Without skipping a beat Gilgamesh drew a kunai from his kunai gear and bent his hand backwards as if preparing an attack.

Is he just going to throw a kunai? Why is he underestimating me?’ Mura thought but covered himself in a water bubble jutsu just in case.

Massive amounts of chakra flowed outwards from Gilgamesh’s kunai and caused violent winds to sweep the area, bending the trees around.

“Lord Third! Are you sure he is just a kid?! How can he have this much chakra?” Shikaku got up and shielded his eyes from debris while moving to The Third's position to make sure his voice was heard amidst the noise from the violent winds.

“I don’t know.” The Third answered calmly and used his hat to shield his eyes but remained focused on the battle.

“You might want to get serious about blocking this one or stopping this attack.” Gilgamesh quipped with a smirk.

“I need a sword.” Gilgamesh said as his memories revealed to him a sword whose edges couldn’t be perceived with eyes or even mana detection when invisible air was applied to it… THE EXCALIBER!

Memories of a blonde female knight filled his vision and he saw how she used the weapon and the ultimate attacks the weapon was capable of. He knew the sword was the embodiment of the planet's hope and would get more powerful according to the threat posed to the planet.

But he knew so deeply that the sword was begging him to come claim it. He will have to cross dimensions and world lines for that but now was not the time. He had many other swords but he couldn’t remember them at the moment.

Gilgamesh then joined both of his hands on his kunai and lifted the kunai above his head, imitating the style and movement of the female knight in his memories using that peculiar weapon.

Golden and blue energies swirled around the kunai as they shot high in the sky causing clouds to gather above them, covering the sun and darkening the area, save for the illumination coming from Gilgamesh’s energies.

The scene was too stunning for the spectators and it wasn’t any better for Mura who couldn’t move because of the chakra pressure coming from Gilgamesh’s position.

What the hell? I can’t move! Noo! Move, move!’ Mura complained in his head as he wore an ugly expression on his face.

So he wasn’t even trying back then? I, the last survivor of The Nameless Fist Clan! I can’t let myself go like this!!! If this is how I go I will put up a fight that will leave my ancestors shocked at how far our nameless fist clan could go if they had just united themselves in the last war!’ Mura thought as determination swelled from within him and chakra expelled outwards.

Mura still couldn’t move but even more chakra kept leaking out from his body.

“This boy is only wasting what little chakra he has left… he should just try and defend this attack and come up with a counter.” The Third said casually.

“I don’t think defending this is an option here Lord Third. Let’s see what his actions lead to.” Shikaku surmised as the battle got more interesting in his eyes.

“I will create my own technique here and now! One that surpasses my clan’s previous techniques at this level!” Mura shouted as more chakra surged out of his body and The Third grew more wary that he might die of chakra exhaustion before Gilgamesh’s attack even landed. Normally The Third was willing to stretch his old bones one more time if Gilgamesh’s attack would kill Mura so he prepared his mind.

Mura Flowing Fist Vortex!” Mura shouted as his eyes were beginning to lose focus but he managed to combine his water and wind nature together on his forearms and fists causing a rotating motion around his arms and fists consisting of water and air spinning fast!

With the remaining chakra he had left, he lept forward into the sky to meet Gilgamesh in order to reduce the momentum that would be added to Gilgamesh’s attack.

“Survive this and I will take you under me as mine!” Gilgamesh smiled wickedly as he brought down his arms.

Mura’s arms charged forward rapidly and clashed with the arching slash from Gilgamesh’s kunai that began to turn to dust.

The area got quiet for half a second then the collision happened causing winds to expel violently from their collision which made Shikaku cast his shadow jutsu to hold himself and The Third perfectly in place since the very ground was being compromised.

Are they really chunin? This boy is about the same age as my son, yet he is capable of attacks many chunin can’t hope to unleash at this age! I am sorry Shikamaru, I might have to up your training a bit so you don’t fall behind too much in this new generation.’ Shikaku thought to himself as he shielded himself from the violent winds in the area.

The Third was so amazed by Mura’s show of determination that it took him down memory lane of The Second Hokage explaining the Will of Fire to the young Genin ninja that he couldn’t move in time to stop the collision.

Dust and debris filled everywhere but The Third immediately used a wind jutsu to clear the area once things settled down. Shikaku was already a master in his shadow technique and he can allow for certain movements even when binding someone in place with his shadow.

“So… who won?” Shikaku asked impatiently as he undid his shadow jutsu on himself and The Third.

They both instinctively looked up at the same time and saw an unharmed Gilgamesh still floating in the air. At that realization, they both looked down for Mura’s body and found a long deep vertical crater with a round deeper crater in the middle of the vertical crater.

“MURA!” Shikaku shouted and left his position to check on the round crater. The Third remained behind and lit a cigarette.

Upon arriving at the round crater Shikaku’s mouth dropped in despair. He couldn’t believe what he had just seen. A found an unconscious Mura on the verge of death with a deep slash wound on the right side of his chest that caused blood to escape his body quickly.

“It’s amazing that he is even alive. From my experience as a ninja, even I know that if Mura somehow survives this, he won’t be able to fight again.” Shikaku said with pity.

“What do you mean?” The Third said after looking cautiously at Gilgamesh and approaching Shikaku.

“His nerves on his arms and his wrists have been severed completely! If Tsunade were here then something could be done but…” Shikaku said as The Third's face also turned grim until a golden light covered Mura’s body.
