That Time I got Reincarnated as Son of an Idol

Chapter 49 – And then three years passed Second

Edited by The Darkest Knight#4796

Of course, in the past three years, a lot has happened. One of them was how some things changed from what I knew in my past life to what happened in this world. Of course, it seemed natural since this world was basically a mixture of various anime. The presence of me and Ruby would definitely change the fate of the children at Shuchi'in Academy, especially those directly related to Ruby and me.

There were good things and bad things.

One of them happened to the only male friend I was closest to, none other than Ishigami Yuu, who I feel now has a different path than I know from anime or manga. Because of the things I learned in elementary school, Yuu was an active child playing soccer and a member of the soccer club.

According to my memories, Yuu only became a gaming enthusiast in junior high school after he lost his passion for soccer, seeing many kids who were better than him. However, look what happened to him in my world.

"Aqua, watch out! Geez, you need to focus and cover me up?" He said so while holding a smartphone and playing a battle royale game similar to Fortnite. It was a game that came out several years ago. Since my game company focused on gacha games, I didn't really play those kinds of games. I kind of missed that.

"What a blunder…" I murmured those words and sighed. And I never dreamed of playing this kind of game.

"Wait, are you focusing on the game or not!" He spoke like a toxic player. A twelve-year-old that was being a brat in the game—

I never liked those kinds of games in the past, and to be honest, I never thought someday I would play this game. But sometimes, It was boring to spend time in school, and sometimes, I needed to run away from my busy life—

Sometimes playing like this doesn't hurt.

"Oh— That's good! Haha— Die—"

I didn't think he became like this because of my influence, right? I felt like that while finishing a round of the co-op map before someone's footsteps came to the place where Yuu and I were hiding to play the game.

"Geez, can you two stop playing games and hiding like this?" Miko said to both of us with her hands on her waist.

"Ah, Miko. It's fine, we're already done, really- If you’ve come here. That means the class will start soon."

"Hah— Can't you stop making me sound like an alarm or something?" Miko responded to my reply with a cute pout on her face.

"But you always come here at such a moment…" Yuu responded to her as she moved her eyes toward him and gave him a stare.

“It's because you brought Aqua here and made him play games together with you until late…"

"Eh— It's on me?"

"Yeah, it's because of you. Aqua playing game a lot—"

"What's that's not true!?"

The two of them argued with each other from that place all the way to class. Their conversations always ended like this. When the three of us were about to arrive at class, two people were talking to each other, and when they realized the three of us were coming. One of them, who was also my twin sister, Ruby, waved her hand in greeting.

"Geez, Oni-chan. You need to join the three of us for lunch sometimes." Ruby called me out, and I could see protest in her eyes. I simply shook my head at that.

"Sorry, but sometimes I need some comfort time—"

"Eh, you can't say something like that and not follow your sister's wishes—"

"Aha, you're two always close. It always makes me jealous to see you two like this."

The other girl said with a small laugh, who was one of Ruby's circle of friends, Osaragi Kobachi. Unlike how I know her in the manga, she didn't wear glasses, and she let her long hair down. She was also cheerful rather than the gloomy expression she had in the anime or manga.

"Yeah, we're twins, after all. Ha— Honestly, I feel like I'm a bit free after Momo graduated."

"Ah— That's kind of true. I remember how she was all over you for months." Kobachi responded to my words with another small laugh. She looked happy. I thought about what happened to her, which made her belittled by people of her own age in middle school, but I don't know when that happened.

Honestly, I didn't see those as something I needed to meddle with. In the end, it was her mother's problem who was cheating with her own family and got caught, which made a big drama out of it…

Oh, well. I could meddle with it. I could pretty quickly handle it with my own connection at this point.

"She didn't like that, she needed to go to middle school first, and she would barely play games with me since we had different buildings. So she spent as much time with me as she could for two-three months."

"Ahaha, I was so surprised when she first came and took you away just like that. My mother always said to be careful around her and, honestly, told me to keep my distance from her."

"Well, that's kind of understandable. Ultimately, fame and image are important for actors, actresses, and entertainment. Therefore, although the yakuza were often associated with entertainment, they always try to cover up their relationships with each other for the sake of the profits they seek."

"Hm- That sounds really difficult..." Kobachi chatted with me while Ruby tried to calm Miko and Yuu down. I saw Ruby and Miko talking with each other.

Yeah, Ruby, Kobachi, and Miko were a group. It looked like those three people were good to each other for these three years. At first, these two didn't go well with such a busybody, Miko, but since she had been spending time with me her personality became a bit more meek than in the anime.

She was closer to me at first, too, since she saw me as someone who could teach her a lot at the academy level, which increased her grade, and she would get praised by her parents. She was a lonely girl who had two busy parents, and at any moment, she started to be pretty adamant about rules. When she was like that, the only thing I needed was to make her loneliness go away, and at this—Ruby and Kobachi were integral to Miko.

And Ruby was quite eager to get closer to her too.

"I know it doesn't really matter since we're at an elevator school, but you need to begin seriously studying for the entrance exams." Miko finally ended her long argument with Yuu, especially when she told him that she was fine with him playing the game as long as his grades were good. Something different from an early Miko in the manga.

But it looked like her aggression toward Yuu was still the same.

Even so, in elementary school I spent most of my time with this group of friends. I never learned what they were like in elementary school in my previous life, but that didn't matter anymore since it felt like they could be different in this world.

Well, the school was over, but it looked like someone was waiting for me. It was a girl with her hair becoming longer and longer each day. She was no other than Momo, meaning it looked like I would have another trip to her house.

Well, I gone for a while I guess--- it feel like I having a small identity crisis as a writer. I mean. I'm only writing a smut fanfic before and--- Yeah, it feel a bit difficult when I writing something different. Or I just being lazy. Lol----

Well, okay then. I think I will continue this, but don't expect something really ground breaking here. I think I'm only writing a light one here--- maybe make it a smut on in the future? I don't know. For a moment, this fanfic will be still safe form R+18
