Through the messiness of societies, our protagonist sheds light on the irrationalities of individual behavior, the complexity of decisions, and the struggle to define right from wrong, both for others and themselves.

This story began as a hobby endeavor with hastily sketched world and character settings, though I must confess, I don't have any immediate plans to revise the early chapters, they are quite fine.

If I could turn back time, I would advise my past self: 'Don’t rush the details; craft everything thoughtfully from the beginning!' This sentiment echoed throughout the countless drafts I penned on ScribbleHub. Yet, despite its humble origins, this work has now reached its first volume, thanks to your unwavering support and encouragement.

Writing shoujos has been a refreshing experience, devoid of unnecessary complications in plotting. It's ironic, considering I'm a straight heterosexual man, but shoujos felt natural to me. In the past, attempts at male- and female-led stories, like your typical isekai-trash, often ended in hiatus due to overwhelming complexity and burnout. I think it was an author's block problem.

Anyway, I have no intention of monetizing my works, despite diligently releasing a chapter per day across my four ongoing projects. Despite tempting offers from platforms like Webnovel and Goodnovel, exclusive or non-exclusive, I've remained steadfast in my decision. I owe this resolve in part to fellow authors on Discord who cautioned against engaging with such devious offers.

But enough dwelling on the negatives.

While I'm admittedly anxious about how readers will perceive Euphemia and her world, I've strived to offer not only her immortality and her perspectives in life but also insights from other characters, their development arcs, and political undertones.
