A Light Within Darkness.

XXXVIII

With the aspirants safely put away in their apartments and having desummoned all the shadow demons I had summoned to take care of the fallen people as well as the people incapable of taking the test, I spent the rest of the day with Elesmere as obviously, the new people would need the day to decompress.

"Are those humans even worth your teachings?" Elesmere asked me as she laid across our massive bed on her stomach with her bare cleavage being shown to me as she kicked her legs up and down almost childishly and also stirring up her long blond hair spreading over her back like a sea of golden strands.

I had to agree as the humans themselves weren't really anything special, but they did have something. They had the potential to become better than they once were... Granted they most certainly wouldn't be able to reach the divine ranks at all but under my direct supervision and so long as the resources aren't stretched, they could all reach the ends of the mortal ranks and live a lifespan of a couple thousand years without any special pills, special herbs, or any other methods they could find to extend their lifespan.

I mean sure that was nothing compared to a space marine's basically immortal physique but how many of them survive that process? How many survive the training? Not that many that's how many... Whereas with my version of body cultivation, I would be giving them, so long as they didn't eat a sun without or something without the right preparations they would live long enough and be faaaarrrr stronger than a space marine.

Once someone hits the last level of the mortal cultivation ranks, I imagine even Primarchs that weren't demon princes would be clapped without issue as such a person would be able to devastate mountain ranges in a single causal attack.

But yeah, normal humans were definitely lesser in terms of talent when it came to cultivation in general compared to Eldar if Elesmere was any decent metric of her race.

"With your people's long lifespan and general discipline at least aside from your Drukhari brethren, I freely admit your people have greater talent but, in the end, I was born a human and will see my race rise up and go beyond the galaxy," I said looking outwards with my divine senses as all the humans were sitting in the lotus position with their hands on their knees all equally sweating as they began using the Diamond Body Technique.

"Do you have any special arts that will work over a longer period of time like this Moon art?" She asked eager, to find something her people a leg up in comparison to how I was clearly going to favor my own race.

Yet it was also clear that she had absolutely zero plans to share that Solitary Yin Moon Technique knowing that whichever woman that cultivated it would be... eager to reside in my bed.

To say nothing of it also being a divine technique that could cultivate the body well into the Immortal levels of cultivation.

"No," I said shaking my head. "All the Martial, Cultivation, Pill Refining, Array Crafting, Artifact Refining, and other such disciplines do not exceed the mortal levels in their potential no matter, even if the wielders get some kind of super epiphany and exceed the natural limits of the technique," I said coldly as I was going to be cautious, as even if I allowed such information out in general.

I would only let it out once I was already in the divine ranks of cultivation which I was a far distance away from.

"What happens when they reach the peak of the technique, they have now then Jake?" Elesmere asked me in a serious tone as I had gone very much into detail about what would happen should someone ditch a certain body refining technique after getting a strong foundation in it and taking on a new one.

"Then either they will move onto a stronger similar technique when I see fit to release such information, or they will languish there if they cannot break and rebuild their foundation," I said shrugging as such problems were literally centuries at least down the line for people who I didn't devote much time to personally training and supplying high-quality resources to.

"Now Elesmere, rest we have much to do in the morning, as you need to be introduced as my wife, as well as I am needing to create some kind of missions for the disciples to complete in order to keep them busy," I muttered as I wrapped my arms around my haughty big titty space elf making her grumble.

"Fine Jake. Just make sure the chants and mental clearing spells are available to my people and honestly nothing else matters. My people will survive and prosper even if you humans take over the galaxy." Elesmere spoke as she buried her face into my chest.

Honestly with how the vast majority of Eldar lived on massive spaceships or simply not on a planet in general. That claim was perfectly reasonable.

The next day as I said previously, was a whirlwind of activity as I updated and took down the information on all the disciple's information and tied the wisps of their very souls, that they put into the jade disciple tokens, into the central array that way once they accomplished a mission, they would automatically give them their contribution points without me having to do a damn thing.

The Jade Tokens did a great number of things for one recording their progress so I or other elders could watch their body reformation progress and more importantly it could connect to the Sect Steele's so the techniques they were training in would be registered and show their progress. Which is how I was able to check the progress of everyone who had learned the pre-downloaded Diamond Body Technique I had set on every Disciple token.

"Alexsis where are you!" I called out with one of the young adult ladies hesitatingly holding up her hand to gather my attention and I took her in. She after getting a ladies' sect uniform as well as taking a modern shower with hot water and soap actually no longer looked like a misbegotten peasant, I would avoid assuring I didn't get a pox or something.

"Congratulations on making the most progress on the Diamond Body Technique last night. You are now ten percent into reach the cold iron skin level of the technique, if you only slightly slow down with the transformation of your body you will likely be done in a week as you will be getting more resources with missions and such." I advised before I cracked my neck and then clapped my hands making a thundering noise that silenced all the disciples that were whispering and looking to the girl I complimented.

"Now I will be introducing my wife. The Vice Sect Master, you must all follow her orders as though they came from me." I said with my eyes glowing in warning and all of the disciples silently nodded and then gasped as Elesmere ethereally flew through the air with tiny icy star-like large snowflakes trailing behind her as she regally landed beside me and in a smooth motion wrapped her arms around one of my mine, while smugly staring at the human ladies in the audience as though telling them 'Hands off!'.

"Yes... Well in any case as you all well know by now, once you lay your forehead against the Disciple tokens you can enter its core state and see the missions available as well as the regulated chores all the servant class people all have to do." After quickly explaining the admittedly small Sect treasury shop, I had set up I then went to on to explain how the servant class point system worked.

"For servants, you can all technically get the same resources actual disciples can, but for one it will be marked up at a higher price, and getting points in general will be more difficult... If you wish to change your fate of being in the bottom of the totem pole, then work hard at the Diamond Body Technique and firm your will with the Sect's facilities to retake the exam in six months' time." I explained gently to the few servant class that honestly consisted of mostly smaller children that hadn't seen too much of the world yet and weren't able to push through.

"Now does anyone have any questions?" I asked and could only feel an eyebrow rise as half of them raised a hand.

"You the little child up front." I decided to start at the front and move my way back as Elesmere bored already stood behind me and just rested her chin on my shoulder.

"Sect Mashter, how do I throw a big fireball like you did!" He asked excitedly and I heard Elesmere giggle beside my ear as I huffed and took out my master disciple token.

"Little cantrips or spells to use some elemental effects are in the library uh... Deloric? Yeah, you just sit in front of the statue of what you want to learn, and you if you have the points the statues will teach you." I explained quickly moving on to another young adult woman who asked who and how our clothes would be cleaned, and I explained how the uniforms were magically self-cleaning.

Finally, after a couple hours of general questions I had sent away the servants to begin clearing away some rocks to expand the sect's borders as it was still built into the side of a mountain, while leaving the true disciples behind for me to actually teach some more relevant cultivation information.

"Alright, all of you listen very carefully. Cultivation is at its essence, the path to enlightenment and strengthening the body, mind, and soul in order to weather the tests of time. To that end, there is a great many paths to reach said enlightenment and becoming stronger." I explained and then went over the exhaustively long list of possible cultivation paths people could take from purely body refinement to working in alchemy and other production styles, to even becoming a sword cultivator as I had stepped onto said path." I began lecturing and thus the Heavenly Principles Sect was born.
