Celia: After Dying in the Apocalypse, I Live Once Again!

Volume 4. Chapter 92: What an Odd Life… (Chapter 393)

Chapter 92: What an Odd Life…

(Ruina’s POV)

My deal with that “Creator” was mostly me lying. That silly woman, Ria… Did she not realize that I could see through her disguise? Though, telling anyone that would be a bad idea.

After all, all my fellow System Helpers advised me to not do that. Ria, or, at least, that version of Ria was very powerful. Far more powerful than Celia. As such, I would have no means of defense against her.

But it is odd… didn’t she say that my dimension would be frozen in time? Not only that, but that it would only be unfrozen once Celia sets foot in it? If so, why has it been unfrozen for… tens of years?

Ruina: “…”

I was always used to the cold, but with a real body like this… I was freezing most of the time. And I know for a fact that Ria didn’t mean that the dimension would just be cold!!!

A frozen wasteland… I have mapped it all out already, using various detectors that I made and placed everywhere. Years later, and Celia still hasn’t shown up. This dimension was… dead?

Or it would be, but there was something odd about it… Did an error occur? There were people around, but they were completely frozen. Not in ice, no. Rather, they didn’t move or react at all. I couldn’t even kill them.

After so many years, my assumption is that the dimension that I am in right now is a story dimension. The most boring type of dimension, in my opinion…

But, as a System Helper, I can tell that it wasn’t always like this. Before I woke up, this dimension must have been a full and real one. But something changed it. Not to mention, but even I could tell that Ria had no control over it anymore.

Becoming a Goddess just like that… Knowing the rules, I am still confused about how Ria managed to do that… However she did it; I am very happy with this body of mine. And as far as I am aware, shouldn’t I be stronger than Celia right now!?

I just can’t wait to rub it in her face… Me, one of her daughters, stronger than her? What an achievement!!! If it wasn’t for there being nothing for me to kill in this dimension, I would still be leveling up and getting far stronger.

Which does make me very curious about the state of this dimension… Why is it still frozen? I guess that the more important question… would be who is actually controlling it, though.

Ruina: “Come on… do something…” I say with a sigh, poking the head of a frozen man.

This dimension somewhat reminds me of Celia’s adventure in Hell. Actually… it feels like that story was copy and pasted here. What uncreative idiot did this?

And why have they decided to leave me to be bored forever? No, really… I have been bored for so damn long… Since these people are all dolls, I don’t feel bad about killing them.

As such, I have prepared traps to kill each and every person in this dimension, but at the moment that it actually starts moving. That is, when they spring to life.

Such a sight… with an explanation beforehand, I am sure that Celia would enjoy watching this. And with all the time in the world, I made a smartphone. I also made it so that it will get recordings of all the deaths.

In history, besides just outright destroying a dimension, I might be the first one to commit the most murders all at the same time. Should I be proud of doing such a thing?

I don’t know for sure, but you can’t be mad at me for being bored. And if they were actual people, I wouldn’t be planning their deaths like this. It’s not like anyone, or anything, has bothered to stop me.

As this is a story dimension, I have to assume that whoever created it, will be surely pissed off that I ruined the story. That won’t be my fault, though. If they wanted a good clean story, they should have kept me frozen as well.

Perhaps, due to my special existence, I got unfrozen earlier than was planned? At the very least, it is weird how nothing reacts to me at all. Not to mention, but being able to make modern tech, probably isn’t inline with the story that was planned.

With machines being my domain, making tech isn’t hard at all. I don’t even need materials. Since I know my way around… everything. I knew that I could just use my divinity. Of course, I could also use SIP’s.

But I cannot get any if there is nothing around me that I could kill. Frankly, I am curious on if this dimension will let me insta kill everyone here… Oh, and, whoever runs this place is an asshole! If it wasn’t for my divinity and domain, I would have starved to death years ago!!! Honestly, being able to make a silly machine that makes food out of air… is crazy and nonsensical all on its own…

Ruina: “With my traps, you and the rest should die instantly. When that time comes, even though you do not have a soul, please rest in peace.” I say with a playful tone.

In reality, there really isn’t a purpose in wondering. It will either work, or nothing will happen. I don’t know how powerful the “people” of this dimension will end up being. I just doubt that, regardless of their power, that they will be able to resist multiple .50 BMG sized rounds to each part of their body, all shot within milliseconds of each other.

Ruina: “…”

I feel a presence… Or, how Celia would say, NOT! Instead, I detected someone with the detectors that I set up. Did Celia finally show up to save me? Ah, I will soon be able to meet my mother…

BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANG!!!

Ruina: “…”

The loudest noise that I have ever heard just went off. My traps activated, killing all those that were now unfrozen… Damn. The world was now full of red… It’s just unfortunate that dolls won’t give me any levels up.

Even if someone was here to save me, I still wish that there were animals here that I could kill. Such beings would give you levels up. You didn’t even need them to have souls. If Celia is here now, I hope that she isn’t scared by millions of “people” dying instantly, practically at the same time, as she showed up…
