The Founder of Qi Cultivation, Reincarnates?

Chapter 395 392- Disaster At Sea (5)

"Shiming you bastard, you dare stand in front of me after what you did to my clan?"

Mu Fan growled out, referring to the misunderstanding all those years ago.

Though Mu Fan had long come to realize that the brat who disrupted his clan for his sister was a separate matter to Shiming trying to recruit him, he still held hatred for the Ming Clan as a whole, especially Shiming.

He just didn't like the bastard from the moment he met him.

Shiming turned to look at a seething Mu Fan with a frown.

"I didn't come here for you rabid dog-like bastard."

"Bastard! I'll lop off your head!!"

Mu Fan immediately exploded at Shiming even grabbing his saber to withdraw it. However, Jun was quick to act and stop him in his tracks.

"Bastard Jun, let go of me. If there was someone's head I want to lop off the most, it's definitely this annoying fucker!"

Jun sighed heavily.

"You idiot, fighting on the ship is prohibited, do you want us to get in trouble?"

"That's right."

Shiming suddenly said after hearing Jun's words. Turning to Yang Su his face harden and a cold gleam appeared in his eyes.

"You might have hidden your appearance but I know it's you. Faceless Demon? What a joke, you're Yang Su, the person who's the cause of all my hatred. If it wasn't because we can't fight on this ship I would have beaten you within an inch of your life."

Yang Su swept his gaze across Shiming before uttering four simple words.

"Do I know you?"

*Grit*

Shiming's jaws visibly clenched. To have a burning amount of hatred towards someone only for that person to ignore your existence was a feeling one can't imagine.

At this moment, Shiming's mind replayed the events of what happened in the Freshmen Disciple Completion.

Utter humiliation.

Grabbing his face Shiming began to chuckle, but soon a loud laughter that was filled with deep-seated rage echoed out.

Through his fingers, Shiming then looked at Yang Su and said.

"Do you know what I went through after you humiliated me in front of my grand uncle? Do you know how much I thought about ripping your flesh apart and drinking your blood each time I was near death while I cultivate? Do you know the pain and suffering I went through? But face-to-face now and you dare act so arrogantly? Do. I. Know. You."

Shiming said those words one by one slowly.

"Are you asking that out of contempt, or do you truly not know who I am?"

Yang Su remained silent upon hearing Shiming's words.

Seeing his silence Shiming chuckled once again.

"It's fine if you truly don't know me. I'll just introduce myself."

Shiming's anger suddenly vanished as he swept his bangs back from his face and flashed a smile.

"My name is Ming Shiming, the Young Master of the Ming Clan and a disciple of the Celestial Academy. I am also…"

Shiming looked directly at Yang Su without breaking eye contact.

"…The number one genius of the Maple Continent and your biggest adversary."

Mu Fan immediately snorted in contempt upon hearing Shiming's ridiculous proclamation.

However, Shiming ignored Mu Fan and with his gaze fixed on Yang Su, he said.

"Be sure to remember that from now on because there will come a day when the tip of a blade would be against your neck, and I will be the one at the end of it."

"Are you threatening me?"

A dangerous aura suddenly drifted from Yang Su's body to wash over Shiming. The stoic Ming Clan members behind Shiming who had been silent all this while had their hearts palpitate at this aura.

Shiming even facing its full brunt, however, placed his hand on the saber by his waist. Immediately, a terrifying saber aura that even cause Mu Fan to freeze emanated from his body to clash with Yang Su's aura.

The result of this caused Yang Su's aura to falter and be pushed back.

Yang Su's eyes narrowed at this, and slowly battle intent began to be mixed in with his aura.

Shiming smirked.

But before anything could escalate further, Lihua sent a voice transmission to Yang Su.

'Don't, now is not the time to come in conflict with them. We still need to gather more information on their alliance with the Demonic Cult without attracting their attention.'

Hearing this, Yang Su slowly withdrew his aura.

Shiming's smirk became wider, but he did the same.

"I saw your battle with that woman. Having six elements isn't bad, but if that's your current level you have no hope of defeating me with such meager strength."

Shiming through that out before he turned to leave.

However, Mu Fan suddenly bellowed.

"Running away again?!"

"Ah, damn it Mu Fan!"

Jun was taken aback by Mu Fan's sudden dash towards Shiming as he was slightly distracted by Yang Su losing in a small contest of strength with Shiming.

Lihua at the same time smack her forehead in utter frustration.

Did she not just warn them to be more careful going forward?

Shiming frowned as he turned to see Mu Fan sending a fist towards his chest.

With an indifferent expression, he said.

"In the past, I might have been afraid of you. But now? Your saber doesn't faze me."

Shiming without hesitation sent out a fist of his own.

BANG!

A loud bang echoed out while a shockwave blasted outwards, drawing the disciples in the surrounding attention.

At the center of this clash, Mu Fan and Shiming's fists were locked together.

Shiming's face remained indifferent while receiving Mu Fan's fist, however, his body suddenly jolted for some reason. Mu Fan was the same, immediately after clashing with Shiming a tremor ran through his body. But it wasn't because of the clash itself.

Both of them immediately took several steps back.

"W-What was that?"

"That was-?"

Both Mu Fan and Shiming wore confused expressions as they looked at each other.

Something was wrong.

"You two brats!! How dare you cause a commotion on the ship?!!"

A Celestial Academy elder who was nearby yelled as he came over.

He looked at Mu Fan's robes and recognized him as a Celestial Academy disciple, he then glance at Shiming and saw the Ming character on his chest.

Frowning he said.

"Why are the two of you fighting, don't you know it's prohibited from fighting on this ship? You!"

The elder pointed at Mu Fan.

"Aren't you the disciple of Blade Pavilion Headmaster Cang? Why don't you act appropriately instead of bringing shame to him and our academy by acting like this? And you!"

Despite yelling, the elder's tone had lessened considerably when he turned to Shiming.

"Young Master Shiming of the Ming Clan. That is your title but you also have another one, as a disciple of the Celestial Academy why are you fighting a fellow disciple member at a time like this when we should be united?"

Shiming cupped his fist and said.

"This disciple apologizes to the elder, it won't happen again."

"We apologize elder, it won't happen again."

Jun said as he clenched Mu Fan's arm in a vice-like grip to make him bow along with him.

The elder seeing this sighed.

"Both of you shake hands, I don't know what enmity you two have but let it fizzle out with this. As disciples of the Celestial Academy, it is not appropriate to have irreconcilable feuds."

Mu Fan frowned at this but Jun squeeze his arm harder and sent him a voice transmission that said to just go along with it so this situation can end.

Mu Fan reluctantly walked forward as Shiming did the same. They both raised their hands to shake the other's own but a sense of hesitation appeared in Mu Fan's heart.

Though Shiming didn't give him time to back out as he grabbed his hand.

Like before a jolt ran through their bodies.

Shiming's eyes flickered as he looked at Mu Fan, but Mu Fan in response quickly pulled his hand away from him while frowning.

The elder nodded his head satisfied before he walked away.

Jun then dragged back Mu Fan to the group, and Lihua immediately began berating him via voice transmission. However, Mu Fan didn't hear any of it as he was busy looking down at his hand with doubt in his heart.

Shiming meanwhile was doing the same as he walked away. Eyes narrowed he thought.

'Why was my Blade Will reacting to him?'
