"Gilgamesh… I have heard of your name from Itachi. He says you are another young talent Konoha has." Shisui said as he relaxed himself in Gilgamesh's genjutsu since the boy wanted to talk, but was also impressed with the way he was caught in it. He decided to hear what the boy had to say before breaking himself out of the genjutsu.

 

Gilgamesh saw that Shisui seemed like the reasonable type just like how he appeared to be in visions and relaxed and as he deliberated his approach to a shinobi that could kill him now if he wanted to.

 

"Before you start, how did you combine barrier jutsu with genjutsu?" Shisui asked as he looked at the foods before him that smelled and looked good.

 

"I'd rather discuss that later." Gilgamesh said with his eyes closed.

 

"I knew it. You are really are a genius. Alright, what do you want to say to me that you need a special barrier genjutsu to tell me?" Shisui asked.

 

"I will get straight to the point. I am sure you are already seeing signs of the Uchiha rebelling against the village right?" Gilgamesh looked at Shisui to see how he would react.

 

"…I don't know what you are talking about." Shisui responded.

 

"Ho, so that means the signs are getting obvious to the point where you can't even cover it up again with a normal lie." Gilgamesh teased with a smile.

 

"You, are you a spy from another village?" Shisui asked as his chakra flared up but it soon died down immediately to the surprise of Shisui.

 

"If you… if you continue that way, you will only drain your chakra faster. And if you think your passing out will save you then you have another thing coming for you." Gilgamesh said firmly but tried to cover his internal injuries. Gilgamesh only glanced through the scroll of chakra absorption and the seals connected to it to learn how to incorporate it into his barrier genjutsu. This was something he had to use without practice and with haste otherwise he wouldn't get another chance to intercept Shisui before he meets The Third and Danzo.

 

If there is any glaring weakness Gilgamesh has now, that would be chakra absorption. His chakra and mana are already coexisting and any other foreign energy would need expert control which he lacked now. He is already very good at controlling and evening out his energies but still needs practice when it comes to manipulating chakra that is not his. So he could only absorb Shisui's chakra and let his coexisting energies suppress and absorb it without a repeat of what happened to him the first time he tried to mould chakra.

 

Gilgamesh quickly grabbed a golden chalice and gulped down wine from his illusion world to cover the blood he was about to spill from his mouth.

 

"Hmm, you are quite formidable. Developing such a complicated jutsu at this age… how do I know you are not a spy looking to incite civil war in the village." Shisui soon calmed down after seeing how relaxed his captor was after knowing resistance was futile.

 

"You don't. And now that I have your chakra under my seal, it's impossible for you to forcefully break out of this now. Soon enough, I wouldn't even need seals to make this jutsu permanent for anyone." Gilgamesh added.

 

Seeing that Shisui had accepted that he had the upper hand at the moment he asked his initial question again.

 

"Yes, it's true that there are signs of rebellion." Shisui finally answered.

 

"And what do you want from this?" Shisui asked.

 

"Nothing unreasonable really. I just need you to follow some instructions from me that's all." Gilgamesh said as the environment began to change slowly to that of clouds overlooking the village.

 

"If you are asking me to betray the village then let me stop you there. I'd rather find a way to break out of this or die trying." Shisui said as he activated his sharingan causing the three tomoe to rotate a second before stopping.

 

"You won't be betraying the village at least. But would you believe me if I told you that I know how you got your sharingan abilities or to be precise the mangeyko sharingan and more importantly, the future of the Uchiha clan?" Gilgamesh said as the environment changed to a desert at nighttime.

 

"…" Shisui was speechless for a while. He couldn't believe a child was capable of this level of genjutsu with the help of any ocular or visual powers.

 

"Let's say I believe you. What do you want me to do?" Shisui asked since the recent feats of this boy in front of him pointed to the fact that he could have divined the future and individuals who could see the future were not impossible to find in the ninja world but rare. His red eyes and hair colour affirmed his belief that the boy was definitely not from the village or at least both parents weren't from the village.

 

"Now, let me give you something to make you have a little faith in me. Weren't you about to see The Third after training?" Hoping that the clan and the village can work together for a better future? Gilgamesh asked as Shisui's eyes widened.

 

'Is he able to read thoughts? This is no ordinary shinobi indeed. How can he deceive everyone with a flimsy transformation jutsu to look like a child to infiltrate the village? I have to give him credit for his dedication though.' Shisui thought and nodded in response to Gilgamesh.

 

"Now, you can see The Third and carry on with him as you would but, I need you to follow these instructions. First, make out time to teach me your body flicker technique possibly when we are alone, second…" Gilgamesh said as he listed all that he wanted Shisui to do.

 

Shisui's eyes only widened after every instruction as if they were about to pop out of his socket.

 

"Just… who are you?" Shisui asked as beads of sweat trickled down his face.

 

"You know what? You will refer to me as Lord Gilgamesh." Gilgamesh said as he walked over to Shisui.

 

"Wait! You didn't tell me how you combined your barrier jutsu with genjutsu and now with chakra absorption jutsu. How do you even set the…?" Shisui said but was interrupted by Gilgamesh.

 

"First of all, it's to prevent prying eyes. As of now, my barrier has blended in completely with the environment, hence, we cannot be seen. And that's all I will tell you. And you are to refer to me as Lord Gilgamesh from now on." Gilgamesh answered as soon as he reached Shisui's position.
