Days of a Wrathful Demoness

Chapter 112 Intermission/Summary: A Report On A Wrathful Demoness

There was a gentle rattling underneath an office for which a massive breasted Akaibu sat; the archaic setting of the windowless train room somehow managing to fit her image. Though for the usual rank and file heads of the hydra that translated to an average looking nerdy girl you would expect to see when you walked around a library. This one certainly being more attention grabbing on account of the massive pair of melons that likely (proportionally) could only lose to Mother & Elizabeth.

Even that was hard to judge on account of that baggy jumper that finished their librarian look. A fact only helped along by the fact she was currently sitting at a desk rustling through a large tome with writing that belonged to a period before the primordial era. In other words a book from Atlas’ time.

The walls of the office were a dark yet lustrous blackish-purple that conveyed wealth - especially when combined with the countless gears propped across those walls. With a rhythmic *tick* *tick* *tick*. Those gears continually turned; not all the gears were equal. Creating quite a curious scene as they all seemed to turn on their own. Each of the gears appeared to be the same colour at first however with a careful look one could tell they shifted between white & gold at just a small enough degree to not be obvious to the naked eye.

Despite the seeming disorder, all the gears worked together at the end of the day, somehow combined with the measured beats to make for a wonderfully calming scene. One which was greatly helped to the masterpiece of all those gears, a large set of clock hands that seemed to move without cause or reason, but moved on nonetheless.

“Kind of like us I suppose?” <Akaibu Prime>

Amused at the gears somewhat being akin to the structure of her; as the system/world voice.

Less fitting was that upon some of the gears - somehow unmoving - there were pictures pristinely placed within wonderfully ornate frames. Although those pictures would hardly be what one considered fine art; looking more often than not like something a child would draw. With many of them seemingly either being done with finger painting or literal crayons.

A fact that made it painfully clear that this room did not belong to the draconic god of order as she merely snorted at the chaotic pictures that littered around. She was not like the original owner who believed that the choices made were better than the end result of the present. One peep at the book made that obvious.

“I suppose it fits for the master of this ‘limbo’ thing… We need to put more research into this thing as that group will likely be making their move once one of the empresses kicks the bucket. Not like it’s any of my business even if I have their DNA makeup inside me.” <Akaibu Prime>

Her tone was as callous as they came despite talking about their supposed ‘parents’.

It also clearly wasn’t as if the owner of the room had no artistic taste. Behind Akaibu there was a dark oaken drawer with some metallic inlining in a fantastical border - her sat ata desk with a winsome cloth atop the surface. A escritoire to be precise which was something she certainly was… Sometimes.

Atop both were actually several different displays which included ornate stone sundials, hour glasses utilising different grains and smaller hand held things I had no clue about. From big to small - they were all beautiful works to look at - set upon a special angled platform to help take in their appearance. All used throughout the era’s to help some civilisation or another tell time

Though the twin gremlin of Chaos even refused to play around with them; afraid to earn the ire of the real owner of this room.

Thankfully her urges to play with the spinny things was cut off via the door into the office being opened up as a smaller (less busty) Akaibu walked into the room. Within her arms she had a bunch of papers that quickly got the attention of the elder head. Moving a hand to wave the little her over; something the other her quickly went to do.

“I’m guessing that’s the report?” <Akaibu Prime>

“Yes but… Are you sure this is a good idea?” <Akaibu>

“Pff what a dumb question - have you seen what they used to bribe me!” <Akaibu>

Waving the ancient book to the mini-me. She was quite unlike Chaos who could not be bribed, simply doing what he desired no matter the cost, as he refused to even give Vivi a weapon until she met some arbitrary points only he knew. Meanwhile the heralded goddess of order was perfect shameless when it came to accepting bribes unlike her anarchic brother.

Just had to know what to give them.

“Read me the report so I can make sure there is nothing wrong; make it quick though as continuing to rent space on this train will only become more important thus mistakes cannot be allowed.” <Akaibu Prime>

The more average Akaibu just nodded before continuing on to begin reading the history of who could technically be called both one of their parents and leader.

“About 12 years ago Vivi the Demon God Empress, last head of Violet to be awake at the time, was taking advantage of the cursed husband of Violent to do coitus. The two looked similar enough to easily get away. Still she was getting bored plus wanted to check up on her planned mass invasion of the mortal realm as it would undoubtedly come in handy to commence the Ragnarok plan. Fortunately Cheshire was more than willing to entice her into reincarnating with plans of also overpowering the other two heads; not even acknowledging she was a part of Violet and instead demanding she be called Violet.

Funnily enough (after being reborn as an oni due to interference from a redacted party) they reincarnated in the main royal family instead of the branch hidden in the west and ended up gaining said name. This new Violet grew up rather peacefully - only really having one or two cases of brutal murder. Eventually she ended up making a world ranked treasure which allowed her to awaken her own personal treasure crafted by Chaos J Faust. That in turn got the attention of all the cultivators as well as certain shady figures like a certain Infinite Mother.

Of course the oni were more than happy to throw themselves into the fire of war.

The orthodox alliance itself was split between those loyal to the intentions of the alliance and those who merely seeked their desires then refer to that as their justice. Although evidently they proved themselves  to be way too underprepared and have heavily underestimated what it means for us, the world voice, to refer to them as the war race.

They weren’t even prepared for their strength yet also underestimate the tactical ability that those oni held within their ranks; a strange race that mostly had warriors. Every once in a while natural statergists would be born as if the entire species was a natural born army that knew what it needed. It was hardly surprising that they pretty much dragged the alliance by the nose to the point of even massively increasing the birth rates in the village in addition to allowing them to expand their economic influence across the realm.

Vivi even managed to meet one of her ‘new’ older sisters who she promptly beat into submission as should be expected of the brutish race. Leading her group of shadow guards, called Orchid, to countless victories to the point where the war began to get too repetitive. At which point Sohn-Tochter - matriarch of the Indigo - decided to take the little demoness on a trip to check up on the incursion plan.

Just so happened that a big event was happening due to the (secretly demonic) Immortal Emperor noticing one of his half-breed descendents actually awakening the White Tiger bloodline. The demon empress found the tiger cute enough to adopt as a future wife. From there she met another of her new older sisters… She beat up her as well.

Someone that led to that older sister, Vanta, gaining herself a ‘boyfriend’ from the royal family but that person won’t be too important until some kind of timeskip. Called Mu or something. Honestly there is way too many characters to keep track of but at the same time it kinda makes sense for there to be so many given the context.

I haven’t even talked about the various oni like Violet’s half-sister and that drunkard or Vivi’s new human step-mom; though I am not sure even classifies as human at this point.

Sadly things got a bit dangerous for a second as Vivi mistook Secretary as being one of the birds working for Cheshire. Can’t say for sure why but she woke up the other heads finally. If I had to guess… To show off how much stronger she has gotten due to always having a strong- Well you should already know.

That in turn later led to Vibrant making Vivi agree to trade places which resulted in her summoning that massive fuck off tree that killed a load of people who didn’t heed the heavens. She did some other stuff however I don’t think that’s relevant. Either way the cat eventually decided that life was too important to end in a boring fashion thus began her attack nevertheless I won’t explain everything.

We obviously understand every action Cheshire made since she’s not as smart as us but we don’t feel like explaining it to you.

Don’t know what else you want.

She started with one Munzumira then added some more, apparently stole Violent’s pole arm thingy and used it to make every summoned demon to go berserk, then invited a team into her casino. From there she split them up. Decided to send another her to test that unstable eldest daughter of hers while also taking advantage of this moment to kill those pesky vultures.

Probably having some epic fight with the two heads of Violet but wouldn’t surprise me if they turned on each other by now. They never did get along well. At the very least it won’t be as bad as it could be. Who doesn’t know that Violent & Vivi want to kill each other whenever they meet…

Not to mention this report started with Vivi cucking her sister out of spite & envy.

Report over.” <Akaibu>

“Yeah that sounds about right; just leave it on the desk and that freaky dead baby collage can come pick it up themself when they return to their office.” <Akaibu Prime>

That report was also an example of why the System was made to speak in a specific syntax when communicating with mortals.

Also why she had no friends.

They were very gungho when it came to gathering information and, to an extent, sharing it. However they were also the surprisingly hardworking Chaos’ opposite - the goddess of order being surprisingly lazy and will take the most “efficient route” when it comes to things she doesn’t care much for. History just so happened to be her least favourite topic due to how chaotic & mismanaged it was.

Soon a little more order was soon to come into existence and in turn travel between realms would become that little bit more difficult.
