When I returned after catching the Chimera, the battle had already concluded.

Arisha, who was tying up the unconscious Angela, waved at me with a big smile.

“Are you hurt anywhere?”

Looks like she made good use of the bracelet I gave her. After petting Arisha’s head, I checked on Sowol and Lena, who came over, and they seemed unharmed too.

“I didn’t expect the Magic Empire army to move like this. Instructor, this is a big problem.”

Ludwig spoke with a serious expression. It was the first time they had moved in units instead of just causing terror with a small number of forces, as he said.

This meant that the descendants of the Magic Empire would start to move in earnest now.

“I think it would be better to return to the Academy for now.”

The students began to chatter about interrogating Angela to find out where the top brass of the Magic Empire were and what their plans were.

At Ludwig’s sneering comment, Lumina let out a short groan. She watched resentfully as the kingdom’s knight dismounted his horse, and explained the situation.

“Are you hurt anywhere? Seriously?!”

We couldn’t take the special forces of the Magic Empire back to the Academy. Lumina handed them over to the kingdom’s soldiers, and Angela, who had awakened in the meantime, glared at us as if she wanted to kill us.

Arisha, who got to take core classes instead of general studies, flashed a happy smile while helping me carry the materials for class.

I really couldn’t hit her. Her smiling face was so cute that I couldn’t even get mad. After giving her head a light pat, I opened the door.

I expected the kids to be chatting as always, but they were all focused on something, even ignoring my entrance.

What Sowol presented was a quest request. A request from the church, indicating traces of the Asura sect had been found in the Deorent Kingdom and several other nations.

It was a single request available once at the transition from Chapter 2 to Chapter 3: the start of the Religious War Event.

“This is a request where we have to go outside for a long time, far from the Academy. It will take a lot of time.”

The Religious War Event is conducted with the selected few, including the protagonist. Meanwhile, the rest of the characters will have to progress through Chapter 3.

Because of this, in Ragnarok, we had to train all characters evenly.

I looked around at the students.

After finishing class, I took the quest request and headed for the church.

In hot pants and a cropped top, her long hair cascading down to her waist was elegantly braided.

All three of them looked beautifully dressed.

Yet they didn’t seem to care about my words at all.

For some reason, their eyes looked a bit dangerous… or maybe that was just my imagination?
