"You guys ready?" They just give him a silent reply. "The rule is the same, The match goes either you die or admit defeat." Sasuke nodded and Gaara for some reason had an evil smile now.

Now begins the fight between the last Uchiha and the monster from Suna.

Satria and Esdeath's POV

Satria watches the interaction of Kakashi, Guy, and other genin.

'Hmm..same as in Canon.'

"Hey, Shin, Who is this black-haired boy? I noticed they give this guy special treatment." Esdeath asks him about Uchiha Sasuke.

"He is the last Uchiha in Konoha and has a special bloodline," Satria answered her.

"Special bloodline? Like Hyuuga boy before?." Esdeath feels their ability is quite useful, If her Empire has them surely it will boost their military power greatly.

Satria nodded. "Yes, just watch first. I don't like to ruin the surprise." He grinned at her.

Esdeath smirked. "That's true. Let's see what this boy got."

Sasuke POV.

He sees his opponent make a strange smile and feels something is wrong with him.

"Both of you to the middle." The referee ordered them. "The rule is the same, The match goes either you die or admit defeat." Sasuke nodded and Gaara for some reason had an evil smile on his face.

Two of them walk closer to each other.

All spectators watch with nervousness about this match.

"You two ready?" The referee asks them and only gets a silent reply. "Then Begin!!."

Gaara let out sand from his gourd.

When Sasuke sees that, he falls back and makes distance from him.

'So this is the sand Kakashi told me about.'

Then he saw his opponent make a pained expression and hold his head.

"Please, don't get so mad." The red-haired boy says with a bloodlust expression. "Kaa-san."

'What the hell is this guy talking about?.' Sasuke says internally

"Earlier... Earlier I had you sucking awful-tasting blood; I'm sorry." Then he gave a strange smile. "But this time it's likely to be good."

Man with gender equality: "This boy surely is nuts and people who make him like this are lunatics."

Satria and Esdeath's POV

"He has the eyes of a killer, Hoo..for a boy this age to become something like this makes me wonder what is their method," Esdeath said curiously, She know the red-haired boy is a weapon for his country but feel uncontrollable and had deep trauma inside him because of something.

"The Shinobi world is broken; even children must participate in war, and you can't say that about others when your empire is quite broken too," Satria explained to her and speak the truth about her corrupted Empire.

"You know about ours?" She asked him.

"Who knows." Satria shrugged and smoked his cigarette playing the fool.

Sasuke POV.

They look at each other and are ready to make the first move.

"Here we go." Sasuke takes a shuriken from his pocket and throws it to Gaara, who is easily stopped by his Suna bunshin and counterattacks Sasuke, but he dodges it.

Sasuke tried to face him with taijutsu but got blocked by his sand. Then Sasuke smirked and was already in Gaara's back.

'He fast! This guy is just like that guy.' Gaara remembers his match with Lee.

Then Sasuke punched Gaara's face, throwing him away from where he stood.

"Is that the sand armour?" Sasuke asks him when he sees Gaara's face cracked. "Come on!." He taunted his enemy.

Gaara only looked at him and gave a silent reply.

"If you're not going to come, I'll go to you." He fled as Gaara attempted to attack him again.

Gaara tries to catch him but only gets nothing. He can't follow Sasuke's speed and only gets hit by him.

"What the matter? Is that all you got?"

Gaara is Silent once again.

Sasuke is a bit annoyed to get ignored.

"That armour... I'm going to tear it off."

Sasuke runs around on Gaara with his speed, so Gaara can't see his movement.

Sasuke hit Gaara with a combo, which didn't give him a chance to defend himself.

When Sasuke finished attacking him, he made some distance from Gaara.

Gaara stood up and then made a hand seal. Suddenly, Sand covered him like a ball and hid him from Sasuke.

When Sasuke tries to attack the sand ball, he only gets injured by the sand, which has the shape of a thorn coming from it. This makes Sasuke go back and make the distance.

'So he used all the sand for protection... I didn't think there could be this much difference in hardness with a difference in the density of the sand.' He analyzed it.

"So this is absolute protection."

Satria and Esdeath's POV

"That boy has good moves for his age; I bet he's the prodigy in his generation, but I'll feel in his eyes that he wants to use that power not for recognition but for revenge." Did my guess right?" Esdeath says when analyzing all the matches she watches on Chuunin Exam and studies about this black-haired kid,

"Right, you really have a talent for this," Satria says she is amazed at her skill in discovering people's talents and personalities.

She grinned. "I've become General of the Empire, not without reason." She says.

Then Satria watched Naruto run to Kakashi and beg him to stop the match.

'Well, it's too late, and Sasuke's pride will never allow him to surrender.'

"Ara. How cute that he is worried about his friend." Esdeath chuckled at Naruto.

Sasuke POV.

Sasuke is still thinking about what he should do in this situation, but suddenly he sees the sand, which in the shape of his eyes, is a sand ball.

He is trying to attack again and planning something. When he attacks the ball, Sand Spike appears and tries to attack him, but Sasuke always dodges him.

He looks ready and sticks on the wall of the arena and makes a handseal.

Suddenly, from his hand, appeared blue lightning.

Satria and Esdeath's POV

"Is that his trump card?" Esdeath asks him.

Satria nodded. "It's...after this, get ready. They will come soon."

Esdeath smiled. "Finally some action; I can't wait to do some exercise."

Sasuke POV.

When the Jutsu is ready, he is ready to attack Gaara, and this Jutsu is special; only Kakashi, the copy ninja, can use it. When the Jutsu is used, there is a sound of the rumbling of a thousand birds, and that is why that Jutsu is called.

" Chidori." Finally, Sasuke can break Gaara Sand Protection and wound him, but when his hand sticks, he feels something bad will happen to him once again, so he uses Chidori to let out his hand.

Suddenly the shell broke and revealed Gaara, who got injured on his body.

Satria and Esdeath's POV

Suddenly, there was a white feather in the arena, making almost all the people in the arena sleep.

'Brother, this is the time.' Fatalis remind her bearer.

Lucky Jiraiya has already prepared them for blocking genjutsu so they do not get affected by it.

"Esdeath, are you okay?" Satria asked her.

She nodded. "I'm fine. What you say is true. Where Jiraiya?."

Then they heard the sound of an explosion in Hokage's seat.

'I see. That's the signal.'

Finally, the hour of invasion begins.
