NOVEL SIMPLE Chapter 29: At Least They Gave Me a Break…
(Tesslia’s POV)
Seehia was by my side, as she was my maid now. Thankfully, I woke up in my room. I wonder where Risa and Karlena went… I ask this to the maid.
Seehia: “Lady Risa is at work, while My Lady is in the dungeon.” She answered.
Tesslia: “Dungeon? Why would she need to go to those pets when I am here…” I pouted.
Seehia: “There is something that they offer her, which you cannot offer.” She explained.
Tesslia: “…What do you mean?” I ask with a raised eyebrow.
Seehia: “Why don’t you go see for yourself?” She suggested.
Tesslia: “…”
I hadn’t been down there for almost two months now… Somehow, I didn’t really feel scared to go back. After all, it wasn’t like I was mistreated while in that cell.
With great curiosity fueling my steps, I left my room, and then headed to where the dungeon entrance was. Thinking about it now…
Mistress must really like this whole… dungeon feeling. Why else would she have a dungeon when living in a sci-fi, vampire controlled world?

Pet: “Ah~!” She moaned.
Karlena: “More! Give me a better reaction than that pathetic one!” She said with an upset tone, but still smiling all the way.
Whip!
Inside of a cell, Karlena had chained a girl up. Specifically, it was one of her pets. Whip marks were all over her body, with blood splattered here and there.
Though it was somewhat violent, the girl was clearly conditioned to enjoy such abuse. After all… the pet had a pleasured smile on her face.
As Mistress continued to whip the girl, I was beyond shocked. Is this what she meant by being sadistic? The idea that… Karlena isn’t willing to subject me to such treatment, fuck… it makes me fall even deeper in love with her.
Pet: “Oooh~!” She moaned, shaking her body.
Yet the girl didn’t squirt, something which clearly irritated Mistress. Did they somehow make a race of humans, which cannot squirt? Karlena mentioned this before…
Karlena: “So you came again… but, besides your wet pussy, all you did was wriggle your body…” She said, biting her fingernail.
Snap!
With a snap of her fingers, the restraints on the girl were released. Sci-fi like machines appeared out of the wall, and cleaned the pet all up, even placing her in a new outfit.
Karlena: “…”
With a disappointed expression on her face, Mistress turned to leave the cell of the pet that she had just finished playing with. Seeing me and realizing that I was watching her the entire time… I saw intense fear and worry on her face.
Tesslia: “Mistress?” I say, trying to snap her out of her worry.
Karlena: “Tesslia… this is… I swear that neither me nor my mother will ever do something like this to you.” She said with an urgent tone.
Tesslia: “Why not?” I ask with a head tilt.
Karlena: “You dislike pain heavily, and we do not need to cause such harm to get good reactions out of you. Not to mention… but…” She stopped her words.
Tesslia: “But?” I say, urging her to finish her words.
Karlena: “The idea of hurting you… it makes me upset. Tesslia, do be prepared. Risa and I are very likely to want to marry you.” She admitted.
Tesslia: “Marry? Do vampires even marry…” I reply with a thinking pose.
Karlena: “Not really, no. But for the rare humans, some of my kind have married them. I thought it was foolish at first… though now I understand why they did it.” She explained.
Tesslia: “Oh… will I not be a slave, then?” I ask with a curious tone.
Karlena: “You’ll get full rights, Tesslia. But do not get conceited. My kind is odd, we might end up getting bored with you. So do not get your hopes up.” She answered.
Tesslia: “…”
Getting bored with me? That would be horrible… For one, I have already fallen in love with Karlena, with her mother not far behind in my heart. And for two… now that I have got to such a place, how can I accept going back to being a worthless slave with no rights?…
