He was kiting so that he could regain some of his spiritual energy.
The golden avatar was the representation of the martial spirit inside him. It woke up when the system assimilated the intent of weapons inside You Xi Wang's blood. As soon as it appears, You Xi Wang sensed his consciousness being sucked back to the soul sea where he started to fight the golden avatar when the system told him to defeat the golden avatar to gain control over the martial spirit. The system did not hide anything from the master and told him the consequences of being laid back.
That is why You Xi Wang fought with the golden avatar with no hold bars. He used every possible trick he had in his memory from Wing Chun to Kalari, from brawling to weapon clash. Gunfighting and even whips but the golden avatar were capable of imitating You Xi Wang in every aspect. As he and the Golden avatar were busy exchanging the arrows. The system spoke, [How do you win a war?]

Outside, You Xi Wang's body was getting slower and slower as he fought with the peace-watchers. A person sneaked up to You Xi Wang's side and gave him a hard kick. The impact was so strong that You Xi Wang flew out and fell down on the ground. Then he did not move. The peace-watchers were so enraged by him that they charged at him. They wanted to break every bone in this boy's body.
Alester Book flashed and he came next to You Xi Wang. He spoke to the charging warriors, "This matter ends here. Don't disturb my disciple."
The man in charge of the three teams spoke, "Who are you? State your purpose." his eyes were brimming with anger but his tone was calm.
Alester Book waved his hand and tossed an identity badge to the peace watcher. He spoke, "Is that good enough?"
The peace watcher glanced at the badge and wanted to throw it down on the ground but his colleague spoke, "Yes, Elder Book."
The in-charge looked at his colleague, who told him the identity of the old man with telepathic communication. The in-charge was shocked, then he bowed to the old man and asked for the reason behind all this fuss. Alester Book co-operated and told them all about the involvement of some big level Dark Dwellers, he also asked them to cordon off this area and not to let the information leak out.
The peace-watchers immediately sprang up into action and left to accomplish what the old man asked from them while they transmitted the details to their respective family high command. Meanwhile, Alester Book did not rush to help You Xi Wang and withdrew from the scene. Only You Zhichi and You family members were allowed to stay near him. As the saying goes, blood is thicker than water. Despite being unconscious You Xi Wang's martial spirit would not harm his kin.
You Naixin and the elders observed You Xi Wang's armor and hair. They all exchanged a glance and decided to talk when they get home. Some young disciples of the family stood guard of Edward Colt or what was remaining of him. The two weapon spirits were constantly eroding his strength and physique made by the dark energy.

He formed a claw with his hand and slashed it at the golden avatar. he used his strongest attack, the dao claws.
Five golden arcs attacked the golden avatar. Time froze, the golden avatar slowly crumpled into particles of the golden light. These light particles flow around You Xi Wang forming a whirlwind.

These particles formed a whirlwind around him just like inside the soul sea and slowly started to merge with You Xi Wang. The process was exquisite. He opened his eyes and inside his black pupils, a flash of golden lightning could be seen. He had tamed the martial spirit. Invisible coercion radiated from his body and all the weapons started to tremble slightly.
You Zhichi exclaimed, "Boon of the weapon master."
This was one of the three boons the martial spirit blessed the host with. The boons will always be different, it will always be something a person is lacking. You Xi Wang had it all but in comparison to his undaunting will and five elemental physique, his weapon mastery was dull. Just as the people were about to rejoice five silhouettes appeared in the sky. They all wore black robes.
You Xi Wang, who had just awoken, looked up. Before anyone else could attack, Animo Albus appeared in the voice opposite the five, and behind her stood Alester Book.
A dark dweller spoke in a low voice, "I did not expect two experts to be here."
You Xi Wang flew up in the sky and his sister followed. He communicated with his master using telepathy. Alester Book agreed to his proposal and said, "Since you came here to win back Edward Colt, we will give you a chance. Anyone of you under Primal Soul Realm can challenge my disciple to life and death. We will not interfere but if your side played tricks we won't blink to destroy you all."
The dark dweller with a hooded robe spoke in a low voice, "We agree. May the best win. Let's have a duel to death."
