The Misfortune Adventure Of Dimensional Chat Group Owner

Continuing from the previous chapter, Kaito and Kaguya are preparing to fight to determine whether Kaguya will join his peerage or not. In addition, Kaito has a mission from the system to make Kaguya express her desire to join the peerage himself, but Kaito is currently confused about which way is better to do that.

Using a prop or rent ability from Saitama / Sakuya, Kaito believes he can end this fight instantly. Another option is for Kaito to show his abilities one by one to impress Kaguya before ending the fight by showing his true abilities (props again).

As a teenager with the impulse to show off, Kaito prefers the second option-- because it's cooler and he also wants to know how strong the Kaguya in front of him is compared to the Original. After all, if she's going to be part of his peerage, he should know all of her abilities and issues.

"Do your first move, Kaguya-san." Kaito confidently said, while waving his finger at himself.

After saying that, Kaguya then shot a projectile of bone from her hand toward him. Recognizing her famous attack that ended Obito's life in the original, Kaito was dumbfounded and quickly dodged, he didn't expect that Kaguya would immediately want to kill him!

"Ash killing bone immediately? How much do you hate your benefactor?!"

"Hmmph. You might as well die if you can't react to that."

Naturally Kaguya, as the ancestor of the chakra, obviously can control all elements but it doesn't show in the original. Kaguya then continued to attack him by shooting both fire and lightning jutsu toward Kaito... blasting the calm moon's surface with an explosion.

Naturally, with Haki and his basic speed, Kaito has no problem to avoid, but this time he decides to counterattack --- by teleporting behind Kaguya.

Remembering how Kaguya could easily teleport and change dimensions in the Original, Kaito realized that Kaguya had space abilities that were far superior to his since she probably had that ability for years, only limited by the energy she currently possessed.

For once, Kaito meets his formidable opponent, a way more skilled space user who also seems to have a very high reaction speed to boot. 

In the original, Kaguya doesn't seem to be that skilled using space ability against team 7, but then Kaito remember Kaguya probably also held back against them. After all, both Naruto and Sasuke have her son's power, so as a mother, she probably doesn't want to hurt them so badly and just wants to send them into the dream with other ninjas. Not to mention, they were also protagonist, otherwise with Kaguya's ability, logically, there's no way for Team 7 to succeed in the original.

If Kaguya is not arrogant and smart enough, she could have just left Naruto and Sasuke in a very dangerous dimension or been sneaky in launching her ash-killing bone jutsu, like what she did to Obito.

Hearing what Kaguya said, Kaito then realized she had already opened her third eye and attempted to get him into an illusion.  Unfortunately, his right hand is capable of dispelling any supernatural debuff or illusion directed at him, and Kaguya seems to find it interesting.

After recognizing the threat on his right hand, Kaguya quickly distances herself from Kaito by also teleporting away from her location... refusing to block his fist like earlier.

This makes for an exciting fighting scene as Kaito tries his best to chase Kaguya while Kaguya also does her best to escape.

Both of them disappear every second and reappear in another part of the moon, while Kaguya occasionally counterattacks Kaito with various multiple elemental jutsu as she has figured out the weakness of Kaito's right hand.

This creates an atmosphere of intense fight, except Kaito didn't manage to land any attack on her at all.

Some of Kaguya's attacks managed to hit and injure him. No matter how powerful Imagine Breaker is, it's only covering his right hand, and Kaito indeed was hopeless against attacks that come from multiple directions!

In the end, Kaito stops attempting to chase her, as he realizes that he would never possibly win this way.

"No need. Mortal, you are stronger than my son but if this only your ability, then you can't convince me. I can tell that you are about to run out of energy."

At this point, he realizes that without his prop, there's no chance for him to win here at all since all of his basic abilities have been restricted too much by her. Also, as Kaguya has pointed out, Kaito soon going to run out of energy, since his teleportation ability spam drains his energy too much while Kaguya doesn't seem to be troubled at all. 

Honestly, if Kaito doesn't have the creation cheat or rent ability privilege of the chat group, in a prolonged fight, there's no way he would win against Kaguya, but who makes him a cheater time traveler?

"You know, since you don't seem to want to cooperate with me, I guess I will just kill you." Kaito 'threatened' her.

"Kill me? I am an immortal, do you think you can kill me?!"

"If you want to then I will fulfill your wish."

Using his left hand, Kaito summoned a few petrified kunai out of his inventory and then stabbed both of Kaguya's arms and leg at the same time to the ground.

Kaguya desperately tries to escape and she is clearly in pain, but she can't muster enough strength to forcefully move Kaito away at all.

"Stop! What are you going to do?!"

Ignoring Kaguya's plead,  Kaito immediately summons Est beside him and changes herself into an elemental waffle (sword) form, with the shape of a white and blue one-handed longsword with the hilt being partially gold.

He also quickly asked the system to channel the Imagine Breaker ability to Est as well to add a more convincing threat.

"Est, let's finish this."

"Yes, master."

The moment Kaguya sees Est release an aura in Kaito's hand, she realizes that he isn't bluffing at all. He is capable of killing her with that horrific sword as she has never felt so close to death.

In the end, Kaito won their fierce battle without any suspension at the end. This fight contains a lot of irony because the devil ultimately wins against the goddess by using the weapon used to kill a demon king.

Although Kaito was injured a lot in the process, he was quite happy with the results of this battle. Besides getting a strong peerage member and finishing the task, Kaito also learned about the shortcomings of his teleportation ability and different ways to use his Imagine Breaker ability... which is very lethal to any supernatural creature.
