“Did you trip again, Mio? You really need to learn how to keep your balance one day.” (Misha)

“It’s not my fault. For some reason no matter how much I try, my feet always have a mind of their own.” (Mio)

“For crying out loud. The only time you actually prove useful is during combat. Clean up that mess, alright?” (Misha)

“Got it.” (Mio)

“Misha, can I entrust the cleaning duty on sector C to you?” (Rose)

“Of course.” (Misha)

“As for you, Yuri, please handle the laundry for now.” (Rose)

“Right away!” (Yuri)

 

Rose's job. As overseer of the ship you can say that her job is to make sure that everyone else does their jobs. The job of the trio maid squad is clear. Cleaning the ship, doing the laundry for all the crew, preparing the meals.

 

Although the technology on board makes all these tasks not as demanding, a physical operator behind the tech is still necessary. Also it is also their duty whenever the ship is docked to buy necessary food supplies. Although in the case of their last stop, it wasn't necessary.

 

"Now, then, Molly, has the maintenance team damaged anything?" (Rose)

 

"No, but they were extremely annoying. I can't even count how many times I had to step in and tell them "don't touch that". Geez their intellect level is hardly any better than a monkey. But yeah. The ship is working at optimal parameters." (Molly)

 

Molly is the ship's mechanic. Her role is not just to fix things if they break. But also make sure things don't break to begin with. 

 

"Although, can you help me with those two, Rose? They won't listen to me." (Molly)

 

The people in question were Stella and Lisa.

“Oi, Lisa, stop spinning the auxiliary weapon turrets randomly. You’re going to break them.”(Stella)

“Buzz off. I can’t help it if I am bored. Maybe if your piloting skills would be a little more impressive, I wouldn’t do this. Why not do some zig-zags around those asteroids if you want me to stop?” (Lisa)

“Are you crazy? Hyperdrive is meant for piloting in a straight line. We would end up damaging the ship?”(Stella)

“Molly can just fix it afterwards. Why not let my give the controls a spin?”

“Absolutely not. Furthermore… hey, stop that! Get your drones away from my hair! I can’t focus!”

“You two, stop this bickering at once.”(Rose)

“She started it!”(x2)

 

Both of them pointed to one another and simultaneously blamed one another.

“Come here! Stella put the ship on autopilot. And both of you come exactly here, where I am standing.”

Stella did as instructed and then both she and Lisa came before Rose.

“Honestly, if ojou-sama were to see you like this, it would pain her. Apologize to one another.”

“I refuse!”(x2)

“Do I really have to use force? Face each other this instant.”

With sparks still flying between them they followed Rose’s instructions and faced each other.

“Now I believe there was a saying. Kiss and make up. So that’s what you two are going to do.”(Rose)

“Eeeh?”(Stella)

“I don’t get what you mean.”(Lisa)

Before giving a reply, Rose violently grabbed both of their heads, but instead of forcing them to headbutt, she literally pushed them together and forced them to kiss.

 

"Mmph!!?"

 

For starters the two of them started to hate it, but eventually instinct took over. They're code for 'yuri' was stronger than the code to argue with one another and soon they made wet sounds and intertwined their tongues.

 

"Ooh! As expected of Rose, you handled amazingly!" (Molly)

 

"Thank you. Now that that's settled, I'll have each of you girls take a bath in turns. We don't want horny smells around."(Rose)

 

"Objection: what about me? My fluids and smell are odorless."(Shiro)

 

"I haven't forgotten about you, Shiro. Still you need to clean yourself."(Rose)

 

"Understood."(Shiro)

 

Shiro started to dismantle her left arm with her right, and immediately after started cleaning all components. Of course, she didn't disassemble her arm completely, since it contains powerful weapons that should not be meddled with unless you know what you're doing.

 

"What about you, Rose? You feeling ok?"

 

"What a pointless question. As long as I serve ojou-sama to the best of my abilities, I will always be ok. I better start thinking of ways on how to allocate our funds. Necessary expenses and all for when we reach the Jewel Resort."(Rose)

 

"Your an amazing maid as always, hehe!"(Molly)

Jewel Resort is an earth-like planet in a vast solar system with fourteen other planets.

It is about 2.5 times bigger than Earth and its gravity is about 1.15 times that of Earth.

 

A single day lasts 48.65 hours. The planet is made up of 13 continents, which make up 89% of the planet's landmass.

1 moon orbits the planet and Jewel Resort itself orbits a blue sun in a fairly circular orbit. It's rings are similar to Saturn, except they are mechanical and literally resemble a roulette wheel.

 

The plant-like organisms on this planet are bushes, with a few flowers and smaller shrubs mixed in. Trees are non-existent and fungi are so rare they might as well be. However, the bushes can grow in odd shapes and reach unexpected heights. Some can be confused for trees from afar, while others look like a group of flowers from up close. The few flower species that do exist emit incredible scents, while the shrubs tend to be hidden in plain sight, as they often look like a bush.

 

Surprisingly, the underwater world of this planet has an abundance of primitive hard corals, but soft corals are extremely rare and only found in very specific regions. The hard corals are mostly nothing more than a shell with a flower-like organism growing out of it, which filters nutrients out of the ocean. But these hard corals already make for a gorgeous underwater world, despite them being all fairly similar to each other.

 

However ever since it was colonized, large skyscrapers were built, flashy lights, modern highways for magnetic cars that levitate around 15 inches above the road. If you were to compare it to something, you could say it's a giant Las Vegas planet.

 

And since it's basically a casino planet with money that comes and goes, it got the name Jewel Resort.

 

"Money, money, money!! How I love to see them rise up."

 

The words belonged to a rather repulsive male. Ruler of Jewel Resort, Baron Rikoris, was a being with large frog legs, wearing nothing besides a fancy robe that covered his body and his private parts, and had a face that resembled Jabba the Hutt.

 

His greed for money knows no bounds and is considered by many a lecherous man. Those who can not pay back their debts are enslaved and forced to do work on the moon that orbits Jewel Resort, also known as Prison Planet.

 

"Let's see today's report. Oh look! We made a whopping 1.5 billion Sol. And it seems there are some nice women that can't pay their debts. How about you send them over to me?"

 

He was talking towards a shady guy, wearing a jet black mecha armor from head to toe. His face couldn't be seen as he also had a metallic helmet with a V shaped visor. You only see his spiky red hair from behind.

 

"I'm not your errand boy. My job is only to protect you. Nothing more and nothing less."

 

"Aww, don't be so stingy. Come on, I'll give you a few more Sol, or even let you taste any woman of your liking."

 

"I don't need that. I live by rules, and one of them is never changing the job contract. I'm your bodyguard. Other than that, there's nothing else I have to do."

 

"Tsk. I guess I shouldn't complain. Besides, thanks to you I manage to make this planet flourish. I wonder when the next wave of prisoners… err… I mean tourists will come. My hands are itching for more, hahaha!!"
