"Aera! Who is the young lady with you?"
"Honey, Aera will introduce us in due time."
A politician to the core Cha Dae-hyun wanted to get on his daughter's good side without offending his wife. Part of the funding for his political aspirations came from the generous donation of his daughter and the sponsorships that his wife recieved as the country's first Pro Tennis player.
Shin Nari stood with a pensive expression, after giving a stiff bow to the couple she then turned to look at her boss.
"Ms. Shin is my new driver. Ms. Shin this is my mom and that's my dad."
"You are forgetting to mention that your mother here is a retired Pro Tennis player and your father is running for office as an Assemblyman!"
Watching Cha Hyun-ok talk it struck Shin Nari that Cha Aera looked like the younger version of her mother. The two looked so much alike that it caused her guarded expression to soften in a smile.
"So this is how President Cha will look like when she gets older."
"Enough of all the small talk. Time to discuss the reason for coming here today. Ms. Shin? Can you excuse us? We have some important family matter to discuss."
"I'll be taking my leave."
Disappointed by her parents Cha Aera watched as Shin Nari entered her room. The couple remained on their seat and waited for their daughter to take a spot on a couch.
"Take a look at them and let us know which one suits you. Your father and I will meet with his family and take care of all the neccessary preparations."
Cha Hyun-ok passed a white envelope across the center table to Cha Aera. The former Pro Tennis player embodied the upper class of society, ingrained into her was a high sense of entitlement. There was no mistaking the arrogant arch of her brows and the thin line of her lips. Her husband also born with a silver spoon was a more approachable fellow.
