“That’s acceptable. For positions requiring only simple training, we can employ locals. However, if we can’t find suitable workers locally for certain jobs, we’ll hire from outside. I am aware that with our relatively good economic conditions here, many people aren’t willing to take up these jobs,” said Finn Lewis, voicing his understanding.

“As long as you do your best, Mr. Lewis. Also, since these places are relatively remote, the pace of establishing utilities might be a bit slow. However, we’ll ensure that basic utilities such as electricity and transportation are set up as soon as possible,” Andy Terry added after considering more requirements.

“Oh come on, there’s nothing to worry about. Believe me, he won’t hear a thing. These people are professionals,” Sarah Wood said confidently, glancing at Lewis the elder in the front.

“Why are you asking?” Kay Lee said, sounding somewhat helpless.

“Dear sister, can’t you see? I don’t want you to be taken by Finn so easily,” Sarah Wood said resignedly.
