Reincarnated in a novel as a maid

Chapter 46

Chapter 46

It was in the middle of the night when I came back and I went early morning so it was a long amount of time.

I sneaked into my dorm room, trying to make as little noise as possible but the door creaked as if a bomb was about to blast making my hair stand in fright as I felt a gaze boring into my back.

My palms sweated as I knew what it was.

Slowly I turned back to see Kris sitting on the sofas with her arms and legs crossed as she stared at me with dead eyes as if fed up with the world.

"Haha… hey Kris, what's up? Didn't sleep? Haha… well, good night…"

Laughing a little, I tried to escape to my room at a fast pace but felt a cold hand on my shoulder.

I am so dead, damn she isn't my mom!

----------------

Next morning,

I woke up with dark and dull eyes, yesterday I received a harsh scolding from Kris for making her worry, she was about to storm the entire academy to search for me.

I made many excuses before being able to convince her.

I couldn't exactly tell her about it after all.

Today was a tight schedule as well.

Hope I don't drop dead in middle.

The classes scheduled for today were:

Aura Theory: A class focused on the fundamental principles of aura, including its history, laws, and applications.

Elemental Magic: A class focused on the use of specific elements, such as fire, water, earth, or air, in aura spells and rituals. This class is suitable for all different aura users as they will be taught about strengths and weaknesses of other elements compared to theirs.

Enchantment: A class focused on the use of aura to imbue objects with special properties or abilities.

Healing: A class focused on the use of magic to heal physical and emotional injuries. Again, this class might not be suitable for all as it would require precise control and mastery over one's aura but many still attend it as it would be helpful in the future dire situations if any arise.

Dark Aura Arts: A class focused on the use of aura for malicious purposes, such as curses or hexes. Mainly for dark aura users such as me and Freya but still available for others to attend if they so wish to do so.

Illusion Arts: A class focused on the use of magic to create illusions or deceive the senses. Probably same as the traps I faced

Advanced Magic: A class focused on more advanced topics in magic, such as magical theory, ritual magic, or magical artifacts. They are more suitable for those first-year students who have their basics about aura cleared.

Of course, I am not taking all of them, then there were combat classes as well.

Basic Sword Techniques: A class that teaches students the fundamentals of sword fighting, including grip, stance, and basic strikes and defenses.

Advanced Sword Techniques: A class for more advanced students that covers more complex sword fighting techniques, such as feints, parries, and counterattacks.

Fencing: A class that teaches students the art of fencing, including footwork, blade work, and strategies for competing in fencing tournaments.

Historical Sword Fighting: A class that covers the history and techniques of sword fighting from various time periods and cultures, such as medieval Europe, ancient Rome, or feudal Japan.

Sword and Aura: A class that combines sword fighting techniques with the use of aura, allowing students to combine their physical and magical abilities in combat.

The classes that I am going to take care Aura Theory, Elemental Magic, Enchantment, Healing, Dark Aura Arts, Basic Sword Techniques, Historical Sword Fighting, Sword, and Aura.

These classes should be enough for the first year in my opinion.

Of course, the Academy was not all about studying, if it was, it would have been more of a research faculty.

The Aura Academy is known for its diverse range of magic clubs, catering to students with a variety of interests. However, many of these clubs are heavily influenced by the various factions within the academy, each with its own agendas and goals. As a result, it can be difficult for students to find a club that is truly neutral and free from political influence.

One such club is the Aura Duelists' Society, a group of students who are passionate about aura combat and the art of the duel. Members of this club hone their skills through intense sparring matches and tournaments, and are known for their fierce competitive spirit. Despite the competitive nature of the club, members are generally respectful of one another and are willing to help each other improve.

Another neutral club is the Arcane Research Society, a group of students who are dedicated to the study and exploration of Aura. Members of this club are often seen poring over ancient tomes and manuscripts, searching for new and exciting ways to unlock the full potential of their aura. While the club is primarily focused on research, members are also known to engage in collaborative spell-crafting and magical experimentation.

The Alchemy Club: This club is focused on the study and practice of alchemy, the ancient art of transmuting base materials into gold or other valuable substances. Members of the club are often highly skilled in the creation of potions and other magical items.
