Celia: After Dying in the Apocalypse, I Live Once Again!

Volume 5. Chapter 43:Start to Build it Up. (Chapter 444.)

Chapter 43: Start to Build it Up.

(Celia’s POV)

In reality, it will not be hard to find other people with the specific System for the game. Though you cannot join a guild unless you see someone in person who has invite rights, there is a guild tab on this System.

And in it, are guild rankings, as well as a tab for your specific guild. As the only guild around, of course, ours is ranked first place. But, as, again, with it being the only one, it isn’t that impressive. Though, if there were even a few million guilds, ours would still be ranked the top.

Which would give most people enough of a reason to join our guild, regardless of the funny name. But since it is still very early in the game, guerrilla marketing is our best bet. Or… would it be door to door marketing?…

Celia: “Will you be quiet most of the time?” I ask in my head.

Faith: “I like you, Celia, I really do. I absolutely see you as my true sister and my savior. But… I am just not the type to talk much. With Mother watching those around you, it gives me a good excuse to be quiet. It wouldn’t be fair to leave it at that, though, so I am being honest.” She explained with a remorseful tone.

Celia: “That’s fine. I won’t force you to talk, Faith.” I say with a caring tone.

Faith: “Thank you…” She said with a remorseful, yet happy tone.

I had to console her a bit more, but she eventually calmed down. Faith, being quiet, is just her personality. I won’t do something like force Faith to do things she isn’t comfortable with. Anyway, back at the task at hand, I soon left the guild.

The outreach through the System is very limited right now, but it will not be a problem at all. Why? Because, with our current race, seeing divinity in people is easy as pie. Even those still stuck as humans, which is most of them, there is still a small hint of divinity in them.

And with the game being played by Higher Beings, all of them should be detectable to us. Case in point, I noticed quite a few of them are staying in this city. Like as you would expect, they were all weak as can be. For starters, I went after the strongest one currently around.

Creek!

Oddly… she was in Marin’s shop. Opening it up, I saw Marin sitting on her counter, with a woman kissing her intently. The woman was clearly another player, like me. Hm… Marin doesn’t look like she is being forced. Did that player seduce her so easily?

Marin: “Ah! Celia…” She said with an embarrassed tone, gently pushing the woman away.

Jen: “Who is this, dear?” She asked with a raised eyebrow, clearly not happy in the least at my arrival.

Look… you two didn’t lock the door, and the open sign was up. If not me, then some other person would have walked in. No, I am not stupid. This woman is obviously upset… all because I am a beautiful woman, just like her.

Marin: “Jen… she is just someone who once helped me gather ingredients for a potion.” She answered.

Jen: “Oh? I see.” She replied with a smile.

She just believed her like that? How nice… Their feelings don’t seem weak. Jen had light brown skin, with hazel colored eyes, and hair with the same color. Her hair only went to her shoulders, and her breasts were supple. Frankly, Marin truly got a good woman as her lover.

Jen: “Do you need something from Marin?” She asked with a feigned smile.

Oh? Still hostile to me, huh? Hey, Marin isn’t in my strike zone, and is far too young for me. Not to mention… but I am married already! No matter how many times it gets repeated, I am not a cheater. My last wife has already been met, so I will not have any more in the future. Hopefully…

Celia: “Please stop with the hostility. I am a married woman, and will not even think of betraying my wives.” I say with a slightly upset tone.

Jen: “Hm… you seem to be telling the truth. My apologies, then. What is it that you’re here for?” She asked again, but without any hostility in her gaze or voice.

Celia: “I am here for you, Jen. As a player in this game, you should know why I’ve come for you.” I answer.

At my words, she had taken out her sword from its sheath. Without any hesitation, the woman had attacked me with all her strength. Of course, as Jen was a weak human right now, she couldn’t even scratch my dress, let alone leave a hint of a wound on my body.

Jen: “…”

Celia: “…”

Clang!

Jen: “If you’re here to kill me… then just please do not hurt Marin.” She pleaded, instantly dropping her sword.

Marin: “Jen!” She exclaimed, rushing up to her, but was blocked by the woman herself.

Celia: “Kill? Why would I do that?” I ask with a confused tone.

Jen: “…”

Marin: “…”

Jen: “I… could you just please explain why you’re here?” She said with a nervous sigh.

Celia: “Of course, to ask you to join my guild. Why else would I be here?” I reply like this woman was actually just crazy.

Yes, I am so, so sorry. But this is me, nothing will change this. I knew my words would surely be misunderstood, and that was my intention. I just cannot get enough of teasing girls… And with my true race back, my desire to tease women… isn’t something that I can resist anymore.

Jen: “It is so early in the game… what is the point of a guild? Most of the players in this stage will die.” She asked with a confused tone, picking up and sheathing her sword.

Celia: “I am far ahead of everyone else, Jen. Join me, and you too will be far ahead.” I reply.

Jen: “Far ahead? Let me guess… you’re an evolved human, right? Though… for an evolved human, you’re pretty strong, indeed.” She assumed.

Yes, yes, yes!!! Now, I can see both Marin’s and Jen’s funny expressions after I show them my Status. Ah, June. You’re enjoying this feeling as well, right? I hope that you are… It is truly something worth living for. Now then, my captive audience, please bestow upon me some wonderful expressions on your beautiful faces!
