The call is from Zhen Chao’s watchman.

Zhen Chao thinks it unbelievable, “Escape? Where will he escape in broad daylight?”

“We don’t know. He takes his luggage. He has departed. Commander, what shall we do now?”

“Keep watch on him. Don’t alert him. Let’s take action after he leaves the city.”

“OK.”

Zhen Chao hangs up the phone, calls Xiao Hui immediately and updates him.

Han Siqi’s face turns pale sharply. He moves his trembling lips but makes no sound. He stops walking outward.

Zhen Chao takes him to sit down, “Sit down. Let’s wait for news.”

Han Siqi sits down slowly and keeps silent. He just stares outside the window in a daze.

Seeing him become quiet, Zhen Chao ignores him and begins to talk with Tang Feng about preparation for the next step.

After over one hour, Xiao Hui calls again, saying Xiao Jinchong is all right according to doctor’s examination and is on the way to the police office. Then Zhen Chao comes to the next door of the interrogation room with Tang Feng and Han Siqi to wait, because they can see everything happening in the interrogation room there.

Soon after they sit there, the door of the interrogation room is opened. Xiao Jinchong, Yang Tao, Ji Muxian and two other policemen come in one after another and sit down.
