'll be taking your order for today."
Braided brown hair, caramel eyes and a buff physique. A bear that stood six feet tall but her body language felt like it was a small cub inside of that huge towering body. Analissa recognized the server and happily stood up to her feet hugging her. "Farrah, it's nice to see you. How's your grandma?"
The hug caught Lady Evelyn off guard.
"l..."
Farrah the server lady became flustered because of the hug but eventually had to hug the girl back. "Miss Analissa you've come to visit! My grandma is doing okay, she's at the back cooking. I'm glad you came with a friend too."
Analissa breaks their hug and decides to introduce her companion to her friend. "This is my good friend from school."
Lady Evelyn politely smiles, eyeing her down feeling a little insecure about the hug... because she couldn't admit to herself that she was a little jealous. "Greetings, I am Evelyn Alarie. Miss Analissa's... good friend."
"Ah- nice to meet you. My name is Farrah Whitlock. I am Miss Analissa's friend as well." The brunette girl introduced herself with a smile and Analissa giggled seeing both of her favorite people meeting in one place.
"Farrah saved me a couple of times when I got in trouble, whether it was all the boys that were getting clingy with me. I worked here part time when I needed money and had nowhere else to go. I owe them a lot."
"N-No... it's okay. You don't owe me anything." (Farrah) shakes her head and sees the villainess looking a bit solemn. "C-Can I take your order now?"
"Oh right! I'll do my usual!"
"For you, Miss Alarie?"
"I'll... have the orange tart."
"W-Wonderful choice, I'll have these orders ready soon."
After taking their order, Analissa stands up from their chair and leaves their belongings knowing it was safe. "The orders might take a while so we can actually look around to browse some books."
"Fufu you can ask me what type of book genre you'd like. I basically memorized the whole entire place." she continues proudly.
The villainess with no hesitation replies, "Do you know... if there's any that has birds in it?"
Analissa smiles warmly before gesturing for her to go with her. "Follow me."
The two went together in an empty part of the café where the books about birds were hiding. Analissa reaches for one and gives it to the villainess whose excitement can't be contained. The both of them went back to their table after picking out a few more and enjoyed their date.
It was quiet.
"..." (Lady Evelyn) was reading her book about the ugly ugly, a classic story and decided to take a glance at the blonde girl who was also focused on reading her book. "Hah..."
Analissa Blanchet, she was aware that this girl was a beauty- many boys in the school were fighting over her like wolves but no one would've expected that she would like someone like her... because they barely interacted.
Her purple eyes travel down to Analissa's pink lips.
Once they've become official... will they someday do something intimate like kissing, right? How soon will that be? How does kissing work? Will she be a bad kisser and would that be enough for her to leave?
"...gulp." (Lady Evelyn) wanted to answer these questions about the future so badly.
"Here is your order." (Farrah) came back in time before the villainess was to bang her head into the table with all of these questions ringing in the back of her mind. Her heart was becoming restless, and she's rarely like this.
"Thank you, Farrah. Tell your grandmother my thanks as well, as always they look and smell delicious." (Analissa) puts down her book and faces the villainess. "Lady Evelyn you can read later we have to eat first the food might go cold."
"Ah... right." (Lady Evelyn) follows her obediently placing down the book before being amazed at how lovely her ordered orange tart looks like. "This is really beautiful."
She takes out her cell phone taking a quick picture before taking a bite. Her eyes dilate slowly, falling in love with the orange tart, she wishes that this recipe could be given to their family's private chef to be recreated because this is just heavenly.
Analissa holds her fry seeing her date enjoying herself, her heart was already full with the scene. "Is it good?"
"Mm."
"I'm glad you like it-"
"Try it."
"Eh?"
Lady Evelyn, without realizing, takes her fork and breaks a piece before holding it out for the blonde girl to have. "It's good you should try it for yourself."
"But isn't this-" (Analissa) almost dropped her French fry as she thought in her head of this dire emergency. 'An indirect kiss?! Is she not aware of that fact?'
The villainess leans her head a little looking confused, she's just sharing food what's there to be nervous about. "Is there a problem?"
"No, no problem. I um... I'll try it now." (Analissa) laughs nervously trying to act cool before taking a quick bite. "Mm yes, it's good." she covers her mouth, with a flustered face as she licks her lips.
"If you want more I can-"
"N-No I'm good! You can try my fries next!"
Without warning, Lady Evelyn was offered a fry to taste and she enjoyed her first date with Analissa Blanchet. They talked for hours until the sun went down.
They took a picture before going home and the two made it into their wallpaper.
...
The villainess was home, finishing taking a shower drying off her hair before plopping into bed checking out her new wallpaper and deciding to post the orange tart picture from the café.
Ding!
Many heart reactions were notified but she wasn't satisfied until seeing Analissa's name on the list of reactors before realizing something. She offered her own fork to taste-
"Wait... did I give her an indirect kiss?"
Indeed she did."Ahhh! I did! I did give her one and I didn't even realize!" She screamed on the top of her lungs, her maids overhearing her thought that their young miss had gone crazy.
"...that was my first indirect kiss." Lady Evelyn Alarie plopped back down into bed dejectedly pouting as she held her lips before deciding that next time she'll be ready,
Tap... tap... tap.
"How... to kiss properly." The villainess decided that it would be best to search for the right materials as early as possible.
