NOVEL SIMPLE Chapter 3 – Bandits are supposed to be scary, right?
"It's a pleasure to work with you, Master!" Says a little girl with a dazzling smile in front of me.
Wait, wait, let's recap the points here: Monster King> Evil God> Little Girl. Is this some kind of bad Eroge script?!
"How cute!!!" I say this grabbing Mister Frog from behind who has now transformed into a girl.
While i doing things that would probably get me arrested by police if i were still in my previous body, I realize that Mister Frog has become a really adorable "human" girl. She had all-black hair and somewhat tanned skin, her height was shorter than mine, about 4'3" ? What marks her most is her eye that vaguely resembles that of a frog making her appear to be a bit sleepy. If someone big held her she would easily pass for a doll.
"Master, how long are you going to keep groping me?!" Says Mister Frog turning away from me and placing his hand between his body.
I am not Lolicon, okay? I was just checking her out!
After getting tired of haras-, I mean, "checking" my new subordinate, it was time to start thinking about what we are going to do from now on, but before that, there was something that was bothering me.
"I don't know how this so-called pact works but is it normal for the person to turn into a cute girl?" I say that pretending that what happened now didn't exist.
"The master said you were an angel, right? I don't know what it was like in your world but it is normal in the legends here to be told that the blood of a high ranking angel is equal to that of gods, giving powers and changing the being the image of the owner of the blood it drank. That change has to be consensual or it doesn't work."

Good thing she noticed my change and pretended nothing happened too. Apparently her strange personality hasn't changed.
I then take a maid outfit from my inventory and give it to Mister Frog to wear, it was a premium item from a certain event, the outfit gives increased defense both physical and magical and on top of that increases attack and movement speed a bit. The clothing automatically adjusted to her body.
When Mister Frog realized that it was a maid's outfit she grabbed my dress with teary eyes and started saying things like: "Do you consider me a mere maid?" "I am a warrior!!"
After that we decided to leave the cave and went running and jumping between the trees to see if we could find any towns.
By the way, if you are wondering why I have not simply flown around until now it is simply a matter of efficiency.
The wings are an accessory and every time I fly it uses up mana exponentially to the time traveled, as much as I am sure I won't die it would be very scary to fall from up there, plus I would have to carry Mister Frog all the way, although with her body it wouldn't be difficult.
On the other hand, [Boost] is a cost-effective basic skill that uses very little mana and is very efficient. Even now jumping between trees like a ninja we are running at over 100 km/h.
While we are running to get out of the forest I stop a little and come down from the tree I am in, going to the ground.
Mister Frog seeing this also stops and runs to my side.
"What's the matter, Master?"
"Don't worry, I was just thinking that from now on it would be weird to call you Mister Frog all the time, so I think it's time to give you a new name."
"Really? Finally!" Says Mister Frog making an expression of excitement. Did you hate the name "Mister Frog" that much?
"What do you think is a good name?" It's not like I want to give her a name she hates.
"Any one the master chooses is fine!" Says Mister Frog with an adorable smile on his face.
To be honest I am terrible at giving names, I wonder what would be the best one.
After thinking for a few seconds I make up my mind.
"Ok, from now on your name will be Mio" I say this striking a pose and pointing at Mio.
Mio smiles at me indicating that she likes the name.
I think I better not tell her that I got this name from a soap brand mascot that was a frog.
"So Mio, I guess we'd better do this again now that we have proper names."
I extend my hand to her and Mio understanding what I mean also extends her hand and squeezes me.
"I've already said it a little while ago but I'll say it again: It's a pleasure to work with you, Master" Mio says but this time with a serious expression.
And that's how I finally got my first partner in this world.
About two hours passed with the two of us trying to find our way out of the forest. It was night time and the moon was above us illuminating the place.
"Hey master, look over there" Mio points to a road, it was relatively well made and it was clear that it was made by intelligent life.
"We finally found it, huh" I say as we get down and start following the road.
After that we walk along the road trying to find a town, it would be kind of strange to see two kids running at the same speed as a Formula 1 car.
While we were talking Mio stopped and became more serious looking at a part of the forest.
(Master there are some humans there, about seven of them and all men, they are looking this way) Mio whispers in my ear.
(Act normal and keep walking) I whisper back in her ear.
We keep walking and three men dressed as stereotypical costumed thieves arrive from the middle of the forest, the kind you would imagine saying something like "hehehe".
"Hehehehe What are kids like you doing here at this time of night" Says thug A as if to confirm what I was thinking.
"Oh, those will make great money when we sell them"
"Yes, especially that blonde one, but both of them are so adorable"
While Bandit B and Bandit C are talking this kind of thing they start to surround us.
The three of them are carrying swords. They probably thought Mio was my Bodyguard or something by the huge sword on her back and the maid outfit.
I look at Mio and nod, gesturing with my mouth the words "Don't Kill.
Mio then nods back and draws her huge sword from the sheath on her back.

Less than a second later the blade of Mio's sword slices through all three of them cutting their swords and their bellies.
The three bandits fall to the ground with blood running from their bellies while making some random noises like "guhha!"
"Monster!"
"Let's get out of here!"
"Shit!"
The three take off running but before they could go to their other comrades I give a little boost and catch them making them fall to the ground.
"I'm sorry, but it's not like I can let this opportunity pass you know" I say this giving them a friendly smile.
When I smile their faces turn white as they make a face of desperation. In the end they just fainted.
We picked up the three bloodied bandits and carried them to a certain bush that was next door.
"Good thing you didn't kill them, this is a great opportunity to test my healing"
I take a staff from the inventory, it is a very basic staff, the kind that a healer would have up to level 30.
I start chanting: "[Extra Heal]"
Green particles appear around the three unconscious people and the previously severed parts begin to heal themselves as if time is rewinding.
Bandit A begins to wake up and sees his companions all unconscious making a surprised face.
"But what-" before he could say anything I put my hand over his mouth covering it and a finger in mine indicating for him to be quiet.
"I need you to do a little favor for me, okay?" I say this while winking at the thug in front of me.
(POV change - ????)
"Haha Hey, get me another drink" I say this to someone passing by the hut I was in. He sees me and runs out to get what I asked for.
While I was drinking along with some slave girls I got the other day, another one of my guys comes in quickly seeming to have some good news.
"Boss, we got two of them" Says the messenger.
"Very good, bring them here"
A few minutes later two brats appeared in handcuffs.
One was a beautiful blonde girl in a white dress, she didn't seem to be afraid and had a smile on her face. From the clothes she is just a noble girl or something.
The other had black hair and wore a maid's outfit, unlike the other she had a serious expression but also did not seem afraid.
At a glance they were probably from some noble wagon that had the misfortune to pass by.
"Hmm... just two brats, just get her out of here"
"Luckily the two should can be sold for a good amount of money" I then take another sip of my beer.
I have no interest in brats so I better sell them both quickly.
The three who brought her then take them to the tent where the other children we captured are.
I don't know if it was my imagination but when the blonde girl passed me as she was being led away I heard a slight giggle.
"I guess I've finally started to go crazy, huh" I say as I take the last sip from my glass.
