Red Dead Redemption Dawn

Chapter 47: Twin Rocks

Armadillo Town has not yet become a desolate place in the game, it is still one of the most prosperous towns in a radius of 100 kilometers.

The two came to a stable on the edge of Armadillo Town.

The owner of the stable looked at the two of them, who were in the dust, and their clothes were scratched by the branches and grass.

"You two look like you were robbed," the boss said.

"Meet the wolves, and the horse ran away." John responded casually and continued to ask the boss.

"How do you buy a horse here?"

"It depends on what qualities you need." The boss looked at John and said.

"It can't be too bad, at least it looks good." John twisted his neck to relieve the pain from leaning on the chair last night.

"Come in and have a look yourself." The boss greeted the two of them, and coming to the business early in the morning made the boss feel good.

Twenty minutes later, John and Jacques got on the horse they had just bought and walked towards the center of Armadillo Town.

Because of the prosperity here, the arrival of the two did not attract much attention.

The two of John came to the door of a bar and walked in.

This bar is located in the center of the town, and it is also the place where the news is most circulated.

John came to the bar and spoke to the bartender.

"Two glasses of whiskey." Then he took out two dollars and threw it at the bartender.

The bartender took the money and gave John a look.

"Want to inquire about something?" The bartender was a tall and thin man with a mustache, looking in good spirits.

"Has this guy been here in a month?" John asked with a reward.

"Yeah~ I don't remember. At least I haven't seen him in a bar. He's quite valuable." The bartender turned the reward over, carefully identified it and shook his head, saying that he hadn't seen him.

John and the two took the whiskey from the bartender.

"This town is nice." John chatted casually.

"It's okay," the bartender said, wiping his glass.

"If I want to find this guy, who should I ask?" John took out another dollar and handed it over.

The bartender was also polite and handed down the cash.

"There's a guy named Horn in town. He knows a lot of things. You can go and find him."

"Then where is he usually?" John continued to ask.

"At this time, he should be watching others fight on the left side of the north. He wears a big straw hat and has a big gray beard. It's easy to identify." The bartender asked.

"Thank you." John took Jakota to the north.

The two of them walked for about ten minutes when they saw a group of people forming a large circle.

Two shirtless strong men were punching each other in the middle.

The people around him kept applauding and cheering for their betting target.

The two of John glanced at the crowd, but they didn't see Horn.

This is Jakota patted John on the shoulder, and John looked at him. He pointed forward with his chin for John to look.

In that direction, John saw a guy with a big straw hat and a gray beard, sitting under the eaves drinking wine and cursing something.

John looked for a while, then walked over.

"Damn it, that guy must have lost on purpose. I must kill him tonight to make me lose so much money." John heard him cursing as he approached.

"It sounds like you lost a lot of cash." John came to him and said with a smile.

"Who are you, I haven't seen you." The guy looked at John and his partner and asked.

"Bounty hunter, Khada Kim." John held out his hand.

"What do you want to know?" The guy didn't extend his hand but asked directly.

"Has this guy been around here often?" John took out the reward at the bar.

The guy took a look at it, and then thought about it carefully.

"There is indeed a man who looks a lot like him around here." The guy handed the reward to John.

"Very well, where did he go?" John put it away and continued to ask.

"My name is Horn, and I never give free news." The guy took the initiative to introduce himself.

"How much?" John said unsurprisingly.

"Five dollars." Horn said the price.

"Tell me his location." John said after taking out the money.

"He's near Twin Rocks, but there's a gang of robbers there, and he should join them. Good luck, friend." Horn put the money in his pocket and walked happily towards the betting point.

"What should we do?" Jakota asked.

"Go get some help," John said.

Then John took Jakoda to the police station in the town.

Pushing the door and entering, a guy wearing a sheriff's hat was leaning on a chair, with his feet on the table in front of him, reading the newspaper. The other two were dozing off in the chairs on the side of the inquiry.

Hearing the movement, he put down the newspaper and watched the two of them look up and down.

"Go to that bulletin board to see if there is a suitable reward for you." After that, the guy continued to look at the newspaper.

"I'm tracking a guy myself, Mr. Sheriff, is Twin Rock entrenched in a group of robbers?" John looked at the temporary prison behind him and said.

"Yes, are you interested in killing them? We can pay you a lot of money." The sheriff heard John's inquiries about Twin Rock and immediately put down the newspaper in his hand, and looked at John and Yadak seriously.

"The guy I'm tracking seems to have joined them, and I'm trying to find a way to get him out." John thought about it after hearing it.

"I think I can help you clear some of it, but I need their information."

"Very good, it's not bad to let them reduce some of their numbers." The sheriff thought for a while and nodded.

Then he rummaged through the drawer for the papers.

The two of John carefully watched him rummage through documents.

"Ah, I found it. Then here it is, you can take a look." The sheriff then handed him a document.

John took it and checked it carefully.

A group of 20 robbers entrenched in Twin Rocks, selling bootleg alcohol and smuggling various contraband, as well as several robberies and shootings.

John took two glances and then handed the document to the sheriff.

"Thank you, Sheriff, for your help." John also picked up the map on the Sheriff's desk.

"I wish you success, hunters." The sheriff said meaningfully as he looked at the two leaving.

When they came to the door, the two of John got on the horse.

"Are we really going to go?" Jakeda asked in confusion.

"Why not?" John nodded and then flicked the horse rope, "Drive~"

Jakota followed in confusion.

After the two left Armadillo Town, John looked puzzled and took out a bottle of wine from his bag and threw it to him.

"Do you know what crime the guy we're tracking is wanted for?" John asked.

"Because of what?" Yakeda naturally didn't know.

"He was wanted for saving a certain child," John said while looking at the map.

"He saved people and is still wanted?" Jakeda was even more puzzled.

"Well, there was a rich guy who lent money to the family of three, and then forced them to pay back the money with high interest. If they couldn't pay it back, he would take his wife and children away." John talked about this matter. .

"And then?" Jakota continued to ask.

"But the family of three has a neighbor, a hot-tempered bounty hunter, and he has a good relationship with the children of the family of three." John said with a smile.

"He broke them?" Jakota guessed uncertainly.

"Well, when the gang robbed the children, they broke them, and then they escaped here." John nodded.

"It doesn't sound like he's bad." Jakota nodded.

"But he still killed three people, and those three people were just collecting debts. Those who were not killed by him reported the case." John said.

"Then are we going to talk to him now?" Jakeda said.

"Well, talk to him, maybe a good deal can be done." John put away the map after confirming the route.

About half an hour later, the two of John came to the vicinity of Twin Rocks. Soon John and the two found the location of the robbers.

This is a large connected bungalow with about a dozen rooms. In front of the square is a large yard, and several carriages are placed in the yard. On the other side is a stable, which houses more than ten horses. There are also some barrels and supplies stacked in the gazebo.

Three or four people stood guard with guns outside the large yard, and there were several snipers on the roof of the square building.

"You wait here now, I'll negotiate over here." John looked at him a few times and turned to Jakota.

"Yeah." Jacques nodded while sitting on the carriage.

John waved his cowboy hat and walked towards the three people more than a hundred meters away.

"Hey, go away, this is not the place for you to stay." One of the three shouted while watching John.

"Hey, hey, hey. I'm here to negotiate business, and I have no ill intentions." John raised his hands and said to the gunmen who aimed their guns at him. Indicates that there is no threat.

"What business are you here for?" One of them looked John up and down, and no matter how he looked at it, he felt that John was just a bounty hunter, not a businessman.

"Are you in charge here?" John looked at him and asked.

"No." The man shook his head.

"Who is the person in charge here? Can I meet? I'm really here to discuss business." John continued to ask ~www.NovelMTL.com~ Of course, but you need to hand over your weapons. "The man said, looking at the double guns on John's waist.

"Of course." John nodded.

Then two smugglers came forward and seized John's double guns.

"You'd better come here to talk business, come with me." After the man finished speaking, he led John towards the bungalow.

John followed behind and kept looking at it. There was a large independent house on the left side of the compound. It was filled with smoke, and it looked like it was making something.

The man took John to the hall of the house.

Then he said something to the men inside.

"Head, there's a guy who said he's here to talk business. But I don't see that he's here to talk business."

"Then bring him in first." The voice was probably in his thirties, so it didn't sound like much.

The man turned to John and said, "Come in."

John followed obediently, the two entered the house, and then the man entered a relatively closed room, which was definitely considered luxurious compared to the conditions here.

There were four people in the house, a sitting man and two people were discussing something, and there was a guard standing on the side.

John's arrival made all four in the room look at him.

"I'm Cliff, what's your name, and what do you want to talk about?" The man sitting in the main seat looked at John's eyes and asked.

"My name is John." John introduced himself.

"I want to talk about the guard beside you." John pointed to the bodyguard standing beside Cliff.

That was the wanted criminal who shot and killed three debt collectors in Blackwater Town a year ago.

"Hehehe." Cliff looked at John and sneered.

"Hunter, do you want to catch him?"
