Tales Of The Mighty Dragonair

Chapter 1052 The End Of The Novel - Part 3

Another impulse of pressure assaulted him, but it didn't do anything. This time Arthur didn't need his defensive black dragon scale technique to fend this attack off.

His golden energy showed its superiority as it ate away all the whiteness coming from that foe.

"No way! You even leveled it up to such a degree? You are a step away from ascension! I have to kill you here!!"

"Easy to say, impossible to do," Arthur's scorching sun sword technique reached its climax fast. He didn't expect that foe to simply fall without exchanging deadly blows with him.

But he wasn't worried. What was the use of someone attacking if it couldn't even break through his higher golden power?

"Sizzle!"

"Sizzle!"

"Sizzle!"

He couldn't see what she was doing but he saw its effect. No matter what she did, all she could do was release continuous sparks followed by loud sizzling sounds.

This came as a result of the touch between the energies against each other. Arthur let her use whatever means she had, while he waited patiently for his grand offensive technique to mature.

His attack was so formidable enough to make this opponent who was trying with all her might to escape, to feel the threat of dying even before attacking.

That lady kept screaming in panic, promising him painful death and torture by her people. She threatened him with the six holy maidens, a term that Arthur wasn't familiar with to begin with, not to mention feeling any danger coming from these maidens.

In his mind, only strength mattered. What about six holy maidens? If there was even an army of them, they wouldn't fare any good against him and would eventually end up dying.

Arthur's confidence wasn't an overestimation. He knew his power and knew there was no one to threaten him in the entire universe at this moment.

If these six maidens were the servants or even the protector of this lady, then it was logical to think their strength was below this foe.

If even their master couldn't survive against Arthur, how could a mere servant stand a chance against him?

"Die and don't resent me, it's all your fault to try such a brutal way to get stronger from the start!"

Arthur's voice at this moment wasn't loud, but it looked like a devil speaking to an angel. The lady tried her best to run, to defend, to attack and kill him.

But she failed! Nothing she tried worked! Arthur kept stucking himself to her side with a glue, no matter where she ran towards, Arthur would instantly follow.

The golden light he was emitting was getting hotter and brighter with each passing minute. In less than ten minutes, his attack was completed.

If not to the constant and desperate retaliation of that mysterious lady, Arthur's technique would have finished in three minutes or even less.

The moment he promised her death, he felt his obligation as a gentleman to deliver what he promised. He waved his sword, the sword that turned into a gigantic pillar of golden light and fire, towards her body.

"Boom!"

"Rumble!"

"Bang!"

All the explosive noises appeared at this moment when the two energies clashed with each other. Under the purification effect of his superior golden energy, Arthur could finally see the true face of his opponent.

A beauty! A world class beauty! Her skin was so soft and white, so pure like it was made out of pure milk.

Her body was perfect, perfect contours, perfect curves, and even perfect bulges. She wore a simple white dress that was filled with sparkling and glittering small jewels. But under the scorching golden fire attacking her right now, all this got burnt and even her long and black hair got crushed like weed.

From her back, Arthur could clearly see three pairs of jade carved big wings. They weren't anything like his two wings, in terms of beauty and demeanor.

Her eyes were a pair of wide and green, with perfect long and curved eyelashes that showed a panicked expression at this moment.

"Stop! Please spare me! I'll leave, I'll leave everything behind if that's your will," she tried to plead for her life, but she did it a moment later than what she was supposed to do.

At this moment, even if she promised to become Arthur's girl and servant, Arthur wouldn't agree. Even when she pleaded to do that, to become his slave and follower for life, he didn't stop.

In fact he couldn't stop. That was the most domineering aspect of that technique. Once released, it couldn't be stopped or called back. Arthur lost total control over this technique.

This technique had once a famous nickname, the death god scythe. Once targeted someone, nothing could stand between that person's death, even if the owner of the technique tried.

The moment Arthur released that attack, the order went through and his sword had one mission to accomplish; exterminate the enemy in body and soul!

Arthur really wanted to stop. He felt this girl knew a lot of secrets about this universe. She knew about him having a golden pearl energy and even called it a specific name.

She felt his system and spoke about the ascension. Arthur felt this girl knew a lot of things and secrets he wouldn't know in this universe. But it wasn't time to regret that.

He had this unique offensive technique, the only thing that kept him calm and confident in crushing his enemy. He knew its drawback, and yet he couldn't bring himself to really regret using it.

He just regretted missing such a golden chance, a chance to have a peek over the secrets of this universe.

"Sorry, it's not a matter I don't want to have a girl like you be my concubine, but I can't," he said in an innocent tone while watching that beauty burnt to ashes under her inhuman screams.

If she just announced her surrender to him moments earlier, he would have the ability to stop his attack and save her life.

"What a loss," he shook his head when the attack vanished alongside her body. Nothing was left behind, nothing at all!
