"Are you sure it wasn't too much?"

"Not at all..."

"Remember that I told you that you have an unlimited budget" Two girls were chatting quietly around the streets of the Sect. They were naturally Sefia and Rayna, who had finished their shopping.

Finally, after taking a couple of turns, both arrived at a private residence located in the tenth district of the Outer Courtyard. As it was well known, the tenth district was the place where all those disciples who possessed a Special Physique resided.

"This is the place" Sefia said as she pointed her finger at the male slaves who came with them to help them set up the furniture. Although both were cultivators, the store itself offered this service, so that its customers did not have to put in the effort themselves to place their furniture.

"Understood"

"Rayna! Take care of directing them while I perform a couple of tasks that I have pending" Sefia said with an apologetic smile as she quickly left.

"W-Wait" Rayna extended her hand but unfortunately Sefia had already left.

"Tskk! How the hell does she leave me alone in a stranger's house"

"Lady... Where do you want us to place your furniture?" One of the slaves asked seeing that Rayna had become completely static while cursing her friend.

"Phew... Come with me" Rayna said with a resigned look. She pointed the way and quickly began to direct the group of slaves to arrange the furniture and other objects they had bought.

'Sefia spent a lot of money... I'm one hundred percent sure that that money belonged to the owner of this house'

'Now the question is... who the hell does this house belong to?'

'Fuck it... it's not my problem'' Rayna consoled herself as she focused squarely on her task of decorating the residence. Rayna was amazed at the size of this house. After all, she had never been inside one of the residences in the Tenth District before.

This conversation was one of the many that the disciples were having as they left the lecture hall.

Many of them wanted to talk to Ruvan, but almost none of them had the courage to do so, after all it was well known that men with Special Physiques tended to make quite derogatory towards normal women.

"I didn't know you had a special physique brother Ruvan. You're awesome!" Anette said at the time as she walked Ruvan through the halls of the Dual Cultivation Department.

"Hehehe it's not a big deal..." Ruvan said with a slight smile.

"That's not a big deal, you say... No man has ever been able to humiliate Heather like that before! I'm sure this news will spread like wildfire all over the Outer Courtyard!" Anette said with stars in her eyes.

"Is this Heather so awesome?" Ruvan asked with some curiosity. Although it was true that Heather had a Special Yin Physique. The reality was that her was not one of the rarest physicists that existed, but on the contrary, her was one of the most common among Special Physicists.

Ruvan had previously studied with his Master about the Special Yin Physical types that existed, after all his goal was to harvest this type of bodies to catch up with his advances in the Devouring Art.

"Yeah... But according to Elder Hoens, Heather's Physique is a Special variant among the Yin Frozen physique"

"Supposedly Heather's physique is at least three times more powerful than other women with the same kind of physique" Colette said seriously.

"You told me that Heather doesn't have a partner, right?"

"Not that I know of... She said she wouldn't look for a partner until she entered at least the Central courtyard"

"That's right hehe... Heather always made fun of most of the men in our class. On many occasions she always applied as a participant for the tests. She was doing this just to humiliate the male disciples just like she did previously with Kendrick"" Anette said with a half smile, after all she didn't dislike Heather putting those smug disciples in their place either.

"Well it seems that the time has come to say goodbye..." Ruvan said with a smile as they arrived at the exit of the Dual Cultivation Department.

"Goodbye Brother Ruvan... It was a pleasure concerté" said Anette with a sad expression. It was evident that she was not very pleased with saying goodbye to Ruvan.

"Hey... you don't have to make that face. We can sit together again if you want"

"Really?"Colette said with an absolutely excited tone.

"Of course! See you the other week then" Ruvan said with a smile as he walked away.

It was already past six in the afternoon when Ruvan arrived at his house. To his surprise the lights in his house were completely on leaving him a little curious about it.

"Will Sefia come to visit me?"

"Well... it doesn't matter after all I am the owner of this place" Ruvan murmured with a smile as he entered his empty residence that to his surprise was not as empty as he had left it just before leaving.

"What the hell?"Ruvan walked with curiosity while looking at the new decoration of his residence. Undoubtedly the furniture looked of good quality but what amazed him the most was the detail put in each of the environments.

"Impressive..." Ruvan murmured in amazement as he toured the living room and the dining room. A couple of voices could be heard on the second level of his house. Ruvan did not recognize any so he quickly took on the task of climbing the steps to be able to discover the identity of these unexpected visitors

"Move the bed two more centimeters to the right"

"Is that all right, Lady?"

"Perfect"

The conversation became clearer and clearer to Ruvan as he went straight into his room where he discovered a beautiful woman with long and delicate legs, leading a group of brutes.

"SEFIA! You're finally back!"

Rayna ended up freezing as she turned her neck nonchalantly. She thought it was friend Sefia who had returned but to her surprise she ended up meeting a pair of beautiful golden eyes that saw her deeply.

"My pleasure... I'm Ruvan and you?"
