TLDR:

Feodora fell in love with Yuu Yuu and accidentally, also fell in love with the goddess of chaos who possessed her. Feodora joined the people responsible for the bombings in the city and killed the captain of the Knights before Yuu Yuu went crazy, turned into a goddess of chaos as well, and teleported all three of them into their own reality where they could live together alone.
