Batman in the MCU

Rhodey who had barely managed to take down the last of Killian's men let out sigh of relief as he began to look around but he came to halt as explosion after explosion resounded barely a few seconds apart leaning closer, he saw the scene clearly.

"Holy Sh*t!" was all Rhodey could say as he saw what was happening.

Where the containers once stood was now a massive sea of flames with the three heros standing before it looking battered. Batman watched the massive sea of flames while hiding his confusion.

He did not remember Killian being this powerful and began to wonder if this was somehow caused by his interference with the timeline. Batman had to stop his wild thoughts as Killian walked out of the sea of flames looking like personification of fire.

The three shared a look before charging at Killian once more, this time before they felt the brunt of the insane heat. Batwoman was the first to get close sending a kick right for Killian's head but let out a blood curling scream as Killian grabbed her leg.

"Let her go" Batman moved in activating the shock features of suit before moving in and driving his elbow into Killian's chest causing him to let her go, before moving away to avoid an attack from Killian.

And so their battle continued with the three attacking and then pulling away, trying their best to push them over the edge. "Haaah" with another scream from Killian an intense heat wave pushed the three away knocking out Batwoman and destroying Tony's suit and leaving him with his last suit which was barely functional due to the intense heat.

Batman's suit self repair function on the other hand could no longer keep up. Killian let out a laugh seeing the three down for the count, his victory celebration didn't last long though as he finally realized he had lost control of his core temperature.

"no... no... no,no,no,no no this can't happen Noooooo!" Killian began to scream alerting Tony and Batman to the fact that their plan had worked and it was time to get out of here.

Tony activating his thrusters barely managed to fly out grabbing Rhodey as they headed off the Narco. Batman grabbed Kate who had her mask completely burnt of and fired his grappling hook the four barely made it out when a loud explosion resounded with the force sending the four into the sea.

The explosion was such a grand one that could be seen for miles. Ghost Bat who was flying over saw the massive explosion which caused her to speed up, her panicked expression disappeared as she saw the four in the water, with a smile gracing her face seeing they were okay.

"As news continues to surface more and more charges are being added on to the growing list of charges against the former vice president whose dealings with Aldrich Killian..."

Kate turned the TV off just as Jeff walked into the room. "How you doing" Jeff as Kate who had bandages wrapped all over.

"Not bad, considering Killian's dead and I just found out my cousin is Batman" She answered with a smile which caused Jeff to smile back at her "I was asking about the burns."

The two shared a short laugh after that, "so what are you going to do now?"

"I don't really know to be honest. My whole plan was to take down the Mandarin which soon changed to taking down Killian but now that, that is done I don't really know what to do"

"You could stay here"

Kate stared at him seemingly interested but she soon shook her head as she made to her feet. "Nah, at least not yet. I've gotten used to traveling around and I don't really think I ready to settle down in one city just yet"

"I figured, come on, I've got something for you" Jeff spoke before heading off with Kate trailing after him with confusion.

Kate was soon brought over to the Bat cave, her eyes continued to look around taking in everything. "Okay I'll admit this place is cool"

"I know but this isn't what I wanted to show you"

They two soon came before a mannequin wearing a bat suit which caused Kate's eyes to widen before she turned to Jeff for confirmation.

"Your old suit was okay but it wasn't really up to the bat family standard so I decided to give you a new one with a few upgrades. After all what is family for"

The suit retained the same design on the outside but on the inside it incorporated technology from Jeff's encounter with Carol Danvers as well as tech "borrowed" from shield and a few technologies developed by Jeff himself.

"Alright, no need to rush, it's yours anyway. Let's go, Sebastian has cooked and I don't need to tell you just how good his cooking is"

The two arrived at the dining hall to see Yelena seated eating.

"Hello father, Auntie" Yelena spoke with a teasing smirk as Kate continued to observe this niece of hers she hadn't really been paying attention to news as she was focused on revenge so she hadn't actually seen Yelena just yet even though the were picture of her all over the internet.

"Where have you been?" Jeff questioned.

"Wow..., not even a hi. I'm hurt,  but if you must know it's a long story. It all began..."

Anyway the show must go on, the next few chapters or should I say arc 🤔, will focus on what Yelena was up to while the whole Killian fiasco was going on .
