The Otaku Emperor

Emperor and his crew arrived in the Paradise side of the Grand Line without any incident, easily traversing the red line.

As they arrived at the other side, they sailed towards the wide open sea.

"Look over there!" Mirajane said, while in Emperor's arms on the deck. 

"What a sight!" Elsa said. 

They looked at the lighthouse at a distance which seemed to have a gigantic whale floating next to it, seemingly spending time with the lighthouse caretaker. 

"That's Laboon!" Emperor said knowingly. 

They enjoyed their sea journey for several days without incident. As Korra could practically control the weather, all bad weather was negated by her powers, even though they sailed aimlessly. 

Emperor seemed content just floating aimlessly, laying in the sun naked with all his girls. 

"Uh... are we heading anywhere?" Opal asked as she used her wind abilities to push the sails of the large ship. 

"No, nowhere in particular. We'll go wherever the sea takes us and have an adventure. Besides, I only have the eternal log for the World Government Headquarters at Mary Geoise. So thats the general direction we are heading and we'll stop at wherever is in the general direction" Emperor shrugged. 

Opal nodded and continued moving the ship in the general direction towards the other end of the Red Line on the other side of the world. 

Several days later, Opal pointed in the air "Look over there!" 

Emperor looked up as did the others only to see a gigantic hurricane brewing. 

"I'm sure Korra can buffer us from the hurricane" Emperor smiled

"No, I'm not worried about us. Look there" Opal continued. 

Emperor looked where Opal was pointing at, and saw within the huge hurricane was a small floating white island on a bubble surrounded by white clouds which seemed to be thrown all over the place. 

"It's a sky island!" Emperor gasped. 

"They seem to be able to manipulate the weather, but I think the hurricane is too much for them" Korra said. 

"Alright! Lets get dressed!" he ordered, not knowing who they will meet. 

Dressing up was easy as all they had were bikinis and Emperor simply put on a set of briefs. 

"Tatsumaki, take the ship up there" Emperor ordered. 

Tatsumaki nodded and flew into the air, carrying the huge galleon within a telekinetic bubble as they flew towards the sky island. 

As they neared the floating island, they saw that the buildings were damaged and the people were holding on, trying not to be blown away. 

Suddenly they heard a scream as a pretty girl in a short skirt, tight top, huge breasts and orange hair was pulled into the hurricane. 

Emperor jumped into the air catching her in mid air. However, as he couldn't fly, he couldn't change directions and was also sucked into the hurricane. 

Before the girl was injured, Clara caught them and brought them both back to the ship. 

"Hi! I'm Emperor!" he said as the girl opened her eyes 

"Uh... I'm Nami" she replied getting out of his strong arms.

She was surprised, as this incredibly handsome man jumped into the hurricane with her even when she thought she was doomed.

"Hi Nami!" Emperor said, immediately recognizing her, but pretending not to.

"I've never seen a sky island like this before" he said watching Tatsumaki hold the island and their ship together while Korra protected them as the hurricane enveloped both the island and the ship.

Nami was shocked at the abilities of both girls and the calmness of Emperor as he acted as if nothing is happening.

"Yes.. this is Weatheria, an artificial sky island dedicated to study of weather" she answered.

"Weatheria! Since Nami is here, this must be during the time skip!" Emperor thought to himself.

"So you are a resident in this sky island?" he asked

"Uh.. no. I'm just studying here for two years. I should be finished in half a year" she answered as they walked to the sky island.

As they approached the central area, an old man came near shouting at Nami

"I told you not to combine so many weather balls! It's suicide!" he yelled

"This is my teacher Haredas! Haredas, this is my savior... uh. Emperor!" Nami introduced

"Oh hello, Pleased to meet you. Are those girls your crew?" Haredas asked

"Yes... that one over there can control weather. Her name is Korra! The other one that can move things with her mind is called Tatsumaki!" he said "The rest of my crew is still on my ship" he continued.

"Are you a pirate? Our Nami here is a pirate too you know! From a famous pirate crew too, the Strawhats!" Haredas said. 

"Oh, you're that Nami the Cat Burgler! Your fame and beauty precedes you" Emperor smiled. 

"I haven't been called a cat burgler since my first wanted poster. And you Emperor? Are you a pirate too?" Nami asked 

"Well, I didn't start out as a pirate. I just wanted freedom, but somehow I believe I am branded a pirate now" Emperor answered. 

"Really? I've never heard of your name Emperor or seen your face on a wanted poster" Nami asked

"Oh, I was in disguise! Like this!" Emperor said as he gestured. 

Nami suddenly felt a chill under her short skirt and gawked as her panties was on Emperor's head. 

"You...you're the Panty Pirate!" Haredas gasped. 

"Give that back!" Nami said, grabbing her panties from Emperor's smiling face. 

"I can't believe you're the Panty Pirate! Your bounty is 600,000,000 belis and each of your members are 400,000,000 belis!" Haredas gawked. 

"That's more than Luffy or the others of the so called Worst Generation!" Nami added. 

"Oh! I never intended to become a pirate, nor have a bounty. It's not as if I want to be Pirate King or something like that. I just broke into the World Government to get hold of some research!" Emperor explained. 

"Oh, you're into science?" Nami asked. 

"Well, that is my original forte." he answered. 

He brought Haredas and Nami onto his ship, introducing everyone and then showing them his scientific expertise.

No matter how superhumanly powerful he was in Saitama's body, nor how many powers he indirectly controls through his many girls, he was originally the Child Emperor. He loved inventing things. 

Nami and Haredas were amazed at all the robotics and other inventions.

"You're not Vegapunk, are you?" Nami asked. 

"No. I wanted to meet him in Mary Geoise, but he wasn't there!" Emperor said. 

"Anyway, since both our island and your ship are together in this hurricane for a few days, please make yourself comfortable on our island. We will have to start on our repairs" Haredas said, bidding his farewell. 

"Ok. See you" Emperor said as he continued talking to Nami. 

They started talking and Emperor got Korra to demonstrate her different elements to Nami. Then she showed Nami the others who had separate elemental abilities like Elsa, Azula, Opal, Kuvira and Juvia. 

Nami in return demonstrated her abilities with her Clima-Tact.

Emperor suggested several ways to improve her Clima-Tact, redesigning her weapon for easier and faster use. 

It only took hours before Nami began feeling close to Emperor. 

This was all part of the plan....
